        임상검체에서 분리된 병원성 사상균의 분자생물학적 분석

        임상 검체에서 분리된 65개의 사상형 진균을 대상으로 연구하였다. 이 균주들은 형태학적으로 동정이 불가능한 진균, 형태학적으로 유사하여 동정이 까다로운 균주, 종(species) 수준의 동정이 요구되는 균종들이다. PCR과 염기서열분석은 ITS. DiD2, 그리고 β-tubulin 유전자를 표적 부위로 하였고, 증폭된 염기서열은 상동성 분석을 위하여 GenBank 데이터베이스의 알고리즘을 이용하여 분석하였다. 형태학적으로 속 수준의 동정이 가능한 진균은 61.5%이었고, 65주의 염기서열분석으로 62 균주는 속과 종의 동정이 가능하였다. 형태학적 검사와 염기서열분석의 결과, 속과 종이 불일치한 경우 14주(21.5%)이었고, 형태학적으로 동정이 불가능하였던 사례는 11 균주이었다. B. dermatitidis, T. marneffei, 그리고 G. argillacea 등은 염기서열분석으로 국내에서 처음으로 확인하였다. Aspergillus와 같이 흔히 분리되고 성장이 빠른 진균들의 경우에는 형태학적인 검사가 보고시간과 비용 면에서는 매우 유용한 방법이다. 분자유전학적인 검사 방법은 비용과 임상적 중요성 등을 고려하여야 하지만 분자유전학적 검사를 병행하여 신속하고 정확한 결과를 제공할 수 있다. Sixty-five molds isolated from clinical specimens were included in this study. All the isolates were molds that could be identified morphologically, strains that are difficult to identify because of morphological similarities, and strains that require species-level identification. PCR and direct sequencing were performed to target the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region, the D1/D2 region, and the β-tubulin gene. Comparative sequence analysis using the GenBank database was performed using the basic local alignment search tool (BLAST) algorithm. The fungi identified morphologically to the genus level were 67%. Sequencing analysis was performed on 62 genera and species level of the 65 strains. Discrepancies were 14 (21.5%) of the 65 strains between the results of phenotypic and molecular identification. B. dermatitidis, T. marneffei, and G. argillacea were identified for the first time in Korea using the DNA sequencing method. Morphological identification is a very useful method in terms of the reporting time and costs in cases of frequently isolated and rapid growth, such as Aspergillus. When molecular methods are employed, the cost and clinical significance should be considered. On the other hand, the molecular identification of molds can provide fast and accurate results.

        테프론 코팅 전열관 표면으로의 열 및 물질 전달 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The heat and mass transfer on two kinds of tube surfaces (bare stainless steel tube and Teflon coated tube) in steam-air mixture flow are experimentally studied to obtain design data for the heat exchanger of the latent heat recovery from flue gas. In the test section, 3-tubes are horizontally installed, and steam-air mixture is vertically flowed from the top to the bottom. The pitch between tubes is 67mm, the out-diameter of tube is 25.4mm, and the thickness is 1.2mm ; blockage factor (cross sectional tube area over the cross sectional area of the test section) is about 0.38. All of sensors and measurement systems (RTD, pressure sensor, flow-meter, relative humidity sensor, etc.) are calibrated with certificated standard sensors and the uncertainty for the heat transfer measurement is surveyed to have the uncertainty within 7%. As experimental results, overall heat transfer coefficient of the Teflon (FEP) coated tube is degraded about 20% compared to bare stainless tube. The degradation of overall heat transfer coefficient of Teflon coated tube comes from the additional heat transfer resistance due to Teflon coating. Its magnitude of heat transfer resistance is comparable to the in-tube heat transfer resistance. Nusselt and Sherwood numbers on Teflon (FEP) coated surface and bare stainless steel surface are discussed in detail with the contact angles of the condensate.

        The evaluation of simulation models against ADS-33 quantitative rotorcraft handling qualities metrics has, in the past, been a time consuming effort, involving many individual analyses in both the time and frequency domains. Manual tuning of control system parameters to meet handling qualities and performance specifications has been cumbersome and complicated. Performing rigorous trade-off studies for numerous variations in the control system is too time consuming to be practicable. With the complex interaction of time- and frequency based specifications for the closed- and broken-loop responses, it is difficult to know if the design makes the most effective use of the available control power. The Control Designer's Unified Interface (CONDUIT) software makes possible rapid optimization and trade-offs of design configurations against handling qualities specifications.

