프로그래밍 학습요소와 전공별 문항 성취도 간의 상관관계분석

인공지능 등 신기술이 우리의 삶에 필수가 되면서 전공에 상관없이 프로그래밍을 배워야 하는 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 대학에서도 비전공자를 대상으로 하는 프로그래밍 과목이 개설되었으나, 프로그래밍 문법에 따른 어려움을 호소하고 있다. 이에 따라, 프로그래밍 학습요소에 따른 프로그래밍 문항을 분석하고자 하였으며, 전공계열에 따른 문항 정답률을 통하여 학습요소와의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 프로그래밍 요소의 개수나 종류만으로 전공간 성취도 관계를 명백히 판단할 수 없는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구는 이후 프로그래밍 학습요소를 포함한 프로그래밍 문항의 특성에 관한 후속 연구로 이어질 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This study aims to investigate the influence of ultrasonic nanocrystal surface modification (UNSM) on the hardness and roughness of high-manganese steel (HMS) produced through directed energy deposition (DED). HMS is known for its exceptional work-hardening and impact toughness, as well as its superior wear resistance. Three types of deposited HMS (13Mn, 18.5Mn, and 24Mn) were treated with UNSM, which was applied using a CNC machining process. The study sought to analyze the changes in the surface properties of the deposited HMSs according to two primary UNSM parameters: load and inter-pass interval. The results indicated that the surface hardness of the deposited HMSs improved as the inter-pass interval decreased and the static load increased. Notably, all deposited HMSs exhibited a severe plastic deformation (SPD) layer of approximately 250 ㎛ near the top surface after UNSM treatment. Conversely, the surface roughness improvement slightly decreased as the inter-pass interval decreased and the load increased, irrespective of the manganese content.

Objectives: In this study, we compared the anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of Curcumae longae Radix (CLRa) and Curcumae longae Rhizoma (CLRh). Methods: We performed 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical and 2,2-azinobis-3-ethyl-benzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) cation scavenging assays, and determined total polyphenolic content to examine the anti-oxidant effects of CLRa and CLRh. We also evaluated the anti-oxidant effects of CLRa and CLRh against hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced toxicity in PC12 cells using thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide (MTT) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) assays. Next, to compare the anti-inflammatory effects of CLRa and CLRh against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation in microglia BV2 cells, we measured nitric oxide (NO) assay and inducible nitrite synthase (iNOS) using Western blotting analysis. Results: CLRa showed higher activity in DPPH and ABTS assays and lower total polyphenolic contents compared with CLRh. In PC12 cells, CLRa and CLRh showed no difference in H2O2-induced cell toxicity and ROS overproduction. In BV2 cells, CLRa showed higher effect than CLRh in NO and iNOS production induced by LPS. Conclusions: These results demonstrate that CLRa has higher radical scavenging activities and anti-inflammatory effect in BV2 cells comparing CLRh. However, CLRa and CLRh have no effect and no difference in H2O2-induced toxicity.

Objectives This review aimed to investigate studies of Chuna manual therapy (CMT) for low back pain and the evidence of their effects in order to suggest a better research method in the future. Methods We investigated studies on CMT for low back pain by searching Korean web databases from 2020 to 2021. As a result, 72 research papers were analyzed according to their published year, the titles of journals, the types of studies, the techniques of Chuna, and the instruments used for assessment. Results The results were as follows: 1. There were three papers published initially in 2000. this number showed a steady increase, and a total of 72 papers were published that year. 2. Studies on CMT were mainly published in the Journal of Korea Chuna Manual Medicine for Spine and Nerves. 3. When categorized according to the methods of studies, a simple case report was used more often than the sum of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and non-RCTs. 4. The most frequently adopted technique of Chuna in the examined studies was the COX flexion and distraction technique. 5. The Visual Analog Scale and Oswestry Disability Index were used as primary means of assessment. Conclusions Based on the analysis, it was observed that this review provided limited evidence of CMT use in patients with LBP. Therefore, further investigation using well-designed RCTs is required to obtain higher evidence.

Objectives : This study reports changes in liver function test (LFT) after Korean Medicine treatment in patients admitted to Korean Medicine hospital with abnormal LFT. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the Korean medicine treatment and abonormal LFT to verify safety of Korean medicine treatment by analyzing index of LFT. Methods : From Oct. 2015 to Sep. 2020, the result was analyzed for 91 patients admitted to the Pohang Korean Medicine Hospital and received Korean Medicine treatment. Asparate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and total bilirubin (TB) were compared at admission and discharge. Results : Comparison between admission and discharge LFT showend AST decreased from 52.72±25.08 to 43.2±19.20, ALT from 70.85±32.40 to 62.13±29.40, and TB from 1.33±0.37 to 0.81±0.29. Conclusions : After Korean medicine treatment, AST, ALT, and TB decreased compared with the values at admission. Further studies on safety of Korean Medicine treatment are warranted.
적층제조된 스테인레스 316L에 대한 초음파나노표면개질에 따른 표면특성 및 부식성에 관한 연구

This study investigated the effects of ultrasonic nanocrystal surface modification (UNSM) on the deteriorated surface of AISI SUS316L additively manufactured (AM) using the powder bed fusion (PBF) technique. Specifically, the effects of UNSM conditions on surface topology, hardness, and anti-corrosion were examined. Before UNSM treatment, the stainless steel 316L powder was processed via the PBF machine to prepare a substrate. We observed surface changes due to UNSM treatments in PBF SUS316L substrates and examined the correlation between topology changes, roughness, hardness, and anti-corrosion. After UNSM treatment, the coarse as-built surface was refined, and a regular micro-profile was implemented. Compared to the non-treated PBF sample, the waviness and roughness of the surfaces after UNSM treatment decreased by up to 56.0% and 94.5%, respectively, and decreased further as the interval decreased. The hardness improved by up to 63.0% at a maximum depth of 500 μm from top surface by the UNSM treatment. The results of the corrosion test showed that the corrosion resistance of the UNSM specimens was moderately improved compared to that of the untreated surface. This study confirmed that UNSM is an effective post-processing technique for additively manufactured parts.
