합병기업의 기업문화 구성요소가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

합병기업에 있어 기업문화의 통합은 M&A의 성공 여부를 좌우하는 중요한 변수로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구는 합병기업의 기업문화 통합과 조직유효성과의 관계에 대한 선행연구를 근거로 개념적 연구모형을 수립하고, 이의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 Pascale & Athos 및 Peters & Waterman이 제시한 7개의 기업문화 구성요소와 조직유효성의 관련성에 관한 연구가설을 설정하였다. 가설검증을 위하여 다중회귀분석을 이용한 결과 다음과 같은 사실을 발견하였다. 첫째, 합병기업의 기업문화 구성요소가 조직유효성 중 직무몰입에 미치는 영향은 기업문화의 모든 구성요소가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 합병기업의 기업문화 구성요소가 조직유효성 중 직무만족에 미치는 영향은 기업문화 구성요소 중 공유가치를 제외한 모든 요인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 합병기업의 기업문화 구성요소가 조직유효성 중 조직융합에 미치는 영향은 기업문화 구성요소 중 사업능력 및 기술력을 제외한 모든 요인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기업문화 구성요소 변수를 확인하고 그것이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증한 탐색적 연구라는데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. Integrating corporate culture in a merger enterprise is considered as one of the most important variables to decide M&A success. This study established a conceptional model according to the preceding study on integrating corporate culture and organizational effectiveness, and formulated a hypothesis on the interrelation between a seven factors of corporate culture proposed by Pascale & Athos and Peters & Waterman and organizational effectiveness. The result of applying multi-regression analysis to test the hypothesis is as follows; firstly, all of a merger enterprise's cultural factors have meaningful influence on job involvement among organizational effectiveness; secondly, all of them have sincere influence on job satisfaction among organizational effectiveness except shared value; and thirdly, all of them except skill have significant influence on organizational harmony among organizational effectiveness. This is a significant empirical and exploratory study to ascertain the variables of corporate culture factors, and to verify their effects on organizational effectiveness.

공공서비스 조직의 서비스역량이 서비스품질에 미치는 영향관계 연구 : 주거복지서비스를 중심으로

공공서비스는 국민들이 더 바람직한 생활을 하도록 하기 위하여 공공적 목적으로 제공되는 재화나 인적 서비스로 정의할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 공공서비스를 제공하는 조직의 서비스역량의 구성요인을 고객지향 문화역량, 지식공유역량, 접점직원역량으로 정의하고 있다. 공공서비스 조직의 서비스역량이 서비스품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정하고 공공 주거복지서비스를 제공하는 조직과 고객들을 대상으로 실증분석한 결과 고객지향 문화역량과 지식공유역량은 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 접점직원의 역량은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 공공서비스 조직의 서비스역량은 시너지 효과를 발휘하여 서비스품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 서비스에 대한 조직역량이 중요함을 보여주고 있다. As the public sector has been facing many challenges arising from the global economy and experiencing major changes, public services are redefined and various modes to improve their quality are applied to the customer service area. This research addresses whether and to what degree the professional competence of public institutions affect the customer service, in particular the quality and delivery of housing welfare services. With the institutional competences consisting of three elements - customer centric culture of service delivery, information sharing, and service delivery channels, this study utilizes a questionnaire survey, and the collected data are analyzed by using the inferential statistics. The findings show that customer centric culture of service delivery and information sharing have positive impacts on the quality of housing welfare services while service delivery channels don't have any influence on it. The research results imply that the institutional competence in the public sector is critical in the quality and delivery of the housing welfare services.

한국형전투기(KF-X)의 최적정비를 위한 PBL 적용방안에 관한 연구

This paper deals with the Performance Based Logistics(PBL) application scheme pertaining to optimal maintenance program for logistics of Korean Fighter Experimental(KF-X) Project. For enhancement of the performance based logistics system application to KF-X program the selection of appropriate standards fit to maximize cost-cutting, a set of performance metrics fit for the purpose of the contract, foreign technology dependence of core equipments and parts were considered. Thus, selecting appropriate standards fit for Korean logistics environment, domestic maintenance enterprise for stable rate of operation of KF-X, a systematic reliability task that is able to measure quantitative combat capability are suggested.

