        모바일 실시간 프레임 보간을 위한 경량화 네트워크

        In this paper, we propose a neural network model and system for video frame interpolation that works in real time on mobile devices. With the development of technology, deep learning networks are being used in mobile devices in various fields as performance such as smartphones is advanced. However, as the performance of deep learning models increases, the required hardware resources are also increasing, making it difficult to import and use networks directly from mobile devices. For the implementation of a network running in a mobile device, we propose a network that minimizes performance loss and enables real-time processing through the distribution of lightweight techniques and operations. The CPU/GPU/NPU, which is the computing device of the smartphone, was tested for processing power and assigned to the computing device with optimal performance for each computing device so that it can be used in real time while maintaining network performance as much as possible. 이 논문에서는 모바일 장치에서 실시간으로 작동하는 비디오 프레임 보간을 위한 신경망 모델 및 시스템을 제안한다. 기술의 발달로 스마트 폰 등 성능이 고도화되면서 다양한 분야의 모바일 기기에 딥러닝 네트워크가 활용되고 있다. 그러나 딥러닝 모델의 성능이 향상함에 따라 필요한 하드웨어 자원도 증가하고 있기 때문에 모바일 장치에서 직접 네트워크를 가져와 사용하기 어렵다. 모바일 장치에서 돌아가는 네트워크의 구현을 위해 경량화 기법과 연산의 분산을 통하여 성능의 손실을 최소화하며 실시간 처리가 가능한 네트워크를 제안한다. 스마트 폰의 연산 장치인 CPU / GPU / NPU에 대해 연산들에 대해 처리능력을 테스트를 진행하여 각 연산 장치에 대해 최적의 성능을 가지는 연산 장치에 할당함으로써 네트워크 성능을 최대한 유지하면서 모바일에서 실시간으로 사용할 수 있도록 만들었다.

        작은소피참진드기에 대한 다양한 식물체 및 천궁유래물질의 살비 및 기피 효과

        충북 청주지역에서 채집된 작은소피참진드기(Haemaphysalis longicornis)에 대하여 다양한 식물체 메탄올 조추출물과 천궁유래 물질들을 이용하여 살비활성과 기피활성을 조사하였다. 총 24종의 식물추출물을 이용한 작은소피참진드기에 대한 살비활성을 조사한 결과, 천궁(Cnidium officinale)에서 93.3%의 살비율로 가장 높은 활성을 보였으며, 기피 효과의 경우 도라지, 미국자리공, 백목련, 어성초, 천궁, 칡잎 등에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 기피 및 살비활성이 가장 높은 천궁의 메탄올추출물을 용매 분획한 물질들과 천궁 유래물질인 butylidenephthalide의 활성을 비교한 결과, 헥산(hexane)층 처리 3일 후에 90%의 높은 살비효과를 보였으며 기피반응도 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 천궁유래물질인 butylidenephthalide은 처리 7일 후에 90%의 살비활성을 보였고 T-tube olfactometer 실험에서 모든 작은소피참진드기가 무처리구로 이동하여 기피활성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 천궁 조추출물과 천궁유래물질인 butylidenephthalide를 이용하여 작은 소피참진드기의 방제 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This study investigated the acaricidal and repellent activities of various plant extracts and Cnidium officinale-derived materials against Haemaphysalis longicornis. Among the 24 methanolic plant extracts, C. officinale showed the highest acaricidal activity (93.3%) against H. longicornis. Platycodon grandiflorus, Phytolacca americana, Magnolia denudata, Houttuynia cordata, C. officinale, and Pueraria montana showed significant differences in their repellent activity. Consequently, the activity of solvent-fractionated materials and the derived material of the C. officinale, was investigated and a 90% acaricidal effect was observed three days after hexane fraction treatment, indicating that the repellent response was statistically significant. Butylidenephthalide, which is a C. officinale-derived compound, showed 90% acaricidal activity seven days after treatment. Additionally, all H. longicornis moved to the untreated area in the t-tube olfactometer experiment, confirming the repellent activity of butylidenephthalide. Therefore, the results of this study suggest the use of C. officinale crude extract and butylidenephthalide as potent acaricidals and repellents against H. longicornis, respectively.

