        비냉각 적외선 센서 어레이를 위한 CMOS 신호 검출회로

        본 논문에서는 기존의 방법과는 달리 4 단계의 보정 기법을 적용하여 미세한 적외선 (infrared : IR) 신호를 검출해내는 비냉각 적외선 센서 어레이를 위한 CMOS 신호 검출회로를 제안한다. 제안하는 신호 검출회로는 11 비트의 A/D 변환기 (analog-to-digital converter : ADC)와 7 비트의 D/A 변환기 (digital-to-analog converter : DAC), 그리고 자동 이득 조절 회로 (automatic gain control circuit : AGC)로 구성되며, 비냉각 센서 어레이를 동작시키는 DC 바이어스 전류 성분, 화소간의 특성 차이에 의한 변화 성분과 자체 발열 (self-heating)에 의한 변화 성분을 포함하는 적외선 센서 어레이의 출력 신호로부터 미세한 적외선 신호 성분만을 선택적으로 얻어낸다. 제안하는 A/D 변환기에서는 병합 캐패시터 스위칭 (merged-capacitor switching : MCS) 기법을 적용하여 면적 및 전력 소모를 최소화하였으며, D/A 변환기에서는 출력단에 높은 선형성을 가지는 전류 반복기를 사용하여 화소간의 특성 차이에 의한 변화 성분과 자체 발열에 의한 변화 성분을 보정할 수 있도록 하였다. 시제품으로 제작된 신호 검출회로는 1.2 um double-poly double-metal CMOS 공정을 사용하였으며, 4.5 V 전원전압에서 110 mW의 전력을 소모한다. 제작된 시제품으로부터 측정된 검출회로의 differential nonlinearity (DNL)와 integral nonlinearity (INL)는 A/D 변환기의 경우 11 비트의 해상도에서 ±0.9 LSB와 ±1.8 LSB이며, D/A 변환기의 경우 7 비트의 해상도에서 ±0.1 LSB와 ±0.1 LSB이다. This paper proposes a CMOS readout circuit for uncooled micro-bolometer arrays adopting a four-point step calibration technique. The proposed readout circuit employing an 11b analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a 7b digital-to-analog converter (DAC), and an automatic gain control circuit (AGC) extracts minute infrared (IR) signals from the large output signals of uncooled micro-bolometer arrays including DC bias currents, inter-pixel process variations, and self-heating effects. Die area and power consumption of the ADC are minimized with merged-capacitor switching (MCS) technique adopted. The current mirror with high linearity is proposed at the output stage of the DAC to calibrate inter-pixel process variations and self-heating effects. The prototype is fabricated on a double-poly double-metal 1.2 um CMOS process and the measured power consumption is 110 mW from a 4.5 V supply. The measured differential nonlinearity (DNL) and integral nonlinearity (INL) of the 11b ADC show ±0.9 LSB and ±1.8 LSB, while the DNL and INL of the 7b DAC show ±0.1 LSB and ±0.1 LSB.

        Review of Literature on Languor and fatigue. According to comparative studies of Oriental and Western medical Literature on the Languor and fatigue on causes and symptom, flowing results were obtained. 1. Common etiologies of the Languor and fatigue in Western medicine are firstly exhaustion of energy, secondly variation of control center-neurotic and body fluid control-, thirdly variation of a living body physico chemical state, forthly production of middle metabolic product, fifthly psychological instability. 2. The expression of the Languor and fatigue in Oriental medicine are consumption, dificiency of vital energy(氣虛), illness caused by overexertion and dificiency of essence of life(精虛). The caure of the Languor and fatigue are dificiency in spleen and stomach(脾胃虛弱), dificiency of both the lung and kidney(肺腎兩虛), the six excessive(六淫), irregular life and excessive mental labor. 3. The symptomes of the Languor and fatigue in western medicine are systemic feeling of fatigue, dislike of work, Dizziness, general fatigue, anorexia, painful body, nerveous prostration. anxiety and decrese of energy, and in oriental medicine dificiency of vital energy, general pain, sinking of vital energy(氣虛下階) in adequate nutrition, confusion and slow speaking.