매입임대주택 거주자의 주거환경 및 주택관리 만족도 분석

The Publicly Purchased Property (PPP) Program since 2004 has allowed low-income households to reside in decent housing at a reasonable expense and to live in a community they choose. With an increasing number of the housing stock, management of the properties becomes a growing concern. The purpose of this research is to find out the satisfaction of the tenants with residential environment and housing management. To collect data, a face-to-face interview survey was conducted for 310 households living in the designated properties of 8 cities in and outside the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA). Most of the households were a family of three headed by late middle-aged man and lived in physically sound, small-sized units at an affordable cost. Overall satisfaction with living environment was higher in non-SMA than in SMA, and influenced by building deterioration and unit size. Further, most of the respondents were in favor of housing management services provided by a nearby public housing estate. Building deterioration and regular onsite visits of management staff were determinants in the satisfaction with housing management. The results indicate that proper housing management delays building deterioration and assures decent living for low-income people, leading to high levels of residential satisfaction.

주거복지 전달체계에서 커뮤니티의 역할에 대한 탐색적 연구

주택정책의 패러다임이 주택공급에서 주거복지로 빠르게 전화됨에 따라 주택물량 확대 정책에서 맞춤형 주거복지정책으로 개편이 필요하여 '주거기본법'이 새로이 제정되었다. 법에서는 주거복지 전달체계에서 주거복지센터의 역할을 규정하였으나, 현재의 주거복지센터로는 숫자나 인력 면에서 그 역할을 담당하기 어렵다. 따라서 주거복지 전달체계의 바람직한 모델은 지역에서 주거복지 수요를 발굴하여 지자체나 인근 주거복지센터 및 관련된 지역 민간기관 등으로 연계하여 주거복지 서비스를 제공받도록 하는 방안이 효율적인 모델로 보인다. 이렇게 하기 위해서는 지역별 커뮤니티를 구축하여 지역 공동체 활성화를 추구함과 동시에 주거복지 서비스 수요를 발굴하는 방안으로 나가는 방향이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 한계는 있지만 이론 및 기존의 연구에 근거하여 주거복지 전달체계에서 커뮤니티의 역할에 대하여 제안한 탐색적 연구이며, 기존에는 없던 연구의 시도라는데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. The paradigm of the housing policy has been transformed from housing supply to housing welfare, from the policy of housing quantity expansion to the policy of customized housing welfare. The Housing Act was newly enacted to realize the new paradigm of the housing policy. The Act establishes the role of the Housing Welfare Centers in the housing welfare delivery system, but they have some difficulties in doing their role because of limited amount of centers and their manpower. The desirable and efficient model of housing welfare delivery system, therefore, is that the demand of housing welfare is discovered on local base, and that demanders can be provided housing welfare service connected to local governments or neighborhood housing welfare centers. To do so local communities should be established and activated, and the needs of housing welfare service also be discovered. This study is a exploratory one on communities' role in housing welfare delivery system in spite of some limitations based on existing theories and studies, and is significant as a new trial.

Social-Mix 단지에서의 입주자 참여 및 갈등이 주거만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구

주거단지에서 주거공간을 비롯한 생활환경 등의 요인은 주거만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 간주되고 있다. 최근 참여 의식의 증대로 입주자 참여요인의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 입주자간 갈등에 대한 요인이 주거만족에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 현상은 사회적 통합의 일환으로 공급되고 있는 분양과 임대주택의 혼합단지에서 더욱 그럴 것으로 보고 선행연구를 근거로 개념적 연구모형을 수립하고, 연구가설을 설정하였다. 가설검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주거환경 요인은 입주자 참여요인과 입주자간 갈등요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 입주자 참여 요인과 입주자간 갈등 요인은 주거만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 입주자 참여 요인은 완전매개효과를 보이고 있으며, 입주자간 갈등 요인은 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 혼합단지에서 입주자 참여와 입주자간 갈등 요인의 변수를 확인하고 이 두 요인이 주거만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증한 탐색적 연구라는데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. Such factors as living space, living environments, etc. are considered to have influence on housing satisfaction. Recently, increased residents' participation and residents' conflict in apartment management emerge as the important factors to influence it. They are more important in a social-mix housing complex of sales apartment and rental apartment, which is provided as a part of social mix. Therefore, a study hypothesis is established with a study model based on the precedent studies. The results from investigation the hypothesis are; First, the factor of living environment has meaningful influence on the factors of residents' participation and conflict. Second, residents' participation and conflict significantly affect housing satisfaction. Third, the factor of residents' participation shows a full mediated effect, and the factor of residents' conflict, a partial mediated effect. This study has a meaning as an exploratory one to identify a variable of residents' participation and conflict in social-mix apartment complex, and to verify their influence on houisng satisfaction empirically.

Domestic rail industry for the development of Korea High Speed Rail paid for high technology, imported to Korea. However, If technology based on conditions that are not equipped with relevant skills is received, there are limits to what it used to. so team of high speed railway began technical development. In this study, through the motor block resistant plan, the current block resistant identifies problems related to it, in order to improve the quality of the parts, secure the standards and guarantee their life span. The localization of the resistant is really possible thanks to the technical skills.
