읽기 교육내용의 비판과 실천적 재구성

This study aims to examine how current educational content should be transformed to enable readers to demonstrate their capabilities as practical knowledge. To this end, we examined our reading education in contrast to the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) in the United States. The results showed that reading curriculum is biased toward the reading function, and it is necessary to revise the educational content that was seemingly selected without evidence and focus on key functions. Furthermore, when selecting functions, it is necessary to enhance the system and affiliation between categories, as well as to increase the specificity, practicality and consistency of functional statements, by presenting them as principles of iterative deepening when arranging them. Accordingly, we proposed a content system table centered on “function” and “genre, text, attitude, and context” as categories of different layers. And decoding, reading fluency, changes of high school ‘reading’ subjects are required to enhance practicality of reading education, This is expected to increase the practicality of reading education as practical knowledge.

Hot Wall Epitaxy(HWE)법에 의한 MgGa₂Se₄ 단결정 박막 성장과 가전자대 갈라짐에 대한 광전류 연구

수평 전기로에서 $MgGa_2Se_4$ 다결정을 합성하여 HWE(Hot Wall Epitaxy)방법으로 $MgGa_2Se_4$ 단결정 박막을 반절연성 GaAs(100)기판에 성장시켰다. $MgGa_2Se_4$단결정 박막의 성장 조건은 증발원의 온도 $610^{\circ}C$, 기판의 온도 $400^{\circ}C$였고 성장 속도는 $0.5{\mu}m/hr$였다. 이때 이중결정 X-선 요동곡선(DCRC)의 반폭치(FWHM)도 212 arcsec로 가장 작아 최적 성장 조건임을 알 수 있었다. $MgGa_2Se_4$/SI(Semi-Insulated) GaAs(100) 단결정 박막의 광흡수와 광전류 spectra를 293 K에서 10 K까지 측정하였다. 광흡수 스펙트럼으로부터 band gap Eg(T)는 varshni공식에 따라 계산한 결과 $E_g(T)=2.34 eV-(8.81{\times}10^{-4}eV/K)T^2/(T+251K)$이었으며 광전류 스펙트럼으로부터 Hamilton matrix(Hopfield quasicubic mode)법으로 계산한 결과 crystal field splitting energy ${\Delta}cr$값이 190.6 meV이며 spin-orbit energy ${\Delta}so$값은 118.8 meV임을 확인하였다. 10 K일 때 광전류 봉우리들은 n = 1, 27일때 $A_{1^-}$, $B_{1^-}$와 $C_{27}-exciton$ 봉우리임을 알았다. A stoichiometric mixture of evaporating materials for $MgGa_2Se_4$ single crystal thin films was prepared from horizontal electric furnace. To obtain the single crystal thin films, $MgGa_2Se_4$ mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by the Hot Wall Epitaxy (HWE) system. The source and substrate temperatures were $610^{\circ}C$ and $400^{\circ}C$, respectively. The crystalline structure of the single crystal thin films was investigated by double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXD). The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the $MgGa_2Se_4$ obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni's relation, $E_g(T)=2.34 eV-(8.81{\times}10^{-4}eV/K)T^2/(T+251K)$. The crystal field and the spin-orbit splitting energies for the valence band of the $MgGa_2Se_4$ have been estimated to be 190.6 meV and 118.8 meV, respectively, by means of the photocurrent spectra and the Hopfield quasicubic model. These results indicate that the splitting of the ${\Delta}so$ definitely exists in the ${\Gamma}_5$ states of the valence band of the $MgGa_2Se_4$/GaAs epilayer. The three photocurrent peaks observed at 10 K are ascribed to the $A_{1^-}$, $B_{1^-}$exciton for n = 1 and $C_{27}-exciton$ peaks for n = 27.

