        대학생 스키 참여자의 라이프스타일에 따른 여가 제약 및 유능감 관계분석

        The purpose of this study was to present leisure constraint and leisure competence according to lifestyle of skier. The subject of this study selected 500 university students who participated in a ski experiment with convenience sampling method. 441 questionnaires were used for data analysis. The data was analyzed by Windows SPSS 10.0 Version. Statistical methods used in this study were frequency analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, cluster analysis. Based on the above research methods and procedures, this study produced the following results. Firstly, there were statistically significant difference in fashionable, accomplished, conservative according to sex in analysis result of lifestyle according to demographic variables. The significant difference of lifestyle according to majors were showed in fashionable, conservative. The significant difference of lifestyle according to monthly allowances were showed in fashionable. The significant difference of lifestyle according to participation level were showed in accomplished, conservative. The significant difference of lifestyle according to participation purpose were showed in conservative. The significant difference of lifestyle according to using frequency were showed in fashionable. Secondly, there were statistically significant difference in time constraint according to sex in analysis result of leisure constraint according to demographic variables. The significant difference of leisure constraint according to majors were showed in time constraint. The significant difference of leisure constraint according to participation purpose, using frequency, participation level were showed in fashionable, conservative. Lastly, there were statistically significant difference in physical, psychological, social according to sex in analysis result of leisure competence according to demographic variables. The significant difference of leisure competence according to major, monthly allowances, participation purpose, using frequency, participation level were showed in fashionable, conservative.

        수영 참여자의 여가 열의, 스트레스 관련 성장 및 삶의 질의 구조적 관계

        The purpose of this study is to understand what structural relationships the stress-related growth and quality of life have with the leisure engagement of swimming participants. A questionnaire was used for the study, and the hypothesis was verified by collecting and analyzing a total of 313 data from Seoul, Daejeon regions using convenience extraction methods among non-probability sampling methods. In data processing, SPSS and AMOS programs were used, and data were analyzed through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, verification factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural spinning model analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, the leisure engagement of swimming participants had a significantly static effect on stress-growth. Second, the stress-related growth of swimming participants had a statistically significant static effect on quality of life. Third, the leisure engagement of swimming participants had a significant static effect on the quality of life. Fourth, stress-related growth is an important factor in the leisure engagement of swimming participants, and has been shown to be a partial medium of leisure engagement and quality of life. According to the study, swimming participants with leisure engagement are considered to have a high quality of life by increasing stress-related growth factors.

        다중 해상도 영상에서 페이싯 모델을 이용한 초소형 표적 검출

        본 논문은 다중 해상도 영상에서 3차 페이싯 모델을 이용하여 적외선 영상의 원거리에 위치하고 있는 초소형 표적의 위치와 크기를 검출하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 먼저, 원 영상을 점차 축소하여 여려 단계의 다중 해상도의 영상들로 구성한다. 각 단계에서의 다중 해상도 영상들에 대해 페이싯 모델과 국부 극대 조건을 적용하여 초소형 표적의 위치를 검출한다. 다중 해상도 영상에서 각 페이싯 모델의 국부 극대값을 의미하는 $D_2$값 중 최대 크기를 가지는 위치를 표적의 위치라고 평가한다. 이 경우 각 단계의 다중 해상도 영상들에 대해 크기가 다른 표적의 검출이 가능하게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 초소형 표적 검출 방법은 초소형 표적이 있는 다양한 적외선 영상에서 실험하였다. 기존의 페이싯 모델을 이용한 방법에서는 하나의 마스크만 적용시킨 것에 반해 제안된 방법은 하나의 마스크를 다중 해상도 영상에서 적용하였다. 고정된 마스크를 다중 해상도 영상에 적용함으로써 마스크의 크기를 달리하는 효과를 확인하였고 그에 따라 검출하는 표적의 크기도 다름을 확인하였다. 이를 이용해서 표적의 위치뿐만 아니라 크기도 검출할 수 있음을 확인하였다. In this paper, we propose the technique to detect the location and size of the small target in multi-resolution image using cubic facet model. The input image is reduced by the multi-resolution and we obtain the multi-resolution images. We apply the facet model and the local maxima conditions to the multi-resolution images of each level. And then, we detect the location of the small target. We estimate that the location at the maximum of the $D_2$ which means the local maxima value of the facet model in the multi-resolution images is the location of the small target. We can detect the small target of the various size about the multi-resolution images of each level. In this paper, we experimented in the various infrared images with the small target. The method using the typical facet model applies a mask. However, the proposed method applies a mask in the multi-resolution images. We verified to vary the mask size and differ the size of the small target. The proposed algorithm can detect the location and size of the small target.

