환경공해, 약물 남용 등으로 인해 선천적으로 신체적 이상을 갖고 태어나는 어린이들이 늘고 있어, 어린이 건강, 더 나아가 국민 건강 향상에 악영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 이 선천성 기형도 조기에 발견만하면 충분히 치료가 가능하다고 이동환 순천향의대 소아과교수는 지난 11월 11일 건강관리협회에서 있었던 건강관리 Work-shop을 통해 발표했다. 본문은 그의 발표문을 게재한 것이다.

용접부 미세조직의 재질열화 평가를 위한 Advanced Small Punch 시험에 관한 연구

This research was aimed to evaluate the material degradation with various microstructures of X20CrMoV121 steel weldment by Advanced Small Punch(ASP) test. Due to the regional limitation on constitutive structures, the minimized loading ball(${\varphi}1.5mm$) and bore diameter of lower die(${\varphi}3mm$) were designed for the ASP test. The micro-hardness test was also performed to assess the mechanical properties with artificial aging heat treatment. Material degradation was estimated by ductile-brittle transition temperature(DBTT). The results obtained from the ASP test were compared with those from conventional small punch(CSP) test and CVN impact test for several weldment microstructures. It was found that the ASP test clearly showed the microstructural dependance on the material degradation in the weldment.

예비교사는 영재학생의 수학적 사고를 분석하면서 무엇을 배우는가?: 예비교사교육에서 과제 기반 면담의 역할

본 연구의 목적은 예비교사가 초등 영재학생 대상 과제 기반 면담을 수행하면서 무엇을 배울 수 있는가를 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 과제 기반 면담을 활용하는 예비교사 교육프로그램을 설계하고, 예비교사들의 면담 과정을 분석하여 과제 기반 면담이 예비교사들의 학습에 어떠한 역할을 할 수 있는지 확인하였다. 그 결과 예비교사들은 학생들의 자유로운 아이디어를 촉진할 수 있는 과제 소개 방식의 특징, 학생들의 생각을 이해하려는 목적의 질문과 해석형 듣기의 중요성, 탐구를 촉진하는 표현의 역할을 배울 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze what prospective teachers can learn while carrying out task-based interviews for elementary school students. To this end, the pre-service teachers' interview process was analyzed to see how task-based interviewing could play a role in the pre-service teachers' learning. As a result, pre-service teachers were able to learn the characteristics of task introduction style that can promote students' various ideas, the role of the question of purpose to understand students' thoughts, and the role of expression that promotes exploration.

서지컬 가이드를 이용한 하악 임플란트 피개의치 수복 증례

전통적인 총의치와 비교했을 때 하악 임플란트 피개의치는 2개의 임플란트로도 좋은 지지와 유지를 얻을 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 2개의 임플란트를 이용하여 하악 임플란트 피개의치를 제작할 때는 정확한 위치에 임플란트를 식립하는 것이 중요하다. 2개의 임플란트를 교합평면에 수직 방향으로, 견치 자리에 서로 평행하게 식립해야 피개의치의 장기적인 예후에 좋다. 하지만 무치악 환자에서 2개의 임플란트를 올바른 위치에 식립하는 것은 어려운 일이며, 이 때 서지컬 가이드를 이용한다면 보철적으로 유리한 위치에 임플란트를 식립하는데 도움을 받을 수 있다. 본 증례는 57세 남환으로 치주질환으로 인해 상, 하악의 모든 치아가 발거된 상태로 본원에 내원했다. 이에 상악은 전통적인 총의치, 하악은 2개의 임플란트를 이용한 임플란트 피개의치로 수복하여 기능 및 심미적으로 만족스러운 결과를 얻었으므로 이를 보고하고자 한다. Compared with traditional full dentures, mandibular implant overdentures have the advantage in that good support and retention can be obtained even with two implants. When manufacturing a mandibular implant overdenture using two implants, it is important to place the implant in the correct position. The long-term prognosis of overdenture is good when two implants are placed in the direction vertical to the occlusal plane and parallel to each other at the canine position. However, it is difficult to place two implants in the correct position in edentulous patients, and if you use surgical guides in these cases, you can get help in placing the implants in a prosthetically advantageous position. This case, a 57-year-old male patient, came to our hospital with all upper and lower teeth removed due to periodontal disease. Therefore, the maxilla was restored with a traditional full denture and the mandible was restored with an implant overdenture using two implants, which resulted in satisfactory functional and esthetic results.

초등예비교사는 문장제를 어떻게 설명하는가?

