With the development of new digital technologies, research on various learning tools is being actively conducted. These learning tools are also being developed so that they can be applied to various environments by applying the technology of artificial intelligence or using smart functions to which big data technology is applied. These smart learning tools are contributing a lot to increasing educational effectiveness and learning efficiency. Recently, various learning tools have been applied in universities, and solutions for smart learning from smart attendance are introduced to improve student learning efficiency. This study intends to propose a design for a smart learning tool that can increase the efficiency of project progress and increase the scalability of the results when conducting a company's customized project through such a university's smart learning tool. The proposed smart learning tool is expected to have the advantage of being able to easily adapt to the practical business project as the company-customized projects that can improve practical skills are smoothly used as a learning tool. The proposed project-based smart learning tool model is later built as a related LMS and applied to actual project progress to check its utility, and to revise and supplement the proposed smart learning tool model to provide a project-based smart learning function want to strengthen.

4차 산업혁명에 대한 다양한 신기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행이 되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 신기술 분야중에 정보보안 분야에서는 블록체인에 대한 관심이 상당히 높다. 이러한 블록체인에 대한 연구는 대학원 중심으로 많은 연구가 활발히 진행이 되고 있으며, 대학에서 학부생 중심으로 전용 블록체인 교육과정을 운영하는 것은 여러 가지 상황이 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 이러한 상황에서 블록체인 관련 산업의 활성화를 위하여 다양한 신규 블록체인 생태계가 생겨나고 그만큼 많은 관심과 노력으로 많은 발전을 이루고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 4차 산업혁명에서 중요한 블록체인에 대한 대학의 교육과정 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 블록체인 교육모델에 대한 것은 인력양성 과정을 통하여 산업체 중심의 교육과정을 운영했던 내용을 중심으로 관련 블록체인 교육 모델을 제안하여 다양한 블록체인의 교육이 활성화되어 블록체인 산업 발전을 이루고자 한다. In the 4<sup>th</sup> industrial revolution, research on various new technologies is being actively conducted. Among the new technologies of the 4<sup>th</sup> industrial revolution, interest in blockchain is very high. A lot of research on this kind of block chain is being actively conducted, centered on graduate schools. It is not easy for a university to operate a dedicated blockchain curriculum centered on undergraduate students. In such a situation, a variety of new blockchain ecosystems have been created to revitalize the blockchain-related industry, and many developments are being made with a lot of interest and effort. In this research, we intend to propose a university curriculum model for blockchain, which is important in the 4<sup>th</sup> industrial revolution. Regarding the blockchain education model, we propose a related blockchain education model focusing on the contents of operating an industry-oriented education course through the human resource nurturing process, and various blockchain education will be activated to achieve the blockchain industry development.