        베이비붐 세대 골프 참여자들의 지각된 가치, 여가만족 및 삶의 질의 구조적 관계

        본 연구는 베이비붐 세대의 골프 참여자들을 대상으로 지각된 가치, 여가만족 및 삶의 질이 어떠한 구조적 관계를 가지는 것에 대하여 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 측정도구로 설문지를 사용하였으며, 2020년도 코로나 펜데믹 상황으로 인해 비대면 온라인 설문을 진행하였다. 국내의 1955년에서 1963년에 태어난 베이비붐 세대를 대상으로 비확률 표본 추출법 중 편의 표본추출법을 사용하여 총 383부의 유효 표본의 자료를 수집 후 분석하여 입증하였다. 수집된 자료들을 SPSS와 AMOS를 통하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실행하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 베이비붐 세대 골프 참여자들의 지각된 가치가 여가만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 베이비붐 세대 골프 참여자들의 여가만족이 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 베이비붐 세대 골프 참여자들의 지긱된 가치가 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 베이비붐 세대 골프참여자들의 여가만족은 지각된 가치와 삶의 질의 관계에서 완전 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among perceived value, leisure satisfaction, and quality of life for baby boom generation in golf. To achieve the goal of this study, a questionnaire was used as a measurement tool to conduct the study, and a non-face-to-face online survey was conducted due to the corona pendemic situation in 2020. To achieve the goal of this study, a total of 383 questionnaires were collected from the baby boomers born between 1955 and 1963 in Korea. The collected data were analyzed and interpreted by SPSS and AMOS. For the analysis, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, validity test, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed. The results were as follows. First, Perceived Value had a significant relationship with leisure satisfaction. Second, leisure satisfaction was significantly related to quality of life. Third, Perceived Value and quality of life were not significantly related. Fourth, leisure satisfaction was found to have a mediating effect between Perceived Value and quality of life.

        확장된 계획행동이론을 적용한 중년의 골프 관광 상품 구매의도

        This study was to analyze the relationship between extended planning behavior theory and purchase intention for middle-aged golf tourism products by using extended planning behavior theory. A questionnaire was used to measure purchase intentions among middle-aged golfers. As a measurement tool, the survey was used and finally, the data was analyzed and collected to verify the hypothesis. In total, 281 responses were obtained through convenience sampling. Window SPSS and Window AMOS were used as statistical tools. In addition, processing programs and data were assessed based on frequency analysis, reliability analysis, check correlation analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis. As a result, first, attitudes and subjective norms of the theory of planned behavior had a big impact on purchase intention, while perceived behavioral control didnt. Second, prior knowledge of extended planning behavior theory had no impact on attitudes or purchase intentions. Third, the attachment of the extended theory of planned behavior had significant effects on attitudes and purchase intentions.