        HPLC를 이용한 인삼, 홍삼, 산양산삼 및 홍산삼의 성분 비교 분석

        Objectives The aim of this experiment is to provide an differentiation of ginseng, red ginseng, cultivated wild ginseng(CWG), and red wild ginseng(RWG) through component analysis using HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography, hereafter HPLC). Methods Comparative analyses of ginsenoside $Rg_3$, ginsenoside $Rh_2$, and ginsenosides $Rb_1$ and $Rg_1$ of various ginsengs were conducted using HPLC. Results 1. CWG was relatively heat-resistant and showed slow change in color during the process of steaming and drying, compared to cultivated ginseng. 2. Ginsenoside $Rg_3$ was not detected in cultivated ginseng and CWG, whereas it was high in red ginseng and RWG. Ginsenoside $Rg_3$ was more generated in red ginseng than in RWG. 3. Ginsenoside $Rh_2$ appreared during steaming and drying of cultivated ginseng, whereas it was more increased during steaming and drying of CWG. 4. Ginsenoside $Rg_1$ content was more increased during steaming and drying of cultivated ginseng, whereas it was more decreased during steaming and drying of CWG. 5. Ginsenoside $Rb_1$ content was increased about 500% during steaming and drying of cultivated ginseng, whereas it was increased about 30% during steaming and drying of CWG, indicating that ginsenoside $Rb_1$ was more generated in red ginseng than in RWG. 6. Ginsenoside $Rg_3$ content was higher, whereas ginsenoside $Rg_1$ content was lower in 11th RWG than in 9th RWG, indicating that ginsenoside $Rg_3$ content was increased and $Rg_1$ content was decreased as steaming and drying continued to proceed. Ginsenoside $Rh_2$ and $Rb_1$ contents began to be increased, followed by decreased after 9th steaming and drying process. Conclusions Above experiment data can be an important indicator for the dentification of ginseng, red ginseng, CWG, and RWG. And the following studies will be need for making good product using CWG.

        무인표적기용 저가형 자동비행시스템 개발

        본 논문은 군에서 운용중인 대공포 사격 훈련용으로 개발한 무인 표적기용 자동비행시스템 개발에 관한 논문이다. 조종사에 의해 수동으로 운용중인 표적기를 자동화함으로써 조종사 측면에서는 비행업무를 경감시키고, 군 측면에서는 사격훈련 예산절감이라는 장점을 가지게 된다. 현재까지 개발된 대부분의 UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)는 항공기 자세를 측정하기 위해 AHRS(Attitude & Heading Reference System)와 IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit)등의 고가의 센서를 장착하고 있지만 이를 장착하고 무인기를 사격훈련용으로 사용하기에는 예산절감이라는 목적에 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 논문은 저가의 센서를 장착하고 자동비행이 가능하도록 저가형 자동비행시스템을 개발하였으며, 자동비행 컴퓨터를 포함한 센서, 전원모듈, 스위칭 모듈, 모니터링 모듈, RC 수신기를 하나의 모듈로 단일화하여 통합형 자동비행시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 비행시험을 통하여 자동비행시스템 성능을 입증하였다. This paper deals with the automatic flight control system for an unmanned target drone which is operated by an army as an anti-air gun shooting training. By automation of unmanned target drone that is manually operated by external pilot, pilot can reduce workload and an army can reduce the budget. Most UAVs which are developed until today use high-cost sensors as AHRS and IMU to measure the attitude, but those are contradictory for the reduction of budget. This paper says the development of low-cost automatic flight control system which makes possible of automatic flight with low-cost sensors. We have developed the integrated automatic flight control system by integrating electricity module, switching module, monitoring module and RC receiver as an one module. We also prove the performance of automatic flight control system by flight test.

        Tail wing is important to designing of civil aircrafts, because it is responsible for aircraft stability and control. Tail wing has a role in aircraft control and makes aircraft fly stably without any pilot control input. Also, designing of tail wing determine trim drag force in whole aircraft. Center of gravity(CG) of aircraft travels with various effects as placement of passenger's seats, location of cargo bay, etc. In designing horizontal tail volume, aircraft CG travel has to be considered to have margin so that it should be sized to provide adequate stability and control for the airplane's entire CG range throughout the flight envelope. Finally, it is essential to have sufficient elevator control to perform stall at forward CG for all flaps down configurations. Such stalls establish the FAR stall speed which airplane take-off and landing performance. This paper deals with the process for tail wing design regarding the aircraft CG travel and results for 95-seat type turboprop aircraft.

        Flight modes of automatic flight control system for light general aviation flight deck. Garmin G1000, were realized using Stateflow. In developing aircraft, it is difficult to verify the operational flight program in particular branch statement because developer can not see any visual logical steam. So, Stateflow has been used to visualize logical stream, transition from one flight mode to another flight mode. The performance was approved by applying flight mode transition conditions of G1000 to proposed transition system that is composed of states, switches, events, data and transition conditions. DURMI-II was used as 6-DOF simulation model.