National Identity in Korean Social Studies Curriculum

세계화는 정치, 경제의 일부 한정된 영역만이 아니라 사회, 문화적 차원을 망라한 우리 삶의 전 부면에 걸쳐 급격한 변화를 초래하고 있다. 이제 그러한 변화에 어떻게 대처하며, 혹은 그것을 어떻게 주도할 것인지 하는 문제는 비단 일부에게 국한된 문제가 아니라 인류 전체에게 부여되는 보편적 과업으로 다가 오고 있다. 특히 그러한 과업을 수행하는 데 있어서 교육의 가치와 역할은 그 어느 때보다도 강조되고 있는 실정이다.<BR> 본 연구는 국가, 국가주의, 그리고 국가 정체성과 관련한 다양한 논의(미국, 캐나 다, 유럽의 맥락에서)를 검토하여 지금까지 국가를 중심으로 지속되어 온 공동체적 삶의 양상이 어떻게 변화되어 왔는가를 살펴본다. 한편으로 세계 성원으로서 스스로 의 역할과 책무를 자각하며, 다른 한편으로 동질화, 획일화로 대표되는 세계화의 격랑속에서도 자신만의 고유한 위치와 자리를 찾기위한 노력들이 어떻게 결집되어 왔는가를 추적한다. 아울러 우리나라의 교육과정 (사회과 및 도덕과) 속에 반영된 국가 정체성 확립의 노력을 분석해봄으로써 앞으로 미래 사회에 대비하는 우리 교육의 이념적 지향과 실천적 방향성을 찾아보고자 하였다.<BR> 국가를 가족의 확대된 개념으로 받아들이는 전통적인 유교사상, 수많은 외침을 극복하는 과정중에 자연적으로 파생된 강력한 일체감, 단일 민족이라는 민족적 자긍심 등등은 우리 나름대로의 독특한 국가(민족) 정체성을 확립하는 계기가 되어 왔다. 더군다나 근대 국가로 발돋움하는 도상에서 겪은 각종 혼란과 분단이라는 현실은 일찍 부터 우리로 하여금 강력하고 분명한 국가(민족) 정체성 확립이 긴요한 교육적 과제임을 인식하게 해왔다. 그러나 결국 달라진 삶의 조건(예컨대 교통, 통신의 발달로 인한 세계화 추세의 가속 등)은 물리적으로도, 혹은 심리적으로도 기존의 관점에서 바라보던 국가, 국가주의, 국가 정체성 등의 개념이 갖는 확실성, 분명함을 더 이상 기대할 수 없도록 만들었다. 현대적인 삶의 양상이 변화와 불확실성을 특징으로 하는 것이라면, 국가 정체성 역시 어떤 고정된 특성으로 드러나거나 혹은 일방적인 교수를 통해서 성취될 수 있는 것은 아니다.<BR> 이와 관련하여 제7차 도덕과 교육과정에서 언급되고 있는 개방적 국가주의(opne nationalism)’란 개념은 대단히 의미 있는 내용이 아닐 수 없다. 이는 폐쇄적이고 배타적인 국가(민족)주의는 우리 자신의 고유성 독특성을 지켜나가는 데 있어서도, 또한 세계 시민의 일원으로서 역할과 책무를 다하는 데 있어서도 걸림돌이 될 수 있음을 분명히 한 표현인 것이다. 어쩌면 이제 더 이상 ‘한국인이란 무엇인가’에 관한 분명하고도 흠결없는 규정은 불가능한 것일런지도 모른다. 그리고 이와 같은 불확실 함 속에서 우리의 국가(민족)정체성 교육이 어떤 방향으로 나가야할지를 탐색해야할 힘겨운 과제가 우리의 어깨를 더욱 무겁게 할런지도 모른다. 그러나 국가 정체성에 관한 논의는 한편으로 그것이 갖는 모호성, 불분명성을 억지로 해소하려 드는 것이 아니라 그 자체로서 인정할 때 의미 있는 것이 될 수 있으며, 완결이 아닌 현재진행 형의 노력임을 분명히 인식해야 할 것이다. The globalization trend has made a huge impact on our life, including every dimension of our social, cultural, political and economical life. It has become a universal challenge for all human beings to come to terms with the changes the trend has made. Especially. education has received a great deal of expectation that it can lead us to survival and prosperity in the future.<BR> This study examines some of the discourses on the notions of ‘nation’. ‘nationalism’. and ‘national identity’ carried out in the context of North America and Europe. This study also analyses the sixth and seventh Korean national social studies curriculum and tries to come up with some fresh understandings of our current situation, and gain some insights on the future direction that can guide our theoretical and practical endevor.

Objective: Autophagy plays a vital role in homeostasis by combining organelles and cellular proteins with lysosome under starvation conditions. In addition, autophagy provides tumor cells with a source of energy. Continued autophagy will induce cells death. Here we aim to see if autophagic induction has an effect on conventional chemotherapeutic agents. Methods: Rapamycin, or mammalian target of rapamycin and paclitaxel, apoptosis-inducing agents were used autophagy in HeLa cervical cancer cells. Results: Growth inhibition of cells was not observed after the application of 0, 10, 20 nM of paclitaxel with or without rapamycin. Using a 5 nM concentration of paclitaxel, rapamycin administration inhibited cell growth significantly compared to no treatment. This implies the synergic antitumor effect of paclitaxel and rapamycin. Paclitaxel itself did not show any autophagic effect on cells but did show cell apoptosis by flow cytometry. Light chain 3, a microtubule-associated protein, which reflect autophagy, was increased with 5 nM of paclitaxel after pretreatment with 10 nM of rapamycin. Conclusion: These findings suggest that the autophagic inducer, rapamycin, can potentiate autophagic cell death when added as an apoptosis-inducing chemotherapeutic agent. In conclusion, the control of autophagy may be a future target for chemotherapy.

최근에 유 · 무선 환경에서의 통합적인 망 구성이 이루어지고 있다. 최근 무선 환경에서의 단말기간의 라우팅 기능을 제공하는 Ad Hoc 네트워크에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있으며 이에 대한 많은 연구가 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Ad Hoc 네트워크에서의 라우팅 관련 문제들을 살펴보고, 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 ARAN 프로토콜을 이용하여 이동 노드에서 상호간의 인증에 필요한 보안 프로토콜을 연구하였다.

IT관련 제품(데스크톱, 노트북, 스마트폰 등)과 자동차, 선박, 자판기 등 기계(Machine)관련 제품과의 융합이 이뤄지고 있으며 각 장비간의 통합 융합으로 변화됨에 따라 네트워크 시스템과 S/W에 대한 보호가 더욱 어려워지고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 문제는 산업계 내에서 다양한 그룹의 사용자들이 다양한 장비를 사용하므로 더 복잡해지며, 결국에는 수많은 기계장치의 사용자 수준에 따라 다른 수준의 보안이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 이동통신의 한분야인 M2M(Mahcine to Machine) 통신에 대한 동향 소개와 M2M의 보안 위협요소 분석을 통한 키관리 기법과 Threshold 암호 기법을 소개한다.