        이산화티탄과 UV-B 수준에 따른 벼 생육과 프로테옴 해석

        태양광과 반응하여 독특한 광화학적 작용을 하는 이산화티탄($TiO_2$)을 벼 잎 표면에 처리하였을 때 벼 엽신의 광합성 대사에 대한 영향을 검토하고 프로테옴 분석을 통해 생리변화를 구명하고자 수행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 광합성유효파장이 $2,400\;{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$과 $2,200\;{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ 배치구에서 이산화티탄 10, 20 ppm 처리는 광적응상태의 엽록소형광지수(Yield)를 낮추었고 $450\;{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ 처리구는 엽록소형광지수를 높였다. 2. 노지조건인 PAR $2,400\;{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ 배치구에서 광합성 명반응의 상대전자전달율은 이산화티탄 10 ppm 처리에서 평균 45 %, 무처리 32.4 %, diuron 10 ppm 처리구에서 15.3%로 이산화티탄 처리는 광합성 명반응의 상대전자전달율을 높였다. 3. UV-B 4.9, $0.6\;KJ\;m^{-2}\;day^{-1}$ 배치구에서 이산화티탄 처리로 초장이 증가하였고 UV-B $0.15\;KJ\;m^{-2}\;day^{-1}$ 배치구에서 초장은 증가하고 건물중은 감소하였다. 4. 광합성은 노지의 UV-B 조건인 $13.6\;KJ\;m^{-2}\;day^{-1}$ 배치구에서 이산화티탄 처리로 종가하였고 UV-B 4.9, 0.6, $0.15\;KJ\;m^{-2}\;day^{-1}$ 배치구는 다소 증가하였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타내지 않았다. 5. 이산화티탄 처리 후 자연광 중의 UV-B를 99% 차단하여 저수준으로 조절한 결과 68%의 단백질 발현이 감소하였고 각각 16%의 단백질 발현이 증가 또는 신생 합성되었다. 6. 이산화티탄 20 ppm 처리 후 자연광 중의 UV-B를 99% 차단시켰을 때 주로 광합성 Calvin cycle에서 $CO_2$ 결합을 촉매하는 결정구조 Rubisco의 chain E 발현이 감소하였다. Among the photoactive semiconductors such as $TiO_2,\;ZnO,\;Fe_2O_3,\;WO_3,\;and\;CdSe,\;TiO_2$ is the most widely used as photocatalyst in different media, because of its lack of toxicity and stability. In this study, the effects of titanium dioxide were investigated to obtain the information of physiological change in rice plant. Light-adapted Chlorophyll flourescence index decreased and relative electron transport rate of rice leaves was activated by titanium dioxide under $2,400\;{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ PAR (Photosynthetic active radiation). Relative electron transport rate of rice leaf treated with titanium dioxide 10 ppm was high in order of $2,400\;{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}\;PAR,\;2,200\;{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}\;PAR,\;450\;{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}\;PAR$ and titanium dioxide 10 ppm (45.1%), control (32.4%), diuron 10 ppm (15.3%) under $2,400\;{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}\;PAR$. Titanium dioxide increased photosynthesis of the rice leaf under $13.6\;KJ\;m^{-2}\;day^{-1}$ UV-B only. With titanium dioxide 20 ppm, reduced UV-B ($0.15\;KJ\;m^{-2}\;day^{-1}$) intensity changed the induction of proteins and twenty-five proteins were identified. Among them, seventy proteins were up-regulated, four proteins were down-regulated and four proteins were newly synthesized. Function of these proteins was related to photosynthesis (52%), carbohydrate metabolism (4%), stress/defense (8%), secondary metabolism (4%), energy/electron transport (4%), and miscellaneous (28%).

        프로테옴 해석에 의한 벼 게놈 기능해석과 응용

        In this review, we described the catalogues of the rice proteome which were constructed in our program, and functional characterization of some of these proteins was discussed. Mass-spectrometry is the most prevalent technique to rapidly identify a large number of proteome analysis. However, the conventional Western blotting/sequencing technique has been used in many laboratories. As a first step to efficiently construct protein cata-file in proteome analysis of major cereals, we have analyzed the N-terminal sequences of 100 rice embryo proteins and 70 wheat spike proteins separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis. Edman degradation revealed the N-terminal peptide sequences of only 31 rice proteins and 47 wheat proteins, suggesting that the rest of separated protein sports are N-terminally blocked. To efficiently determine the internal sequence of blocked proteins, we have developed a modified Cleveland peptide mapping method. Using this above method, the internal sequences of all blocked rice proteins(i, e., 69 proteins) were determined. Among these 100 rice proteins, thirty were proteins for which homologous sequence in the rice genome database could be identified. However, the rest of the proteins lacked homologous proteins. This appears to be consistent with the fact that about 45% of total rice cDNA have been deposited in the EMBL database. Also, the major proteins involved in the growth and development of rice can be identified using the proteome approach. Some of these proteins, including a calcium-binding protein that tuned out to be calreticulin, gibberellin-binding protein, which is ribulose-1.5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygense active in rice, and leginsulin-binding protein in soybean have functions in the signal transduction pathway. Proteomics is well suited not only to determine interaction between pairs of proteins, but also to identify multisubunit complexes. Currently, a protein-protein interaction database for plant proteins(http://genome.c.kanazawa-u.ac.jp/Y2H)could be a very useful tool for the plant research community. Also, the information thus obtained from the plant proteome would be helpful in predicting the function of the unknown proteins and would be useful be in the plant molecular breeding.