        최근 산업디자인의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있는데, 이는 신제품에 부가가치를 더해 주기 때문이며, 감성을 중요시하는 새로운 사회 풍조와 소비자들의 다양화된 생활패턴이 생활의 질과 문화적 가치를 추구하는 현상으로 나타나고 있기 때문이다. 그러므로 산업디자인을 더 이상 스타일링 개념으로 해석해서는 않된다 즉, 신제품 개발시에 제품의 기능이나 구조 등에는 변화가 없으면서도 외관만 새롭게 치장하는 형태의 디자인에서는 벗어나야 한다는 것이다. 오늘날의 세계는 최소한 무역에서 만큼은 이미 국경이 사라진지 오래이다 이와 같은 WTO체제의 자유무역 상황에서의 산업디자인은 문화와 사회를 인식한 상품미와 경쟁력을 갖추어야만 하는 것이다. 따라서 어떠한 상품이나 브랜드가 사용 가치를 인정받기도 전에 소비자들로부터 잊혀지는 경우에 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 리마아케팅(Remarketing)을 도입할 수 있을 것이다 Recently. the importance of industrial design is being embossed owing to the added value in new products. Because both the new trend of public opinion taking a serious view of the sensitive faculty and the variety of consumers' life pattern are showing the phenomenon which is seeking after the Quality of life and the value of culture. So, we should not regard industrial design as the concept of styling any more. That is to say, developing new product, we must get out of the style of design which only decorate freshly an outward show without changing the function or structure of product. The boundary, at least in the trade, is disappeared long ago at the present world. The industrial design under the existing conditions, free trade under WTO, must possess both an article of commerce and competitive power recognizing culture and society According that, we can introduce the remarketing utility value of some articles of commerce and brand are not being recognized by the consumers.

      • 胸腺이 Cortisone 및 四鹽化炭素에 對한 生體反應에 미치는 影響에 關한 實驗的硏究

        Vital reactions to cortisone and carbon tetrachloride in both thymectomized group and nonthymectomized group (control group) of young and adult rabbits were studied histopathologically with the following results. 1) The body weight was decreased in both cortisone-administered and carbon tetrachloride-administered groups, but weight differences between the thymectomized group and the control group were not significant. 2) The histopathological changes of various organs resulting from the administration of massive doses of cortisone were more prominent in the thymectomized rabbits than those of the controls. However, no appreciable differences between young and adult rabbits were noted. 3) Hepatic degeneration, necrosis and fibrosis, resulting from administration of carbon tetrachloride in the thymectomized young and adult rabbits were more marked than those in the control group. In the former group, histopathological changes such as increase of the hepatic glycogen, atrophy of the lymphoid tissues, decreased lipid in the adrenal cortices and atrophy of the thyroid glands were noted while the control group usually did not show such alterations. No remarkable difference between the young and adult rabbits was found. 4) Marked vital reactions to cortisone and carbon tetrachloride were induced in the thymectomized rabbits and these effects of the thymus were noted in both young and adult rabbits.

        의식이 명료한 상태로 내원한 글루포시네이트 중독환자에서 신경학적 합병증예측인자로서 암모니아 농도 차이의 유용성

        Purpose: The serum ammonia level was postulated as a surrogate marker for severe neurotoxicity in glufosinate ammonium (GLA) poisoning. The aim of this study is to evaluate whether the level of serum ammonia can predict delayed neurologic complications in patients with GLA poisoning presented with alert mentality. Methods: Thirty-six GLA-poisoned patients presented to our emergency department with alert mentality initially were analyzed retrospectively. The baseline characteristics, laboratory findings, ammonia level (initial and second ammonia level, frequency of hyperammonemia, and difference of ammonia level), and clinical outcomes were compared between non-neurologic (n=16) and neurologic complication groups (n=20). Results: Neurologic complications occurred in 20 patients (55.6%) with 14.3 hours (median) of latent period. The initial ammonia level and frequency of initial hyperammonemia did not show any difference between the two groups. However, the difference of ammonia level between the 2nd and 1st samples was an independent predictor of delayed neurologic complication (adjusted odds ratio; 1.184 (95% confidence interval (CI); 1.01-1.387, p=0.037)). The area under the curve and cut-off point of the difference of ammonia level for the prediction of delayed neurologic complication was 0.936 (95% CI; 0.756-0.992) and 15.4 umol/L respectively. Conclusion: The difference of ammonia level rather than the initial ammonia level could be used to predict delayed neurologic complication in GLA-poisoned patients presented with alert mentality.