본 연구는 초등예비교사의 문장제 설명 방식에서 나타나는 특징을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 초등예비교사 25명에게 최대공약수와 관련된 문장제를 설명하는 동영상을 제작하도록 하고 이를 분석하였다. 예비교사의 설명하기 특징을 분석하기 위해, 설명이 필요한 부분 파악, 설명 단계의 연계성, 예의 활용의 3가지 분석범주를 설정하였고, 각 범주에 따른 분석결과를 토대로 3가지 설명 유형을 도 출하였다. 그 결과 예비교사의 문장제 설명 방식은‘최대공약수 구하는 절차만 설 명’,‘최대공약수 구하는 이유 설명’, ‘문제 상황의 의미 설명’ 으로 구분할 수 있었다. 또한 각 범주에서 좋은 설명으로 구분된 사례가 지닌 특징을 구체적으 로 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of instructional explanations offered by elementary pre-service teachers. To this end, 25 elementary school pre-service teachers were asked to produce a video explaining the word problems related to the greatest common factor. To analyze the characteristics of instructional explanations offered by elementary pre-service teachers, three analysis categories were established: identifying the parts that need explanation, linking the explanation steps, and utilizing examples. As a result, method of the pre-service teachers’explanation of word problems could be divided into ‘explaining only the procedure of obtaining the greatest common factor',‘explaining the reason why obtaining the greatest common factor', and ‘explaining the meaning of the problem situation'. We also specifically present features with examples separated by good explanations in each category.

신선 채소류의 부패에 따른 세균의 다양성 변화 및 세균에 의한 채소 부패 조사

Almost 10~30% of vegetables were discarded by the spoilage from farms to tables. After harvest, vegetables are often spoiled by a wide variety of microorganisms including many bacterial and fungal species. This investigation was conducted to extent the knowledge of relationship the spoilage of vegetables and the diversity of microbes. The total aerobic bacterial numbers in fresh lettuce, perilla leaf, and chicory were 2.6~2.7×10^6, 4.6×10^5, 1.2×10^6 CFU/g of fresh weight, respectively. The most common bacterial species were Pseudomonas spp., Alysiella spp., and Burkholderia spp., and other 18 more genera were involved in. After one week of incubation of those vegetables at 28℃, the microbial diversity had been changed. The total aerobic bacterial numbers increased to 1.1~4.6×10^8, 4.9×10^7, and 7.6×10^8 CFU/g of fresh weight for lettuce,perilla leaf, and chicory that is about 102 times increased bacterial numbers than that before spoilage. However, the diversity of microbes isolated had been simplified and fewer bacterial species had been isolated. The most bacterial population (~48%) was taken up by Pseudomonas spp., and followed by Arthrobacter spp. and Bacillus spp. The spoilage activity of individual bacterial isolates had been tested using axenic lettuce plants. Among tested isolates, Pseudomonas fluorescence and Pantoea agglomerans caused severe spoilage on lettuce. 초록채소류가 소비되기까지 약 10~30%에 이르는 양이 부패에 의해 버려지고 있다. 채소류는 수확 후 수많은 세균이나 곰팡이와 같은 다양한 미생물들에 의해 부패가 이루어진다. 채소류의 부패와 세균과의 관계를 알아보고자 세균의 다양성에 관한 조사를 하였다. 신선한 상추와 깻잎, 치커리에서의 총 호기성 균 수는 각각 2.6~2.7×10^6, 4.6×10^5, 1.2×10^6 CFU/g of fresh weight이었으며, Pseudomonas spp., Alysiella spp., Burkholderia spp.와 그 외의 18개의 다양한 속들이 확인되었다. 신선한 채소류를 28℃에서 일주일 동안 배양하였을 때 세균 다양성에 변화가 생겼다. 총 호기성 균의 수는 상추와 깻잎, 치커리에 대하여 각각 1.1~4.6×10^8, 4.9×10^7, and 7.6×10^8 CFU/g of fresh weight로 나타났으며, 이는 약 102배 정도 증가한 수치이다. 하지만 세균 다양성은 단순해져서 보다 적은 수의 세균이 분리, 동정되었다. Pseudomonas spp.가 대부분을 차지하였으며(~48%), Arthrobacter sp., Bacillus sp.가 그 뒤를 이었다. 동정된 세균 각각의 부패능을 검정하고자 무균배양한 상추에 접종하였으며, 그 결과 Pseudomonas fluorescence와 Pantoea agglomerans가 상당한 부패를 야기하였다.
