        웰빙 열풍을 계기로 다이어트에 대한 관심이 많아졌고, IT의 발달로 인한 인터넷 기술의 보급으로 인하여 다음, 네이버와 같은 종합 포털 사이트나 블로그, 까페 등과 같은 커뮤니티를 통하여 사용자들은 항상 최신화된 정보를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 따라서, 건강이나 다이어트 관련 웹사이트를 많이 접할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 기존의 다이어트 사이트들은 메뉴가 간단하지 않았고, 컨텐츠가 너무 방대하여서 사용자가 원하는 정보가 정확하지 않다. 또한 다이어트 정보의 최신화가 잘 이루어지지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 맞춤형 다이어트 정보를 제공하는 'Calory&Diet'라는 웹사이트를 구축하였다. 제안하는 다이어트 사이트의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구성메뉴를 간단화하여 사용자가 쉽게 정보를 얻을 수 있게 한다. 둘째, 각 사용자에게 꼭 필요한 맞춤형 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 셋째, OPEN API를 이용하여 별도의 DB 업데이트 없이도 사용자가 항상 최신화된 다이어트 정보를 얻을 수 있게 한다. 100명의 사용자에게 설문한 결과 제안하는 시스템이 기존 시스템에 비해 5점 척도 기준으로 간편성 항목에서 $0.2{\pm}0.65$점, 맞춤형 관련 항목에서 $0.2{\pm}0.69$점, 최신 관련 항목에서 $0.3{\pm}0.59$점 정도 높게 나타났다. Since a 'Well-being' theme had become an issue in 90's, everyone now care about their health more than ever. Besides, IT has been developed so tremendously that we have various ways to collect up-to-dated information through the internet. There are so many web sites that contain information about health and diet. However, the menus of these web sites are not simplified and the content is too large, so the information we see in those web sites may not be accurate. Also, some information is out-of-dated. In this paper, we propose a web site called 'Calory&Diet' that provides customized information on diet. The characteristics of the web site are as following: First, the menu is so simple that users can easily find information they want. Second, it only provides necessary customized information. Lastly, it uses an open application that helps users always get the latest information without DB updates. With its user friendly menu and feedback information, the proposed web site can be a good advisor for people who want to be healthy. 100 offers the user survey results than existing systems, simple system to 2%, 3% from a custom-related topics, the latest related topics were 3% higher on 5 point scale.

        식품 및 음식의 다량영양소 구성 성분에 따른 혈당 반응 연구

        본 연구에서는 동일한 끼니에 섭취한 각 식품 및 음식의 영양성분 중 에너지에 기여하는 다량영양소인 탄수화물, 지방, 단백질과 식이섬유소가 혈당 반응에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 20대 성인 남녀를 대상으로 총 62가지의 단일 또는 여러 가지 단일 식품으로 구성된 혼합 식사 섭취 후 2시간 동안의 혈당을 측정하여 혈당곡선하면적을 계산하였다. 그 결과 일반적으로 탄수화물 함량이 증가하면 혈당곡선하면적이 증가하였다. 그러나 탄수화물 이외에 식품 및 음식에 함유된 지방, 식이섬유소 등의 함량도 혈당곡선하면적에 영향을 준 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 탄수화물, 단백질, 지방, 식이섬유소의 영양성분이 혈당곡선하면적에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 탄수화물(β = 37.18, p < 0.0001)은 혈당곡선하면적을 유의적으로 증가시켰고, 지방 (β = -32.70, p = 0.0054), 식이섬유소 (β = -32.01, p = 0.0486)는 유의적으로 감소시켰으며, 단백질(β = -12.93, p = 0.1657)은 혈당 반응에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 식품 및 음식의 영양성분 중 탄수화물 함량만이 아닌 지방, 식이섬유소가 서로 상호작용하여 혈당 반응에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하여 의미가 크다. Purpose: The aim of study was to determine the effects of carbohydrate, fat, protein, and fiber contents on glycemic responses in a single food item or meal. Methods: Glycemic responses were measured in 30 healthy young adults (17 males and 13 females) with various test foods, including rice, egg whites, bean sprouts, olive oil, noodles, prune, broccoli, Korean dishes, Western dishes, and salad dishes, etc. Test foods were designed to contain various carbohydrate, fat, protein, and fiber contents in single or mixed foods or dishes. After 12 hours of fasting, participants consumed test foods, and the glycemic response was measured for a subsequent 120 min (0, 15, 30, 60, 90, and 120 min). Three hundred and fifty three glycemic responses from 62 foods were collected. The incremental area under the curve (AUC) was calculated for each test food for each subject to examine glycemic responses. Statistical analysis was conducted to identify which macronutrient (carbohydrate, fat, protein and fiber) affected the AUC using a mixed model. Results: Carbohydrates (β= 37.18, p < 0.0001) significantly increased while fat (β= -32.70, p = 0.0054) and fiber (β= -32.01, p = 0.0486) significantly reduced the glycemic response. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the glycemic response of a meal can be modified depending on the fat and fiber contents of ingredient foods, even though carbohydrate content is maintained.

