        컴퓨터과학 교육에서 협동학습과 개별학습의 학습효과 연구

        본 논문은 컴퓨터과학 교육에서 협동학습과 개별학습이 학습자에게 어떠한 효과가 있는 지에 대해 연구하였다. 협동학습은 우리나라 IT 기업들에서는 프로젝트 방식의 업무 처리 비중이 높아지고 있기 때문에 컴퓨터 과학 분야의 학습자들에게 협동학습의 훈련은 매우 중요시되고 있다. 본 연구는 개별학습과 협동학습에 대해 학습자들이 어떠한 견해를 가지고 있는지를 연구하고 학습 유형 별 실험을 통해 어떠한 학습의 차이를 가져오는지 설문과 실험을 통해 분석하였다. 이 연구는 서울 소재의 한 대학교에 컴퓨터 관련학과 전공과목을 수강하는 학생들을 학습 방법에 기초해서 두 집단으로 나누어 실험하였고 그 결과를 비교 분석하여 효과 및 문제점을 논의한다. This paper investigated the effects of cooperative learning and individual learning in computer science education. Most works and projects are accomplished in groups in most IT companies in Korea. Thus, cooperative learning is one of the most important aspects that must be learned in schools. This research studies how students think of individual and cooperative learning. It also researches and analyzes how different learning methods would affect the learning effects with surveys and experiments, which were conducted during two consecutive semesters with students in a department of a computer related major at a university in Seoul. This research compares and analyzes the results after dividing the students in two groups based on the different learning methods.

        알레르기 비염 동물 모델에서 유산균 발효 신이(辛夷)의 효과

        Objectives : We aimed to determine therapeutic effects of probiotics-fermented Magnolia denudata(MD) in the allergic rhinitis model mice. Methods : Polyphenol production, DPPH radical scavenging activity and NO inhibition of fermented MD by different bacterial strains were evaluated to select the one that is most suitable for fermentation. Thirty C57BL/6 mice were divided randomly into 5 groups as follows: normal group, ovalbumin(OVA)-treated plus water fed(CON group), OVA-treated plus unfermented MD fed(UMD group), OVA-treated plus fermented autoclaved MD fed(A-FMD group) and OVA-treated plus fermented unautoclaved MD fed(FMD group). After 9 weeks, we observed changes in the blood cell count, OVA-specific IgE level, nasal rubbing, nasal mucosal tissue and body weight. Results : Extract of MD fermented by Bifidobacterium breve(BB) for 48 hours showed the highest anti-oxidant activity and anti-inflammatory activity out of all the other bacterial strains. The number of eosinophil count in A-FMD, FMD group and platelet count in FMD group showed statistically significant decrease(p<0.05). OVA-specific IgE level decreased in all 3 experimental groups, significantly in UMD and A-FMD group. Nasal symptoms were attenuated in all 3 experimental groups, statistically significant in A-FMD and FMD group (p<0.05). Histologically, infiltration of eosinophils into the nasal mucosa decreased in all 3 experimental groups, especially marked decrease in FMD group. Conclusions : According to the above results, it is considered that probiotics-fermented Magnolia denudata has inhibitory effects on the allergic rhinitis animal models.

