        우리나라 ODA의 평가와 포용적 통상의 발전 방안: 중앙아시아, 한ㆍ아세안 FTA 국가 중심으로

        The ODA is a strategy that can generate economic development between the two countries through social infrastructure by investing aid in the recipient country. The ODA performance for Central Asian countries as a result of this study is still less than that of ASEAN countries. The reason for the slump is that Central Asia is behind in its support to the ODA compared to the ASEAN countries. The biggest slump has been attributed to the fact that support for Korea's ODA is being given to ASEAN countries. Further, the ODA figures in this study show that the level of development in the education, railway and electricity sectors is relatively sluggish compared to the size of trade in Central Asia. In addition, the overall infrastructure for ODA was not well-formed compared to the amount of support it received. Therefore, by referring to the comparative analysis results of this study, we have suggested an inclusive strategy to solve problems in the current policy and to jointly grow with new emerging countries. The strategy presented in this study is the Korean version Untitled ODA, which is the link between the ODA and the FTA. The Korea Untitled ODA-type strategy can solve problems that cannot be solved in South Korea at present and will be a strategy that can bring benefits to both countries in the long term. The promotion of long-term economic development and cooperation through a link of ODAs and FTAs could boost the expected effects of Economic Integration by enhancing the mutual cooperation and security of Korea and new emerging economies. ODA는 수원국에 원조를 투자함으로써 사회적 인프라를 통해 양국가간의 경제개발을 일으킬수 있는 전략이다. 본 연구를 한 바 중앙아시아 국가들에 대한 ODA 성과는 아세안 국가들의 비해서는 아직 미진한 결과로 평가된다. 미진한 원인으로는 중앙아시아가 아세안 국가들에 비해ODA에 대한 지원이 늦은 감도 있지만, 한국 ODA에 대한 아세안 국가에 지원이 편중되는 것이가장 큰 부진에 원인으로 판정되었다. 더 나아가 본 연구에 ODA 수치를 보면 교육, 철도, 전기부문의 개발 수준은 무역 규모와 비교해서 보면 중앙아시아는 아세안 국가에 비해서는 상대적으로 부진하게 보였다. 또한 ODA에 지원 급액에 비해 전체적으로 인프라가 잘 형성되어 있지 않았다. 그러므로 본 연구에 비교분석한 결과를 통해 현재 진행하고 있는 정책에 문제점을 제시하고 새로운 신흥국과의 동반상생 할 수 있는 포용적 전략 방향을 제언하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한전략으로는 ODA와 FTA의 연계 전략으로 한국형 언타이트 ODA형 전략이다. 이러한 한국형 언타이트 ODA형 전략이 시행이 된다면 현재 한국에서 해결할 수 없는 문제점을 해결할 수 있으며장기적으로 양 국가에게 이익을 가져올 수 있는 전략이 될 것이다. ODA 및 FTA 외의 확대를통한 장기적인 경제발전 및 협력의 활성화는 한국과 새로운 신흥국가들의 상호협력 및 보안성을향상시킴으로써 모든 세계 경제통합의 기대효과를 높일 수 있을 것이다.

        사이버 물리 전력 시스템에 대한허위 데이터 주입 공격에 관한 고찰

        With the evolution of technology, cyber physical systems (CPSs) are being upgraded, and new types of cyberattacks are being discovered accordingly. There are many forms of cyber attack, and all cyber attacks are made tomanipulate the target systems. A representative system among cyber physical systems is a cyber physical powersystem (CPPS), that is, a smart grid. Smart grid is a new type of power system that provides reliable, safe, andefficient energy transmission and distribution. In this paper, specific types of cyber attacks well known as falsedata injection attacks targeting state estimation and energy distribution of smart grid, and protection strategies fordefense of these attacks and dynamic monitoring for detection are described. 기술의 진화와 함께, 사이버 물리 시스템(Cyber Physical System)은 향상되고 있고 이에 따라 새로운 유형의 사이버 공격도 발견되고 있다. 사이버 공격에는 여러 가지 형태가 있으며 모든 사이버 공격은 대상 시스템을 조작하기 위해 이루어진다. 사이버 물리시스템 중 대표적인 시스템이 사이버 물리 전력 시스템, 즉 스마트 그리드이다. 스마트 그리드는 신뢰할 수 있고 안전하며 효율적인에너지 전송 및 분배를 제공하는 새로운 유형의 전력망이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 그리드의 상태 추정과 에너지 분배를 타깃으로하는 허위 데이터 주입 공격(False Data Injection Attack)으로 잘 알려진 특정 유형의 사이버 공격 구성 방법과 이러한 공격의방어를 위한 보호 전략과 탐지를 위한 동적 모니터링 기법을 소개한다.

