선량 중첩을 이용한 멀티형 연 X-선 정전기 제거장치의 개발

In display and semi-conductor manufacturing process, there are numerous unstable factors such as particle concentration, minimal vibration, changes in magnetic field, or electrostatic that becomes an issue to be managed and controlled. In the recent, X-ray ionization is widely used that is neutralized by separating air or gas molecules in the area where the static must be resolved. The mono-type of X-ray ionizer was not capable to be used in $8^{th}$ generation panels manufacturing plant due to its insufficient ionizing coverage since the panel itself is approximately in $2m{\times}3m$. To resolve the current problem, the development of new type called, "Multi-type X-ray ionizer" has resulted in covering enough ionizing space in $8^{th}$ generation panels industry. Comparing mono and multi types with MCNPX code simulation, the multi one indicates more X-ray flux, efficiency, and ionization performance in comparison with either a mono-type or multi-type in array format. In addition, the ionizing efficiency of overlapping area with multi-type showed 30% higher effectiveness rate as to the ordinary mono-type.

Purpose: To compare the flap thicknesses measured with the ultrasound (US) subtraction method, the direct method, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) in femtosecond laser-assisted LASIK eyes. Methods: The present study included 65 eyes of 37 patients who underwent femtosecond laser-assisted LASIK surgery. Flap thickness was measured intraoperatively using the direct and subtraction methods with US pachymetry and postoperatively using anterior segment OCT. Flap thickness measurements were compared among the three methods. Results: There was no significant difference between the flap thickness measured using the US subtraction method and OCT (p = 0.511). The flap thickness values obtained by these two different methods also correlated well with each other (γ = 0.820, p < 0.001). However, flap thickness measured using the US direct method was significantly different (p < 0.001) with a low agreement value compared to the other two methods. Furthermore, the US direct method showed a lower measurement success rate compared to the US subtraction method (54% vs. 95%). Conclusions: Flap thickness measured using the US subtraction method and OCT showed different values compared to that measured using the US direct method. Because of the lower measurement success rate and agreement value, the US direct method is not capable of being used in substitute for the US subtraction method. Al:Au 음극층을 이용한 양면발광(dual emission) 유기 EL 소자의 Al 두께별 특성 평가

The Al:Au double-layer metal electrode for use in transparent, dual emission of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) was fabricated. The electrode of Al:Au metals with various thicknesses was deposited by the vacuum thermal evaporation technique. For Al thickness of 1 nm, a bottom luminance of $4880\;cd/m^2$ was observed at 8 V. Otherwise, top luminance of $2020\;cd/m^2$ were observed at 8 V. In addition, the threshold voltages of the electrodes were 2.2 V. It was forward that the inserting 1 nm Al between LiF and Au enhanced electron injection with tunneling effect.
