Receptor for advanced glycation end-products (RAGE) is overexpressed in various cancer cells. In this study, a RAGE-binding peptide (RBP) was conjugated to polyethylenimine (25 kDa, PEI). RBP-conjugated PEI (PEI-RBP) was characterized as a dual-functional reagent, a RAGE-mediated gene carrier and an anti-angiogenic reagent. As a gene carrier, PEI-RBP had higher transfection efficiency to the C6 glioblastoma cells than PEI. As an anti-angiogenic reagent, the pEmpty/PEI-RBP complex reduced RAGE expression on the surface of the C6 glioblastoma cells. Also, the complex reduced the VEGF expression and tube formation of endothelial cells. Therefore, PEI-RBP may be useful for development of glioblastoma therapy.
2011 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 수학 교과서의 공학적 도구 활용 부분에 대한 분석

In this study, we examined the relevant parts of technical instruments for all grades in middle school mathematics textbooks that based on 2011 revised curriculum. Then we analyzed them by grade level, content areas, technical instruments types, types of teaching and learning, degree reflects the content of the curriculum. As a result, the goal of this study is to suggest a direction for how to take advantage of the technical instruments in middle school mathematics textbooks. The results of this study are as follows. First, the relevant parts of technical instruments in middle school mathematics textbooks had been concentrated in certain area, this area is a geometric area and a function area. Second, the technical instruments that is used in most of textbook were equal in each content area. Third, the teaching and learning types for the use of technical instruments were concentrated in the "inductive intended to explore", and the technical instruments were only used to guide to follow the simple steps. Fourth, it was found that in the relevant parts of technical instruments which reflects the information presented in the 2011 revised curriculum. It had been concentrated in "Understanding the principles of mathematics" and "Understanding the concepts of mathematics", but "understanding the laws of mathematics" and "problem solving ability improvement" were rare.
요양병원 입원환자 분류체계 및 수가수준 정기적 조정기전 마련을 위한 기초연구

Background: Over the next 10 years, there have been continuous issues related to the classification criteria and fees of inpatients in long-term care hospitals, such as an increase in the ratio of mild and long-term hospitalization, an increase in social hospitalization, and ambiguity in classification criteria. Accordingly, the 7th Health Insurance Policy Deliberation Committee in 2019 reorganized the health insurance fee system for long-term care hospitals from November 2019. At the same time, as a mid- to long-term reorganization plan, a new classification system was proposed to promote functional differentiation according to the disease group and severity of long-term care hospitals. Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to prepare a long-term care hospital inpatient classification system and a mechanism for adjusting the fee level by identifying problems with the long-term care hospital inpatient classification system and fee level and seeking improvement directions. Results: As of the date of reorganization of the classification system for inpatients in long-term care hospitals (November 1, 2019), 201,260 patients who were consecutively hospitalized were analyzed. The proportion of patients in the selective hospitalization group was expected to be 43.7% (87,928 patients) after the reorganization, but it was confirmed that only 11.4% (22,980 patients) after the actual reorganization. As a result, inpatients in long-term care hospitals could be classified into disease-based dementia, cerebrovascular and nervous systems, cancer, musculoskeletal system, and other patient groups. However, even within the first-stage classification group, additional reflective elements were needed to classify various patient conditions. Factors for detailed grouping, such as age classification, severity, number of days of hospitalization, whether to use a ventilator, and physical function, should be further reviewed to prepare a more specific classification system and fee system. Discussion: This study raised the need for a new classification system reflecting disease groups and patient conditions. It is necessary to understand the actual status of inpatients in long-term care hospitals through simulation studies applying objective functional evaluation tools in the future. It will be necessary to develop a disease group-based patient classification system that reflects objective indicators such as clinical diagnosis of patients, patient condition and function, and level of essential nursing behavior.
Preparation of Self-Assembled Crystalline Microparticles with Bispyridyl Zn-Porphyrin

Well-defined solid-state microcrystalline structures from bispyridyl Zn-porphyrin have been successfully synthesized. The coordinative interactions between pyridine and Zn are main responsible for this translation of porphyrin molecular building blocks to crystalline microscopic objects. The hexagonal plates are obtained from acetonitrile and rhombus plates are grown from toluene solution. With a simple manipulation during the microcrystal growth, such as growth temperature and time, the morphologies can be controlled by adopting different molecular packing. Consequently, morphologies of microcrystals have been diversified.
스토리델링 수학 교과서에 제시된 수학적 자료(mathematical resources) 분석 -중학교 2학년을 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 스토리텔링 수학 교과서 개발과 학교 현장에서 스토리텔링 교과서 활용의 방향성을 제시하기 위해 교과서에서 내용 영역별 수학적 자료(수학과제, 읽기 및 활동 자료)의 위치와 답안유형에 따른 수학 과제 의 인지적 노력 수준을 살펴보고, 수학적 자료의 위치와 답안 유형에 따른 스토리텔령의 유형을 분석하고자 하 였다. 이를 위해서 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 2학년 스토리텔링 수학 교과서에서 점유율이 높은 5종의 교과서를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 모든 내용 영역에서 수학 과제의 인지적 노력 수준은 Low-Level의 PNC (Procedures without Connections Tasks) 과제가 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있었다. 다 만 High-Level의 과제에 있어서 확률과 통계 영역은 다른 영역에 비해 1.5배 이상의 비율을 나타내었다. 그리 고 답안 유형은 단답형으로 된 PNC 과제가 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 스토리텔링 의 유형은 주로 실생활 연계형이 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있었으며, 이에 대한 수학적 자료의 위치는 교과서 본문과 정리에 편중되어 나타났다. 그리고 답안 유형은 단답형을 요구하는 스토리텔링 유형의 자료들이 많았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 다른 학년의 스토리텔링 수학 교과서를 개발하고 학교 현장에 적용할 때 수 학 과제의 인지적 노력 수준, 스토리 자료의 위치, 답안 유형, 스토리텔병 유형에 대해서 균형성과 다양성을 고려 해야할 필요성을 제시할 수 있었다.
화재 및 침수를 포함한 자율운항선박 비상대응체계에 대한 연구

IMO에서는 자율운항선박 운용을 위한 신규 협약 개발 필요성을 확인하고 세부 협약 개발을 본격적으로 시작하였다. 본 연구에서는자율운항선박 협약 개발이 진행됨에 따라 필수로 고려되어야 하는 화재 및 침수를 포함한 자율운항선박 비상대응체계 고려사항에 대한 사항을제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect on head posture, balance, and attention concentration after conducting a forward head posture correction exercise program for adolescents with developmental disabilities living in Incheon for 12 weeks. Subjects were classified into a group (N=10) and a control group (N=10), and the subjects' head posture, balance, and attention concentration were evaluated through pre-post-examination. Research result 1. It was found that the 12-week forward head posture correction program did not affect the head posture of adolescents with developmental disabilities. 2. It was found that the 12-week forward head posture correction exercise program did not affect the equilibrium of adolescents with developmental disabilities. 3. It was found that the 12-week forward head posture correction exercise program did not affect the attention concentration of adolescents with developmental disabilities.
