인삼 연작 장애 해소 방안

그 동안 고려인삼은 한국의 대표 상품이고 세계 인삼의 종주국으로서 품질면에서는 최고를 인정받고 있지만 최근에는 미국, 캐나다, 중국 등 저가 인삼을 대량생산 수출하고 있어 국제경쟁력이 떨어지고 반면에 우리 나라 농촌에서는 인력난, 인건비 상승뿐만 아니라 인삼주산지에서는 예정지 확보에 많은 어려움이 있다. 그래서 벼 담수 재배와 토양 개량을 통해 연작 장애율을 해소하고 재작기간을 단축하여 재배면적을 늘려서 2.8%의 세계인삼시장 점유율을 종주국 수준에 맞도록 높여야겠다. 2000년부터 농산물 중 유일하게 부과되던 13%의 홍삼 특별 소비세도 폐지되고 인삼산업법 개정에 따라 전매제도가 부분 폐지 됐지만 6년근 홍삼까지 자유화되고 세제 및 불필요한 규제가 해지된다면 많은 생산을 통해 고품질의 천삼, 지삼을 수출 할 수 있다고 생각된다.

미래사회에는 많은 분야에서 인간이 인공지능과 협업을 하게 될 것이다. 정부에서는 인공지능 강국으로 발돋움하기 위한 국가 발전 전략을 수립하고 인공지능교육을 준비하고 있다. 그렇지만 인공지능을 초등 교육 현장에 적용한 사례는 아직 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인공지능을 이용한 교실 안 문제 해결 수업 설계 사례를 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정 실과 SW교육과 인공지능 교육을 연계함으로써 초등 교육현장에서 바로 적용할 수 있는 수업 사례를 제시하는 데 의의가 있다.

주택가격과 가계대출이 은행건전성에 미치는 영향 -Panel VAR를 중심으로-

글로벌 금융위기와 유럽의 재정위기 등으로 대내 · 외적 불확실성이 커진 가운데, 우리나라 가계부채는 지속적으로 증가하고 있어 이에 대한 우려의 목소리가 커지고 있다. 특히 최근 주택경기가 악화되고 있어 자칫 금융기관의 건전성 악화로 이어질 개연성이 크기 때문이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 우리나라 주택가격과 가계대출이 은행 건전성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자, 주택가격과 가계대출 그리고 은행건전성의 관계를 4개의 모형을 통해 동태적으로 실증 분석하였다. 분석시기와 자료는 2005년부터 2011년까지의 시중은행 자료와 주택 및 가계대출 관련 거시경제지표로 선정했으며, 분석방법은 Panel VAR 모형을 이용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관관계 분석결과 은행의 경영성과는 주택담보대출증가률과 주택가격상승률간 비교적 큰 정의관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 향후 은행의 경영성과가 부동산 경기가 하락할 경우 타격을 받을 수 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 부동산 경기 하락시 정책당국은 이를 미리 파악하며 위험을 줄일 필요가 있다. 둘째, 부동산가격과 주택담보대출간의 관계를 Panel-VAR를 통하여 분석한 결과, 두 변수는 기존 선행연구들과는 달리 정(+)의 관계가 일정하게 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 이유는 모형설정에 있어서 정태적 분석과 동태적 분석기법의 차이로 보이며, 분석기간에 역시 이 시기 주택담보대출은 지속적으로 증가하였으나, 주택가격의 경우 글로벌 금융위기 여파로 하락하였기 때문이다. 셋째, 주택가격, 주택담보대출 및 은행경영성과와의 관계를 분석한 결과, 총자산이익률은 주택담보대출증가율과 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 시기가 길어질 경우 주택담보대출의 증가는 오히려 은행의 총자산이익에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 금융기관은 공격적인 가계대출 영업이 적절한지에 대한 고민이 필요해 보인다. 한편 부실대출액비율은 대부분의 변수가 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 도출되었다. Due to the global financial crisis and the financial crisis in Europe, there is a growing concern about the continued increase in household debt. It is, especially, because there is the likelihood that the deteriorating housing market would lead to the deterioration of the performance of financial institutions. This study has conducted an empirical analysis of the correlation between real estate price, household loan and performance of banks to investigate the effect of the real estate price and household loan on the performance of banks in Korea on the basis of 4 models. As for data and the period, the materials regarding the commercial banks and the macroeconomic indicators regarding real estate and household loans from 2005 till 2011 were chosen and Panel VAR model was used for the analysis. The findings from the analysis as follows: First, the performance of banks had a positive correlation with housing loan increase and real estate price increase, which suggests that the performance of banks can be affected by the decline of the real estate market. Thus, there is a need for the government to forecast the decline of real estate market to reduce the risks. Second, as a result of the analysis of the correlations between real estate price and housing loan through Panel-VAR, there was no positive correlation between the two variables unlike the previous studies. This is because it was likely that there were some differences between static analysis technique and dynamic analysis technique in establishing models; and the housing loan continued to grow, yet real estate price declined due to the global financial crisis during the period of the analysis. Third, as a result of the analysis of the correlation between real estate price, housing loan and performance of banks, there was a positive correlation between ROA and the growth rate of housing loan. However, the increase in household loan had a negative effect on ROA in banks over time, which suggests that there is a need for financial institutions to consider the appropriateness of aggressive sales through household loan. In contrast, the derived NPLR variables were statistically insignificant.