        국가 사이버 역량평가 모델을 활용한 국내 사이버안보 정책 의제 도출 연구

        The National Cyber Capability Assessment(NCCA) could be used as meaningful information for improving national cyber security policy because it provides information on the elements necessary for strengthening national cyber capabilities and the level of each country. However, there were few studies on improving cyber capabilities using the NCCA result in Korea. Therefore, we analyzed the result of National Cyber Power Index(NCPI) conducted by Belfer Center of Harvard Univ. by applying modified-IPA method to derive cybersecurity policy agendas for Korea. As a result, the need to set agendas on surveillance and offensive cyber capability and improve the effectiveness of policy implementation for intelligence and defense was drawn. Moreover, we suggested need for in-depth study of each policy agenda deduced from preceding research data as a future tasks. And it is expected to increase practical use of NCCA for domestic policy analysis by developing and using our own NCCA model which considered analysis framework proposed in this study. 국가 사이버 역량평가는 국가 차원의 사이버역량 강화를 위해 필요한 요소와 그에 대한 국가별 수준에 대한 정보를 제공하기 때문에 국가 사이버안보 정책 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 그러나 그간 우리나라를 평가대상국으로 포함하여 평가를 진행한 다양한 평가결과로부터 국내 사이버역량 개선을 위한 정책적 분석은 다소 부족하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 미국 하버드 대학의 벨퍼센터에서 수행한 국가 사이버 추진력 지수(NCPI)의 평가결과에 대해 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) 기법을 변형·적용해봄으로써 우리나라 사이버안보 정책 개선 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 우리나라는 공격과 감시 목적의 사이버 기능 활용에 관한 정책 의제 형성이 필요하고, 인텔리전스와 방어에 관한 정책의 실효성을 향상하기 위한 노력이 필요하다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한, 관련 정책 의제를 다루는 국내외 연구사례를 살펴봄으로써 정책개선 방향을 제시하며, 각 정책개선 방향에 관한 심층 연구를 추진할 것을 향후 과제로 제안하였다. 나아가 국가 사이버 역량평가 모델의 정책 분석적 활용을 향상하기 위해서는 국내 실정을 반영하는 자체 모델 개발·활용이 필요하며, 이때 본 연구에서 제안한 평가결과 분석 방안을 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        한양방 동시 치료를 통하여 회복되지 않은 양측성 돌발성 난청 환자 1례

        Back ground & Objectives : Bilateral sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL) is very rare disease. This is the first case report in the oriental medical literature. This study describes a case of bilateral SSNHL with incomplete recovery. Methods : We treated 1 patient who had SSNHL sequentially in both ears. He received oriental and western medical treatments for more than 2 weeks and measured the hearing recovery. For diagnosis on this case, pure tone audiometry was used. The degree of improvement was evaluated by Siegel's Criteria. Results & Conclusions : This patient discharged without hearing improvement. For bilateral SSNHL patients, the result of treatment is important for their qualities of life. But the recovery rate of hearing in bilateral SSNHL is lower than unilateral SSNHL. The oriental medical therapy had some theraputic effects on SSNHL and the theraputic effects on bilateral SSNHL requires further study.

        강 구조물에 대한 폴리아닐린 함유도료의 방청특성

        In preparative anti-corrosive coating experiments, polyaniline was obtained by reacting an oxidizing agent with the monomer aniline. Further, the primer coating was prepared using a variety of widely-used materials such as urethane resin. For the top coating, epoxy resin and acrylic urethane resin were used. Characteristics of the coatings were assessed according to KS and ASTM specifications, and the structure of the polyaniline was characterized using FT-IR and TGA. For analysis of anti-corrosive properties in salt-spray experiments, measurements of the oxidation state of iron and surface atomic analysis were conducted using XPS and SEM-EDX. Unlike general anti-corrosive coatings which exhibit anti-corrosive effects only as a primer coating, the anti-corrosive coatings using polyaniline as the anti-corrosive pigment showed a marked synergistic effect with the top coatings. In other words, the top coatings not only produce a fine view effect, but also increase, through interaction with the primer coatings, the resistance to diffusion of corrosive factors from the external environment. It was also found that, unlike the heavy metal oxide-forming layer of the passive barrier alone, the polyaniline anti-corrosive pigment oxidized iron at the interface with the iron substrate to form a passive barrier in the oxidic layer, and itself formed a potential barrier layer with anti-corrosive factors from the external environment. Although the passive layer was damaged, the damaged area did not become completely oxidized iron; on the contrary, it showed a tendency to reduction. This can be interpreted such that a passive layer is formed again on the damaged area, and that at the same time there is a tendency to self-healing.

      • 조리 종사원의 사회적자본이 지식공유활동, 직무만족 및 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the external factors of Social capitals(Cognitive capital, Structural capital, Relational capital) that influence on knowledge-sharing activities, knowledge sharing intentions and job satisfaction of food employees(cook) in foodservice industry. Based on total 303 samples who work in hotel or foodservice company at least 1 year, this study reviewed reliability and fitness of research model and verified total 5 hypotheses through SPSS and AMOS program. The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, χ² 847.213(df=284) CMIN/df 2.983 GFI .901 RMR .067 CFI .918 RMSEA .065. The results showed that structural capital were observed to have positive effects on knowledge-sharing activities(Hypothesis 2 was fully supported). However for the strategy recognition and trust, they did not present any significant effects on knowldege sharing activities(Hypothesis 1 and 3 were partially supported). The study also found that knowledge-sharing activities would have a positive influence on knowledge sharing intention and job satisfaction. Many hotels and foodservice companies are proceeding with various knowledge management activities for efficient staff management and the company"s competitiveness improvement. At this point of time, this study proved which of those many knowledge management activities would bring the most efficient benefits to the food employees at the hospitality industry. Other implications, limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