        여행사의 지식경영요인이 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향: 충청북도를 중심으로

        Human capital is recognized as one of important sources of business success. This paper is to examine the effects of the introduction of knowledge management as a human capital upon the perception of production perfor- mance at travel agencies. With using LISREL program authors analyzed empirically about both sharing and creation of knowledge, components of knowledge management, and financial performance at travel agencies. The data were drown from a survey and interview to 234 personnel involved in tarvel business agencies. The results reveal that the human capital hardly affects the sharing and creation of knowledge, and sharing knowledges are found to influence on the components, while creating knowledge are not affecting the components.

        지식경영을 적용한 축제의 관광산업적 성과

        This study was to examine local festival professional's cognition on the relationship between knowledge management factors and industrial performance of a local festival. Data were collected from 440 local festival professionals of City of Jeochon and Danyang, including government officials and corporate professionals, on June 2009. Results of a structural equation model analysis showed that the job performance ability, information technology, leadership, and strategy were positively associated with the knowledge sharing and knowledge creation. while the personal relationship and organization culture were not related to the knowledge sharing and creation. Results also indicated that the knowledge creation made a significant impact on the festival performance, while knowledge sharing did no. Implications and suggestions for future research were also discussed.

        Optimal Design of Permanent Magnetic Actuator for Permanent Magnet Reduction and Dynamic Characteristic Improvement using Response Surface Methodology

        Permanent magnetic actuators (P.M.A.s) are widely used to drive medium-voltage-class vacuum circuit breakers (V.C.B.s). In this paper, a method for design optimization of a P.M.A. for V.C.B.s is discussed. An optimal design process employing the response surface method (R.S.M.) is proposed. In order to calculate electromagnetic and mechanical dynamic characteristics, an initial P.M.A. model is subjected to numerical analysis using finite element analysis (F.E.A.), which is validated by comparing the calculated dynamic characteristics of the initial P.M.A. model with no-load test results. Using tables of mixed orthogonal arrays and the R.S.M., the initial P.M.A. model is optimized to minimize the weight of the permanent magnet (P.M.) and to improve the dynamic characteristics. Finally, the dynamic characteristics of the optimally designed P.M.A. are compared to those of the initially designed P.M.A.

        This study on the manager of the hotel F&B employees of the transformational leadership perceptions as independent variables in the Palo Worship and organization affect the validity of the relationship appears to verify the hotel F&B can be applied within an organization devised a useful implications. Distribution and collection of questionnaires in 2011, from April 2 to 28 was conducted in April 2011 into a hotel, a 40 collated copies to distribute 320additional number of dual 288, and 25 questionnaires suitable for analysis,except to call the Department of 263 using SPSS 18.0 for factor analysis and reliability verification carried out and presented research in order to test the hypothesis covariance structure analysis was performed. Subsequent studies are as follows: First, the construct of transformational leadership of the vision, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation that affects the arms showed no significant worship. Second, the instinct of worship Palo validity of the organization, the primary cause of lower job satisfaction and job commitment as an influence on the note were analyzed.

      • Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al 合金의 時效處理에 따른 組織 및 疲勞特性 變化에 關한 硏究

        There have been studied on the changes of microstructure and the related mechanical properties for Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloys. Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy was thermomechanically processed by varying solution treatment temperature, aging temperature and time. Metastable β including acicular αstructure was produced by solution treatment both at 780℃ and 850℃. Subsequent aging treatment promoted the precipitation of fine α and increasing aging temperature and time enchanced the amount of precipitates as well as coarsening. Especially extremely fine α precipitation was promoted by β solution treatment and aging. Those microstructure changes were found to closely affect the mechanical properties. Ti-10 V-2Fe-3Al exhibited very high hardness and tensile strength with poor ductility compared to those for Ti-6Al-4V alloy. It is believed that the results are attributed to the pronounced hinderence to dislocation movement due to the increased α/β interface associated with precipitation of the extremely fine α. As a consequence, Ti-lOV-2Fe-3A1 mostly appeared to have a lower low cycle fatigue resistance than that of Ti-6A1-4V and the fatigue life tended to be improved with increasing aging temperature by overaging effect.
