제분방법에 따른 품종별 쌀가루의 이화학적 특성 및 소화율

Rice flours from five rice (Oryza sativa L.) varieties with different amylose content were prepared by both wet and dry milling processes. The moisture content of wet-milled rice flours (WMR) was approximately three-times higher than that of dry-milled rice flours (DMR). Water absorption index (WAI), water solubility index (WSI), and swelling power (SP) increased in proportion to temperature. The WAI, WSI and SP values of DMR were higher than those of WMR. Baeokchal (BOC), which is a waxy rice cultivar, had a significantly high WSI value. Pasting properties of DMR, except for the BOC cultivar, resulted in an increase in peak, trough, final, and setback viscosities. The levels of resistant starch in four cultivars, except for Dodamssal (DDS), were under 1%, irrespective of the milling process, whereas the resistant starch contents of DMR and WMR in DDS were 9.18% and 6.27%, respectively. In vitro digestibility of WMR was higher than that of DMR, and the estimated glycemic index of the rice flour varieties ranged from 57.6 to 81.3. Damaged starch content of WMR was less than that of DMR; in addition, a negative correlation was observed between the amylose and damaged starch contents of WMR. These results suggest that the properties of rice flour vary depending on the milling method and flour variety, and could be a reference for selecting the appropriate processing method.
지역아동센터 이용 아동의 건강 관련 중재연구의 동향 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify trends in health-related interventions on children attending Community Child Care (CCC) centers, which are part of a health policy to provide after-school care for vulnerable children in South Korea. Methods: From 2007, 109 papers were analyzed using the scoping study method. Results: The number of studies increased steadily between 2007 and 2016. Most studies were based on the social sciences, and the participants were mainly elementary school students. Psychological and social interventions were the most common types of interventions with socio-psychological indicators as measurements. In addition, only a few studies had a clearly defined conceptual framework. The majority of studies did not explicitly indicate that they followed ethical considerations. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop health-related interventions for children attending CCC centers using diverse subjects, types, and evaluation methods, along with improvements in the quality of research methodology. Furthermore, it is essential to clearly articulate and implement ethical considerations in research targeting vulnerable children.
도서관 및 지역 특성이 도서관 이용자의 다문화 인식에 미치는 영향

To resolve the problem that multicultural people in Korea suffer from difficulties especially with prejudice and discrimination, it is necessary to raise the cultural diversity in communities in Korea through cultivating multicultural awareness among non-multicultural people. In this vein, public libraries, as cultural exchange institutes, can affect multicultural awareness of the people. This study investigated how characteristics of public libraries and their local communities are related to the users' multicultural awareness. The study found that multicultural awareness of library users was significantly influenced by the characteristics of public libraries but not by the characteristics of communities. It is suggested that public libraries should consider cultural diversity on overall library services for their general users to support their multicultural awareness.
한국어 교육을 위한 계기의 연결어미 ‘-고’와 ‘-어서’의 교육방법 연구

This paper aims to propose effective teaching methods of the sequential connective endings ‘-go’ and ‘-eoseo’ for Korean beginners. ‘-go’ and ‘-eoseo’ are connective endings which function through a sequential relationship. The preceding clause of the sentence including ‘-eoseo’ is closely related to the following clause comparing ‘-go’ and does not combine with any tense endings in front of ‘-eoseo’. There are particular verbs which combine with ‘-go’ exclusively to express a sequential relationship in a sentence. This paper designates body detachable verbs. This paper suggests an effective method to select among ‘-go’ and ‘-eoseo’. The appropriate method is to emphasize familiarity and memorization of these verbs to reduce incorrect sentences.
장애인건강권법 제15조 ‘재활운동 및 체육’의 정의와 시행방안에 대한 고찰