유교사상 계승차원에서 안동하회마을의 디자인 방향성에 관한 연구 - 옥외간판을 중심으로 -

우리나라는 유교사상의 가치관을 바탕으로 전통사상의 철학적·사회적 구성체를 이루어 왔다. 안동하회마을은 한국의 유교문화·정신문화를 대표하고, 경북북부유교문화권의 산실로 2010년 7월에 세계문화유산에 등재되었다, 하지만 현재 유교문화권 관광개발에 따른 무분별한 상업시설 조성과 그에따른 옥외간판 난립으로 우리나라 대표적 유교사상의 산실인 안동하회마을의 경관훼손뿐만 아니라, 사상적·철학적 의미를 떨어뜨리고 있는 실정이다. 이에 유교사상을 계승하여 하회마을의 아이덴티티를 정립하기 위해 옥외간판 디자인에 대한 방향성을 유교사상의 관점에서 접근을 하였고, 유교사상의 개념은 안동의 세계적 유학자 퇴계이황의 자연주의 유교사상과 유교사상의 실천적 덕목인 중용사상의 개념을 도입하여 옥외간판 디자인, 방향을 제시하였다. 현재 안동하회마을 색채는 YR계열색상으로 자연재질의 황토흙벽돌과 초가의 짚, 목재기둥 등 천연소재의 재질이 대부분이나 옥외간판의 경우 다양한 인공색상과 광고물이 난립하고 있고, 형태에서도 간판크기의 확장난립 광고배너의 과도한 부착등 유교적 사상이 결여되고, 상업성에 치우쳐 있는 문제를 안고 있으며, 따라서 유교사상에 내재된 디자인 개념 중 자연미와 조화와 균형미의 개념으로 볼때, 자연미를 느낄 수 있는 자연 그대로의 재료와 소재색상의 적용, 조화와 균형미를 고려하여 간결한 형태의 도입이 필요하다. 안동하회마을의 옥외간판 디자인은 유교사상 계승차원에서 보다 근본적인 디자인접근이 필요하고 , 이를 통해 유교사상을 계승한 디자인접근이 하회마을의 아이덴티티의 정립은 물론이고, 관광인프라 구축을 더욱 더 극대화 시킬 수 있는 방안이다. Korea has established philosophical and social communities of traditional ideas based on Confucian ideas. Andong Hahoe Folk Village represents Korea`s confucian culture and spiritual culture, and has been listed as UNESCO World Heritage under a property of Confucian cultural area of northern Kyungbuk region on July 2010. However, currently, tourist development of confucian culture leading into reckless installation of commercial facilities and consequent outdoor signboards, is not only destroying the scenery, but also defaming the spiritual and philosophical meaning of Andong Hahoe Folk Village, Korea`s symbolic legacy of confucian ideas, This research has approached the potential design of outdoor signboards from a view of confucian ideas in order to set the identity of Hahoe Folk Village representing confucian ideas, and also has suggested the potential design of outdoor signboard using the concept of confucian ideas of Andong`s world renown confucian scholar Yi Hwang, naturalistic confucianism and Doctrine of mean. Though current tone of Andong Hahoe Folk Village is YR tone, mainly composed of natural materials such as red clay bricks, straw or timber, in case of outdoor signboards, various of artificial colors and advertisements overflow. Unnecessarily huge size of signboard and overflowing advertisement banners also show the problem of focus on commercialization. Therefore, simple design form encompassing concept of harmony and balance and beauty of nature considering harmony and balance of confucian ideas needs to be introduced. The design of outdoor signboard of Andong Hahoe Folk Village needs a more fundamental design approach that considers confucian ideas and values, and through this design approach, Hahoe Folk Village`s identity could be set and establishment of tourism infrastructure could be maximized.