        일부 대학생들의 라면 섭취 관련 식행동과 국물 섭취 실태 조사

        High intakes of sodium may increase the risk of hypertension or cardiovascular diseases. According to the 2010 Korea National Health and Nutrition Survey, the average intake of sodium was 4,878 mg/day with salt, kimchi, soy sauce, fermented soybean paste and Ramyeon being the five main sources of sodium. In order to identify solutions to reduce the intake of sodium, we investigated the intake patterns and eating behaviors of Ramyeon among 347 college students (male 146, female 201) using survey questionnaires. The average age of study subjects was 23.7 years for males and 20.5 years for females. The average Body Mass Index (kg/m2) was 21.9 for males and 20.1 for females. The average frequency of Ramyeon intake was 2.0 times/week. The main reason for eating Ramyeon was convenience (56%), followed by good taste (27%), low price (11%) and other reasons (9%). The criteria for choosing Ramyeon were taste (72%), convenience (14%), price (7%), nutrition (1%), and the other factors (2%). Males` average intake of Ramyeon soup (61%) was higher than that of the females (36%). The estimated intake of Ramyeon soup by survey showed a positive correlation with the measured intake of Ramyeon soup. Sodium contents of Ramyeon were measured separately for the noodles and the soup, which were 1,185 mg/serving and 1,148 mg/serving each. Therefore, the amount of sodium intake can be reduced if students eat less Ramyeon soup. Also, we observed that dietary behaviors and soup intakes of Ramyeon between the sexes were different. Appropriate nutritional education for proper eating habits may help decrease the intake of sodium. (Korean J Community Nutr 18(4) : 365~371, 2013)

        성격유형에 따른 복식문양 이미지 평가에 관한 연구

        The objectives of this study were to investigate the perceptions of Korean female university students for clothing pattern tendency and structural element of clothing pattern image dimension and to find how individual personality type influence the preferred clothing pattern characteristics. For this study, a questionnaire was designed and sent to 600 female university students of Daejeon, Seoul and metropolitan area. The tool used in this study was MBTI(The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Form G Korean version and for the analysis of data SPSS 10.0 package were used. 10 representative patterns for this study were floral, dot, stripe, check, animal, abstract & artistic, geometric, vegetable & leaf, paisely, patchwork pattern. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, arithmetic mean, One-Way ANOVA, χ^(2)-test. The major findings were as follows: Clothing pattern image dimension perceived by Korean female university students for 10 representative patterns were basic form, deluxe, specialty, and cultral dimension. Among them, basic form and deluxe dimension were major dimensions. In basic form dimension, dot pattern score was high indicating female students perceive it as light, comfortable, clean, cool and simple pattern image. In deluxe dimension, floral pattern scored high and in specialty dimension, abstract and artistic pattern scored high among other pattern image. In cultural dimension, geometric pattern and check pattern scored high. Based on other detailed analysis results, It is concluded that the personality type greatly influence clothing pattern evaluation. For example, in case of color combination of patchwork pattern, there was a difference in color preference depend on a personality type such as sensing(S) or intuition(N). Therefore, sensing personality type preferred adjacent color combination than contrast color combination. Detailed marketing strategy is necessary in planning textile design of merchandise plan.

        북미인디안의 환경친화적인 복식 소재에 관한 연구 : 전통복식을 중심으로 Focused on Traditional Costume

        The purpose of this study was to identify the origin of diversity of costume material caused by environmental difference. For this purpose, this research involved theoretical studies and studies based on historical data obtained from previous related studies. The common truth was proved that environmental including the geographical distribution of plants and animals determines costume material. Also, It was found that the unique traditional costume styles were developed through unique combination of costume material and their culture. The major results of this study are as follows: 1. The traditional costume of North American Indian was well-developed and closely related to geographical distribution of plants and animals. Also, their costume was so diverse that it could not be categirized. 2. The traditional costume of North American Indian showed ideal har mony between nature and human being by using surrounding environment into their costume. 3. The application of plants and animal materials into their costume was one of the environment- friendly human activity and it seems to give us an important message.