본 연구의 목적은 ‘재활운동 및 체육’의 원활하고 체계적인 서비스 제공을 위해 국내·외에서 실시되는 장애인의 체육활동을 살펴보고, '재활운동 및 체육'의 정의와 서비스 시행에 필요한 사항에 대하여 논의하는 것이다. 선행연구와 「장애인복지법」, 「장애인 건강권 및 의료접근성 보장에 관한 법률」 등에 명시된 장애인의 체육활동에 대한 용어를 확인하여 본 결과 재활치료, 재활운동, 운동재활, 재활체육, 재활운동 및 체육 등으로 다양하게 사용되고 있었다. 장애인의 체육활동에 대한 용어가 주로 사용된 국내 학술지 분야를 확인하여 본 결과 재활치료는 의약학 분야 46.88%, 공학 22.22%, 사회과학 13.55% 등의 비율 순으로 의약학 분야에서 주로 사용되었고, 재활운동은 예술체육학 47.55%, 공학 26.96%, 의약학 14.46% 등으로 재활체육은 예술체육학 80.97%, 사회과학 12.08%, 공학 3.69% 등으로 체육학 분야에서 주로 사용되고 있음이 확인되었다. 특히, 2018년 6월 10일 삭제된「장애인복지법」제29조 제2항의 ‘재활체육’과 2017년 12월 30일 시행된「장애인 건강권 및 의료접근성 보장에 관한 법률」에 명시된 ‘재활운동 및 체육’은 같은 의미로 쓰이고 있으나 용어의 통일이 되지 않아 혼란을 가중시키고 있다. 이는 ‘재활운동 및 체육’ 서비스 활성화의 저하 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 「장애인 건강권 및 의료접근성 보장에 관한 법률」에 명시된 '재활운동 및 체육'의 정의에 대하여 살펴보고, '재활운동 및 체육'의 원활한 서비스 시행을 위해 필요한 사항에 대하여 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine previous studies on physical activities for the disabled to provide a smooth and systematic service of 'rehabilitation exercise and physical education' and then discuss the definition of 'rehabilitation exercise and physical education' and necessary matters for service implementation. As a result of confirming the terms of physical activity for the disabled as specified in the preceding research and the 「Act on Disabled Welfare」 and 「Act on Guarantee of Right to Health and Access to Health Services for Persons with Disabilities」, etc., rehabilitation treatment, rehabilitation exercise, exercise rehabilitation, rehabilitation physical education, rehabilitation exercise, and physical education, etc., it was used in various ways. Besides, it has identified the fields in which the terminology for physical activity of the disabled is used in domestic journals. In the case of rehabilitation treatment, 46.88% in medicine, 22.22% in engineering, 13.55% in social science were mainly used in the medical science field, and in the case of rehabilitation exercise, art and physical education 47.55%, engineering 26.96%, medicine 14.46%, etc., rehabilitation In the case of physical education, 80.97% of arts and physical education, 12.08% of social sciences, and 3.69% of engineering were confirmed to be mainly used in the field of physical education. In particular, 'rehabilitation sports' in Article 29 (2) of the 「Disabled Persons Welfare Act」 deleted on June 10, 2018, and 'rehabilitation exercises and physical education' specified in the 「Act on Guarantee of Health Rights and Medical Accessibility for People with Disabilities」, is used in the same meaning. However, the terms are not unified, which intensifies confusion. This can act as a deteriorating factor in activating the 'rehabilitation exercise and physical education' service. Therefore, this study examined the definition of 'rehabilitation exercise and physical education' specified in the 「Act on Guarantee of Right to Health and Access to Health services for Persons with Disabilities」, and suggested matters necessary for smooth service implementation 'rehabilitation exercise and physical education'.
2015 개정 체육과 교육과정에 따른 핵심역량 함양을 위한 생태주의에 입각한 신체활동 프로그램 수업 사례 연구

본 연구는 2015 개정 체육과 교육과정에 따라 핵심역량 함양을 위한 생태주의에 입각한 신체활동 프로그램을 구성하고, 적용하여 교육적 의미와 가치를 탐색하는 것에 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구 및 사례연구방법 을 수행하였다. 연구 참여자는 전문가 집단 선정 기준에 부합하는 전문가 5명, 수업 프로그램 참여자 S시에 위치한 D 초등학교 6학년 24명으로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 심층면담, 참여 관찰, 성찰일지, 차시별 과제물, 사진, 영상, 관련 자료 등을 통해 이루어졌고, 사례기록 분석 및 귀납적 범주 분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 그리고 삼각검증, 동료 간 협의, 구성원 간 검토를 실시함으로써 자료의 진실성을 확보하였다. 연구결과를 정리하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 6가지 핵심역량 함양을 위한 구체적인 차시별 소주제는 1-2차시 생태 환경과 우리들이 함께 살아가는 삶, 3-4차시 생태와 우리들의 위기문제 극복하기, 5-6차시 우리가 생태지킴이, 7차시 나와 우리 그리고 생태가 하나로, 8차시 더불어 사는 삶의 중요성 이해하기, 10차시 배려와 공생 알아보기, 11-12차시 나와 우리, 그리고 생태가 하나로 등으로 구성하였다. 둘째, 수업 프로그램 적용을 통한 각 차시별 학습활동 경험과 2015 개정 체육과 교육과정 핵심역량의 관련성을 살펴본 결과, 6가지 핵심역량 요소들을 고루 함양할 수 있 었다. 이를 통해 ‘생태주의 입각한 신체활동’은 학습자에게 주요한 핵심역량을 함양하기에 효과적인 교육 방안이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study aims at making and applying a physical activity program based on ecologism for raising core capabilities according to physical education curriculum revised in 2015 and seeking its educational meanings and values. In order to achieve the aim of the study, literature review and case study methods were conducted. For the research participants, five experts qualified for expert group criteria and 24 six-grader students in D elementary School in S city who participated in the class program were selected. Data was collected by in-depth interview, participatory observation, reflection diary, each session s tasks, photo, video, and other related sources and data analyzed was conducted through case record analysis and inductive categorical analysis. In addition, conducting triangulation, peer-discussion and review, data authenticity was secured. The research results are suggested as follows: First, specific theme by session for raising six core capabilities were ecological environment and our life together for sessions 1 and 2, ecology and overcoming our crises for sessions 3 and 4, we, as ecology s keeper for sessions 5 and 6, me, us, and ecology as one for session 7, understanding the importance of life together for session 8, learning care and symbiosis for session 10, and me, we, and ecology as one for sessions 11 and 12. Second, as a result of reviewing correlation between learning activity experiences by session applied with the class program and core capabilities of physical education curriculum revised in 2015, six core capabilities were comprehensively raised. From these results, it is expected that physical activity based on ecologism could be effective educational methods for raising learners important core capabilities.