IP-XACT 기반 차량용 SoC IP 통합 자동화 방법론 제안

In this paper, we proposed the new design methodology for automotive SoC(System-On-Chip) IP(Intellectual Property) Integration Automation using IP-XACT. The proposed method extracts and integrates IP-XACTs of individual IPs to create a Block IP-XACT and consequently design the SoC platform. By applying an API (Application Programming Interface), all processes are automated, enabling the reuse of SoC designs and eliminating human errors during the design process. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method efficiently improves the time, cost, and reliability required for automotive SoC design through IP integration automation.

국내 금융그룹의 지배구조와 발전 방향

본 연구는 국내 금융지주회사의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 연구 하였다. 금융지주회사별 문제점을 분석하였고 추가로 각 문제점 별 전략적으로 해결 가능한 발전 방향을 모색하였으며, 해외 금융지주회사의 지배구조를 분석하여 국내 금융지주회사와 비교하여 해결 방향을 모색하였다. 본 연구의 중요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 금융지주회사의 문제점을 네 가지로 나누어 발전방향을 살펴보았다. 먼저 권한과 책임의 불일치 문제에 있어서 금융지주회사에 대한 자회사 이익 보호 의무를 신설하고, 손해가 발생할 경우 배상 책임을 부과할 수 있는 장치를 마련하는 것을 제안하였다. 두 번째로 사외이사의 독립성·책임성 결여 문제는 사외이사의 독립성 요건을 명확하게 정의하고, 지주와 관계내역을 주주총회, 연차보고서 등을 통해 공개하는 것을 제안하였다. 세 번째 지배와 소유의 괴리 문제의 경우 한국형 스튜어드십 코드(stewardship code)를 도입하여 기관투자자의 경영참여를 권고하면 일정 부분 해결 가능할 것으로 제안한다. 마지막으로 겸업화와 시너지 창출 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 한국형 매트릭스 조직으로 재구성하여 단점을 최소화하며 장점을 취할 수 있는 전략을 제안하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 사회적 책임 및 경영의 효율성을 제고하는 차원에서 건전한 지배구조를 확립하는 현 금융산업 측면에서 금융지주회사의 올바른 지배구조를 확립할 수 있는 방안을 시사하며, 이와 관련된 연구에 공헌할 것으로 기대한다. This research focuses on the problems and current issues of the ‘financial holding companies’, and solutions to the problems. This research analyzes the problems of financial holding companies and aims to strategically address the direction of development. The paper also gives a comparative analysis to the corporate governance of foreign financial holding companies to seek the solutions to the issues of the domestic companies. The main results of the research are as follows: This paper reviews the problems of the financial holding companies by four pillars: First, in order to solve the issues from discrepancy between authority and responsibility, financial holding companies should have a protection responsibility of its subsidiaries profits and should make a safe guard for financial holding companies to have liabilities when damages are made. Second, the lack of independence, and responsibility of outside directors can be solved by clearly defining the independence regulations of the independent directors, and release the information on the relationship with the holding company through channels such as the shareholder’s meeting and annual reports. Third, the issue from discrepancy between the ownership and governance of the company can be solved by adapting the Korean Stewardship Code and suggesting the management participation of institutional investors. Fourth, to maximize the advantages of financial diversification, the organization should be reformed into the Korean organizational matrix structure. Therefore, in order to address the corporate responsibility issue and the efficiency of management, this research suggests the method to establish a sound corporate governance structure, and contributes to the study of that field.