        LLC 공진 컨버터에 적합한 자동화 권선 LLC 공진변압기 설계에 관한 연구

        This paper presents the comprehensive transformer design methodology with the winding method of automatic typesuitable for LLC resonant converter. The problem with conventional LLC resonant transformer is that it is difficult toimplement the winding method of automatic type because all windings are wound in one bobbin. Therefore, the LLCresonant transformer, which is capable of the winding method of automatic type to multiple section bobbin withoutinsulation tape and barrier tape, is proposed in this paper and the design procedure of the proposed LLC resonanttransformer is also shown. Modeling and analysis of the proposed LLC resonant transformer using Maxwell 3Dsimulation tool are described in detail and a protype 150W LLC resonant converter using the proposed LLC resonanttransformer manufactured by 3D modelling is also verified through the experimental test. 본 논문은 LLC 공진 컨버터에 적합한 자동화 권선 변압기 설계에 대한 포괄적인 방법에 대해서 나타낸다. 기존의 LLC 공진 변압기는 하나의 보빈에 모든 권선이 감겨져 있기 때문에 자동화 권선 구현이 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 절연 테이프와 배리어 테이프가 없이 다중 보빈으로 자동 권선이 가능한 LLC 공진 변압기를 제안하였으며 제안한 LLC공진 변압기의 설계 절차에 대해서도 나타내었다. Maxwell 3D 시뮬레이션 툴을 이용하여 제안한 LLC 공진 변압기의 해석및 모델링을 상세하게 기술되었으며 또한 3D 모델링에 의해 제작된 제안한 LLC 공진 변압기를 이용하여 프로타입 150WLLC 공진 컨버터를 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

        Technological Relatedness, Uncertainty, and R&D Alliance Formation

        Prior studies on R&D alliances have assumed that technological complementarity is a subset of or a moderate level of technological similarity. This study suggests that technological similarity and complementarity are two distinct concepts and affect firms’ decision-making in R&D alliance formation differently. While firms conduct local searches to identify alliance partners that possess similar areas of technological knowledge, they also conduct relatively distant searches to identify alliance partners with complementary areas of knowledge. As such, R&D alliances focusing on technological similarity bear low project-specific uncertainty regarding the outcome of an alliance, whereas those driven by technological complementarity involve high project-specific uncertainty. Based on this observation, we investigate the impact of technological similarity and complementarity on the likelihood of R&D alliance formation between established pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology ventures within the biopharmaceutical industry. We find that while technological similarity is positively associated with the formation of late-stage R&D alliances, technological complementarity is positively associated with early-stage R&D alliance formation. We also find that in the presence of high uncertainty regarding an established pharmaceutical firm’s future performance, the positive effect of technological similarity on the likelihood of R&D alliance formation is amplified. However, the positive effect of technological complementarity on the likelihood of R&D alliance formation is diminished.

        The physical training in adolescent period is effective to prevent the several adolescent problems. Also it is helpful to promote the harmonious physical and spiritual development in adolescent period. This study is to grasp the problems of the existing training facilities and make alternative proposals by researching the present condition in 5 youth centers in Daegu, the laws and regulations, preceding research, the blueprints of each facilities, and the statistics about actual frequency of usage and areas. The major results of this study were as follows. First, through this study we suggest the youths can do physical training in a better circumstances. Second, we can improve the training facilities by the change of the area which it follows in user. Third, the change in numbers by the frequency usage, public use of the training facilities, connection with the cultural and sensibility facilities and the introduction of particular training facilities.