        폐감귤피에서 추출한 limonene 오일의 세정성에 관한 연구

        The object of this research is to conform of practicable possibility and recycling of producing junk after citrus fruits is processed. With extracting d-limonene oil that have 70~90% a component of oil out of junk citrus peel, making certain the about 12000ppm concentration of it. Limonene derived from citrus in Jeju using conventional synthetic detergents can be replaced with the development of environmentally friendly natural detergent investigated the possibility. Mostly due to ocean dumping, disposal and cause environmental problems by recycling natural citrus cleaner alternative to the research conducted on the possibility. Cleaning efficiency with temperature did not affect the largest concentrations were able to identify the difference between cleaning efficiency. At least 10% of the d-limonene oil could be from the cleaning performance, increasing the concentration of the cleaning efficiency was increased in size. Ultrasonic is very high removal efficiency under the conditions shown in the cause of pure self-generated ultrasonic cleaning power as co-effects of d-limonene oil appears to chemical cleaning effect of ultrasonic cavitation occurs in the physical cleaning effect due to a combination of synergistic stability is maximized by low concentrations of d-limonene oil in a short time showed an excellent cleaning ability. Having the ability of cleaning at the same time, considering the side recycling in the junk citrus peels reflects possibility of basic materials utility eco-friendly in the skin soap, bath soap, cosmetics etc, through ability of exclusion a contaminant in based cleaning effect(EC) it can prospect substitution effect environmentally in the pre existence synthetic detergents.

        자원봉사단체 간 네트워크의 발달단계 모형개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 자원봉사단체 간 네트워크의 발달단계모형을 제시하고, 자원봉사관련 비영리민간기관을 대상으로 자원봉사네트워크의 발달단계별 내용과 발달 현황을 파악하기 위하여 탐색적 조사분석을 실시하였다. 기관 간 자원봉사네트워크 발달단계의 이론적 모형은 3단계로 구성되는데, 자원봉사네트워크 제 1단계에서는 ① 정보교류·의견교환, ② 친목도모·유대관계, ③ 실적관리?인정보상, 제 2단계에서는 ① 대상자의뢰, ② 물적자원 교류, ③ 인적자원교류, 제 3단계에서는 ① 정기모임, ② 공동사업, ③ 공식계약, ④ 협의체 구성을 포함한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 기관 간 자원봉사네트워크의 발달모형을 근간으로 사회복지기관 및 시설, 다문화전문기관 및 시설, 교육기관, 자원봉사전문기관 중심의 자원봉사네트워크에 대한 실증분석 결과, 제 1단계, 2단계, 제 3단계 순으로 자원봉사네트워크가 활성화되는 경향을 보이고 있었다. 또한, 모든 기관에서 동종계열과의 자원봉사네트워크는 비교적 활성화되어 있는 반면, 이종계열과의 자원봉사네트워크는 기관 유형별로 자원봉사네트워크의 발달 특성이 다르게 나타났다. The study proposes the conceptual model of inter-organizational network of non-profit organizations in voluntary sector, which facilitates and performs major tasks at three developmental levels: ① information exchange and communication, ② intimacy promotion and rapport building, and ③ the volunteer recognition and award at the first level; ① volunteer referral, ② interchange of material resources, and ③ interchange of human resources at the second level; ① regular formal meeting and assembly, ② collaboration and partnership, and ③ MOU or mutual agreement on service development and provision, ④ the council of volunteers/organizations at the third level. The major findings of this study that explores the inter-organizational network of non-profit organizations in voluntary sector are as follows: First of all, inter-organizational network have been developed and followed according to the level as proposed in this study. Next, comparatively, it has been well-developed that the inter-organizational network among the homogeneous activities and service areas whereas it has been poor-developed among the heterogenous activities and service areas. Finally, according to the organization types and services areas, it has been founded that there are disparities in the developmental levels of inter-organization network in voluntary sector.
