The 1q terminal deletion syndrome is a rare chromosomal disorder which was first reported by Mankinen et al. in 1976. This disorder has shown to have broad and diverse clinical phenotypes. Specific phenotypes of 1q terminal deletion syndrome include microcephaly, seizures, psychomotor retardation, growth retardation, abnormalities of extremities, corpus callosum, heart and genitalia. Although this disorder has diverse clinical manifestations, almost all cases of 1q44 deletion syndrome have growth, psychomotor, and mental retardation and progressive microcephaly. The first diagnosis of 1q44 deletion syndrome in Korea was made by fluorescent in situ hybridization analysis in a 4-month-old girl with craniofacial anomalies, multiple congenital anomalies, and growth and psychomotor retardation. We report the second domestic case of 1q44 deletion syndrome with cleft palate, facial dysmorphism, single umbilical artery, foot abnormality, progressive microcephaly, growth and psychomotor retardation which was confirmed by microarray for comparative genomic hybridization. We also compare this case with previously reported cases of 1q44 deletion syndrome.

Objective : This study's purpose was to review the clinical studies of Socheongryong-Tang. Method : We searched papers about Socheongryong-Tang using KISS, KTKP, PUBMED, Embase, Science Direct, and the key words "Socheongryong-Tang", "Shoseiryuto", "Xiao Qing Long Tang", and "Minor Green-Blue Dragon Decoction" were used. Papers not matched with inclusion criteria were excluded. Until today, there have been 143 studies on the effects of asthma, allergic rhinitis, common cold, eczema and other various effects of Socheongryong-Tang. Of these, 15 were classified as clinical research papers. Results : There were 4 cases of asthma, 2 cases of allergic rhinitis, 2 cases of common cold, 1 case of pneumonia in patients with dementia, 1 case of eczema, 1 case of drug interaction study, 1 case of ephedrine drug removal, 3 cases of side effects causing pneumonia. Conclusion : It can be seen that Socheongryong-Tang has established the basis for application for the purpose of asthma, allergic rhinitis, wind-cold type cold, preventing pneumonia in patients with dementia, dyshidrotic eczema. On the other hand, considering three cases that cause side effects of pneumonia, it is necessary to confirm whether or not the symptoms of pneumonia are certainly progressing when observing the progress of the patient.

Objective : This study's purpose was to review the clinical studies of Banha-Sasim-Tang. Method : We searched papers about Banha-Sasim-Tang using KISS, KTKP, PUBMED, Embase, Science Direct, and the key words 'Hangeshashinto', 'Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang', 'Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction', 'Banhasasim tang' were used. Papers not matched with inclusion criteria were excluded. Results : Until today, there have been 65 studies on the Banha-Sasim-Tang. Of these, 12 studies were classified as clinical research papers. There were 4 cases of Functional Dyspepsia, 2 cases of Peptic Ulcer, 6 case of Oral mucositis induced by Anti-cancer Therapy. Conclusion : It can be seen that Banha-Sasim-Tang has established the basis for application to the purpose of functional dyspepsia, peptic ulcer and oral mucositis induced by anti-cancer therapy.

This paper presented a actual conditions on a false-tripping of ELB(Electrical Leakage Breaker) and an assessment of the harmonics due to non-linear electronic equipment such as personal computers, printers, fax machines, and test equipments in several office buildings. Also, power quality measurements such as harmonic currents, voltage and current waveforms and current imbalance were made at various office buildings where nuisance tripping of ELB is often occurred. The results of this study can be used in making decisions regarding cause of ELB trip and operating and tripping characteristics test of ELB when subjected to distorted current waveforms.

The output voltage value of AC high voltage source has been usually obtained by multiplying low voltage value measured at both terminals of low voltage resistor by the dividing ratio of the high voltage capacitive divider. From the dividing ratio determined of each 200 ㎸ capacitive divider, we have developed step-up method for measuring the output voltage up to 400 ㎸ using two same type of 200 ㎸ capacitive dividers connected in series. The theoretical dividing ratio of 400 ㎸ capacitive dividers connected in series coincides with that of manufacturer's certification within measurement uncertainty. Thus, this developed step-up method makes it possible to extend the range of output voltage from 200 ㎸ to 400 ㎸, Furthermore. The dividing ratio of divider under test obtained using this step-up method is consistent with that obtained using one 200 ㎸ high voltage divider within corresponding uncertainties.