        Nonlinear Identification of Electronic Brake Pedal Behavior Using Hybrid GMDH and Genetic Algorithm in Brake-By-Wire System

        In this paper, we represent a nonlinear identification of electronic brake pedal behavior in the brake-by-wire (BBW) system based on hybrid group method of data handling (GMDH) and genetic algorithm (GA). A GMDH is a kind of multi-layer network with a structure that is determined through training and which can express nonlinear dynamics as a mathematical model. The GA is used in the GMDH, enabling each neuron to search for its optimal set of connections with the preceding layer. The results obtained with this hybrid approach were compared with different nonlinear system identification methods. The experimental results showed that the hybrid approach performs better than the other methods in terms of root mean square error (RMSE) and correlation coefficients. The hybrid GMDH/GA approach was effective for modeling and predicting the brake pedal system under random braking conditions.

        견갑골 골절 환자의 기능회복에 대한 추나 요법을 포함한 한방재활치료: 증례 보고

        To evaluate the effects of Korean medicine and Chuna treatment on patient with pain and limited range of motion (ROM) after scapular fracture. Patient was treated with Chuna manual therapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, pharmacoacpuncture, cupping therapy and measured by ROM, visual analog scale (VAS), shoulder pain and disability index (SPADI), American shoulder elbow surgery scale (ASES), Korean shoulder score for instability (KSS). After the 3 weeks treatment, the patient's ROM, VAS, SPADI, ASES, KSS scores were improved. Rehabilitation program including Chuna manual therapy can be effectively used to improve scapular fracture patient's pain and symptom during rehabilitation period. Therefore it is recommended to use Chuna manual therapy for the improvement of movement and pain from fracture. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2019;29(4):117-126)

        ${\alpha}{\beta}$ 필터 및 NNPDA 알고리즘을 이용한 차량용 레이더 표적 추적 시스템 설계

        Automotive Radar Systems are currently under development for various applications to increase accuracy and reliability. The target tracking is most important in single or multiple target environments for accuracy. The tracking algorithm provides smoothed and predicted data for target position and velocity(Doppler). To this end, the fixed gain filter(${\alpha}{\beta}$ filter, ${\alpha}{\beta}{\gamma}$ filter) and dynamic filter(Kalman filter, Singer-Kalman filter, etc) are commonly used. Gating is used to decide whether an observation is assigned to an existing track or new track. Gating algorithms are normally based on computing a statistical error distance between an observation and prediction. The data association takes the observation-to-track pairings that satisfied gating and determines which observation-to-track assignment will actually be made. For data association, NNPDA(Nearest Neighbor Probabilistic Data Association) algorithm is proposed. In this paper, we designed a target tracking system developed for an Automotive Radar System. We show the experimental results of the 77GHz FMCW radar sensor on the roads. Four tracking algorithms(${\alpha}{\beta}$ filter, ${\alpha}{\beta}{\gamma}$ filter, 2nd order Kalman filter, Singer-Kalman filter) have been compared and analyzed to evaluate the performance in test scenario.

        Protection Strategies Against False Data Injection Attacks with Uncertain Information on Electric Power Gridss

        False data injection attacks have recently been introduced as one of important issues related to cyber-attacks on electric power grids. These attacks aim to compromise the readings of multiple power meters in order to mislead the operation and control centers. Recent studies have shown that if a malicious attacker has complete knowledge of the power grid topology and branch admittances, s/he can adjust the false data injection attack such that the attack remains undetected and successfully passes the bad data detection tests that are used in power system state estimation. In this paper, we investigate that a practical false data injection attack is essentially a cyber-attack with uncertain information due to the attackers lack of knowledge with respect to the power grid parameters because the attacker has limited physical access to electric facilities and limited resources to compromise meters. We mathematically formulated a method of identifying the most vulnerable locations to false data injection attack. Furthermore, we suggest minimum topology changes or phasor measurement units (PMUs) installation in the given power grids for mitigating such attacks and indicate a new security metrics that can compare different power grid topologies. The proposed metrics for performance is verified in standard IEEE 30-bus system. We show that the robustness of grids can be improved dramatically with minimum topology changes and low cost.
