본 연구는 한국의 숙련형성 시스템에 대한 정량 분석을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 임금, 고용안정성, 숙련, 생산성으로 구성된 숙련형성의 기본 순환고리를 설정하고, 이 순 환고리와 자본, 노동, 국가의 전략이 어떻게 상호작용하는지 분석하였다. 그리고 이 숙련 형성 시스템이 기업규모별로 분절되어 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 숙련형성의 기본 순환고리에 대한 분석 결과는 교육훈련의 증가가 숙련-생산성-임금-이직률로 이어지는 순환관계 속에서 선순환이 될 수 있음을 보여준다. 둘째, 숙련형성 순환고리와 자본, 노동, 국가 전략의 상호작용을 보면, 신제품개발에 적극적인 혁신적인 기업일수록 교육훈련에 대한 투자를 많이 하며, 이는 숙련수준의 상승, 생산성 향상, 임금 상승, 고용안정성 제고라는 선순환으로 이어질 수 있음을 보여준다. 노동조합은 교육훈련을 직접 증가시키지는 않지만 임금상승과 고용안정성을 통해 간접적으로 숙련형성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 이것은 숙련지향적인 전략을 통해 얻어낸 결과라기보다는 임금과 고용안정 노력에 대한 부산물로 해석해야 할 것으로 보인다. 정부의 직업능력개발 정책의 지원은 기업의 교육훈련 증가에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업규모별로 숙련형성의 특성이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 특히 중소기업 집단 에서는 숙련형성의 순환고리가 작동하지 않고 있을 가능성이 있어 현재와는 다른 정책적 접근이 필요할 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study was to quantitatively evaluate the characteristics of the Skill Formation System in Korea. We set correlations of skill formation variables such as vocational training, skill, productivity, wage and turnover. We then analyzed how the correlations interacted with the strategies of the employer, union and government and whether or not segmentation of skill formation differs depending on the firm size. The results are as follows: First, we found that the correlations of skill formation variables can lead to a low-skill or high-skill equilibrium. Second, the companies which are active and innovative in new products are more likely to invest in training, positively leading to skill improvement, increased productivity, a rise in wages and job security. Also, unions have positive, indirect effects on skill formation through wage increase and job security. Third, the characteristics of skill formation was found to be different according to the firm size. Particularly, there is a possibility that the circle of skill formation does not work in small and medium-sized firms. There is a possibility that the variables associated with the process of skill formation in small and medium-sized firms become disconnected. There is a possibility that there is a disconnect within the variables associated with the process of skill formation in small and medium sized firms.

Generally speaking, the national basic law or the constitution manifests political, economic, social and cultural identities of a nation-state and is put on a higher plane than any law in the legal system. Thus, an analysis of it is the first step towards understanding political, economic, social and cultural identities, as well as other aspects of people's lives in a nation-state. Religious and secular identities are both in harmony and intension with each other in the basic law of government (or the constitution) of the nation-states in the Middle Eastern Arab-Islamic region. In order to fathom national identities in the national basic law (or the constitution) in the region, this paper attempts to analyze the national basic law of the Sultanate Oman. In so doing, it endeavors to understand how its unique religious characteristics are reflected in Oman’s Basic Law, and how they regulate the people of the Oman.

비기능성 뇌수하체 거대선종과 유사한 안장가로막 수막종 : 증례보고 및 문헌고찰

Diaphragma sellae meningioma is a rare entity and its clinical and radiologic findings of are similar to those of pituitary macroadenomas. It is important to differentiate the rare diaphragma sellae meningioma from the common non-functioning pituitary macroadenoma, especially with regards to the surgical approach. We report a rare case of diaphragma sellae meningioma mimicking non-functioning pituitary macroadenoma in a 65-year-old male patient who presented with bitemporal hemianopsia and panhypopituitarism. The patient underwent the tumor removal via the transsphnoidal and transcranial approaches in two times. Careful MRI evaluation is exceedingly valuable for differentiation between two disease entities. The main findings considered are contrast enhancement, visibility and displaced direction of the normal pituitary gland, the center of the lesion and sellar enlargement.

끊어 지르기와 밀어 지르기 동작의 운동 제어적 특성에 대한 영상 분석

본 연구의 목적은 태권도 기본동작의 하나인 정권지르기 기술을 끊어지르기와 밀어지르기로 구분 실시하여 impact순간의 가속도 및 속도의 변화유형을 분석하고, 충격순간의 동작을 영상분석으로 살펴보았다. 먼저, 가속도와 속도 변화를 알아보기 위해서는 미국에서 제작한 Low-g Accelerometer 라는 가속도 분석장비를 이용하였으며, 피험자 상완 전체길이의 80% 지점에 흰 마분지를 걸어놓고 센서를 주먹 등에 단단히 부착한 후 끊어지르기와 밀어지르기를 각각 10회씩 실시하였다. 이중 3회씩의 그래픽을 분석자료로 활용하였다. 그리고 impact 순간의 영상 분석을 위해서는 미국에서 2005년에 만든 Trouble Shooter Camera를 활용하여 초당 250프레임으로 촬영하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 가속도 파형에서 밀어지르기가 끊어지르기 보다 1주기 더 나타나 밀어지르기 동작이 시간적으로 더 길게 힘을 가하다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 가속도와 속도 변화를 그래프로 보면 최고의 가속도를 보인 후 급격하게 떨어지기 시작한 지점에서 최고 속도가 일어났다. 셋째, 고속 카메라에 의한 영상분석을 통하여 끊어지르기도 어깨를 약간은 밀게 된다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. This research differentiate the technique of Jungkwon-jirugi, one of the basic movements of Taekwondo, into two movements stop-jirugi and push-jirugi and gives analysis of the impulse, acceleration and velocity in the point of motor control. For this, we tried graphic analysis using an acceleration sensor and high speed camera which was made from USA in 2005 and took pictures at 250 frames per second. We reached the following conclusions. First, the acceleration wave of push-jirugi was a period longer than stop-jirugi, meaning that the push-jirugi motion asserts force for a longer time. Second, the acceleration and velocity graph shows that the highest velocity occurs on the point when the acceleration begins to decrease right after reaching its maximum. Third, according to the image analysis using the high speed camera, we could find out that the shoulder is pushed a little even in the stop-jirugi motion.

e-learning 환경의 한 유형으로 분류되는 blended learning은 집합형태의 교실 수업과 온라인 형태의 교수학습 활동을 병행하여 학습을 진행하는 형태로 교실 수업의 장점을 유지하면서 학습자의 편이성, 다양한 상호작용, 정보의 접근성 등을 높여 교육의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 학생들이 학습과정에 적극적으로 참여하고 교수자가 이를 모니터링하여 실시간으로 피드백을 제시할 수 있도록 하기 위해 정보기술을 활용하는 교수학습 전략을 제시하고, 이에 기반하여 blended learning을 위한 학습 콘텐츠를 개발하고 활용하는 사례를 제시한다.

After the crisis of neoliberal financial globalization in 2007, what we are witnessing is not the end of the neoliberal governing, but its persistency being accompanied by deepened and generalized insecurity in ordinary life. The article is to investigate what makes this paradoxical situation develop in terms of the social sources of neoliberalism and financialization. Especially, the author pays attention to the relationship between the financialization of ordinary life and the social dimension of the citizenship and seeks its implications for the social and democracy. What is necessary for excluding social exclusions for alternative development is not just the return of the social, but its transformation.