‘약 되는 아들의 간’ 설화에 나타난 친족 살해 모티프와 카니발리즘에 대한 설화적 각성

‘약 되는 아들의 간’ 설화는 계모가 전처의 아들을 미워하던 계모가 꾀병을 핑계로 전처 아들의 간을 요구하면서 벌어지는 갈등을 그린 계모설화이다. 이 설화의 서사를 이끄는 주요한 모티프로 ‘친족 살해 모티프’와 ‘식인 모티프’가 활용되고 있다. 이 두 모티프는 우리 설화문학 안에서 오랜 역사를 가지며 매우 광범위하게 확인되는데, 주로 병든 부모나 남편을 구완하기 위한 ‘희생’의 관점에서 활용된다. 그러나 ‘약 되는 아들의 간’ 설화에서는 계모가 꾀병의 치료약으로 전처 아들의 간을 요구하고 있다는 점에서 전혀 다른 서사적 활용이 나타난다. 결국 이 설화는 계모가 진짜 엄마가 아니고 계모의 병도 가짜인 것처럼, 사람의 병을 낫게 한다는 인간의 간이 지닌 효능도 거짓이라는 인식의 전환이 드러난다. 이러한 인식의 전환은 곧 우리 설화문학 안에서 충, 효, 열을 위한 희생이라는 관점에서 자행되는 ‘친족 살해’와 ‘식인 행위’가 어떠한 정당성도 가지지 못한다는 놀라운 각성에 다름 아니다. 이 설화에 내재되어 있는 ‘식인 행위’는 원시 인류 사회에서 시작되었으나 고대 문명이 이룩된 이후, 현실 세계에서는 종적을 감추게 된다. 그러나 인류의 오래된 인습은 쉽게 사라지지 않아서 중세 이후 효(孝)와 열(烈)로 중화되고 포장되어 구비 설화 문학에 잠재의식으로 자리 잡게 되었으며, 때로는 ‘희생효’ 유형의 설화들로 구현되어왔을 것이다. 그런데 ‘약 되는 아들의 간’ 설화는 이러한 인습을 거칠고 단호하게 끊어내고 있다. 오랫동안 설화 문학 안에서 ‘효’와 ‘열’이라는 그럴듯한 명목으로 자행되어왔던 ‘친족 살해’와 ‘식인 행위’라는 악습에 비판을 가하고 결단을 내리는 존재가 최하층 천민인 백정의 아내라는 점에서 저층 문학 갈래인 설화가 지닌 놀라운 저력이 새삼 확인된다고 하겠다. A tale, “stepson's liver using for medicine” is about a story about a stepmother who hated her ex-wife's son, who asked for her son's liver on the pretext of illness. The stepson, who was in danger of dying, survived a long journey with the help of butcher' wife. After years of success, he returned to his hometown to avenge his stepmother and live happily with his father and the butcher couple. In the story, 'killing relative motif' and 'cannibalism motif' are used. In Korean folklore literature, the two motifs have a long history and are widely used and are used to mean 'sacrifice' for sick parents and sick husbands. In this tale, however, a stepmother fake illness for herself and her son, and asks for the medicine to cure the disease. Just as a stepmother is a fake mother, neither is a genuine illness, nor is the efficacy of the stepson's liver to cure it all false. After all, this tale tells us that 'the killing relative' and 'cannibalism' in our folk tale literature is not justified in terms of sacrifice for Hye(효), Chung(충) and Yeol(열). However, in this tale, through words and determination of the butcher's wife, who is a low-class citizen, are ending 'the killing relative' and 'the act of cannibalism'. A cruel, inhumane, and irrational tale is transformed by her into an extremely ethical, humane and rational narrative. The fact that the existence of the butcher's wife has been established to remove the long-standing vice of mankind in folk tale literature is a new perception in folk tale literature and shows the reformative powers of folk tale literature.

권율 설화의 인물 형상화 양상과 전승적 특징

권율은 임진왜란 당시 행주대첩을 이뤄낸 뛰어난 장수이다. 현재 권율과 행주대첩에 관한 설화가 다수 전승되고 있으나 연구는 미비하다. 본 연 구는 설화에 나타난 권율의 형상화 양상과 의미, 전승적 특징을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 권율 설화는 권율의 유년기, 임진왜란 당시의 권율의 활약, 권율과 그의 사위들과의 갈등, 권율 사후의 이적 이상 4가지 사건을 중심으로 전승이 이루어지고 있다. 둘째, 설화에서 권율은 매우 다양한 인물형상으로 제시되고 있었다. 유년기의 권율은 지아(智兒)로 형상화 되어 있다. 권율은 그의 사위들과 갈등 하면서 때로는 이인(異人)의 형상으로, 때로는 사위에게 무시당하고 놀림 당하는 어리석은 장인 (愚翁)의 형상으로 묘사되기도 한다. 또 권율의 지략으로 행주대첩이 가능했다고 하면서 지장(智將)의 형상으로 그려지기도 하지만 어떤 이인의 도움이 행주대첩의 원동력이라고 하면서 권율은 겁쟁이라고 폄하되기도 한다. 또 권율은 죽어서도 나라의 안위를 걱정하고 이적을 보인다는 점에서 신령(神靈)의 형상으로 그려지기도 한다. 셋째, 권율은 구비설화에서는 이인, 지장, 지아, 신령과 같은 긍정적인 인물형상으로 등장하는 반면, 문헌설화에서는 어리석은 장인, 겁쟁이 등과 같이 부정적인 인물형상으로 묘사 되는 특징을 보인다. 이러한 변별성은 구비설화에서는 신립의 장인으로, 문헌설화에서는 이항복의 장인으로 등장했을 때 더욱 두드러진다. 넷째, 권율 설화는 그의 유명세와 업적에 비춰보면 전승이 활발하지 않은 편이다. 이는 권율 설화가 이항복 설화, 신립 설화와 함께 교접하며 전승되고 있는 현상과 연관이 있다. 이항복과 신립은 각각 해학성과 비극성으로 매우 특화 되어 있는 인물이며, 이에 관해 설화도 활발히 전승중 이다. 이러한 개성있는 인물 설화와 충돌하면서 권율 설화의 전승력이 위축 되고 활발하고 독립적인 전승이 중단 되게 된것으로 추정된다.

영화를 활용한 영어 독해 수업을 위한 독해 전략에 대한 연구

This study aims to introduce reading strategies in which learners can directly participate and present class activities, using them to consider the activation of reading strategies. In addition, the study analyzes learners’ attitudes and reactions to using specific reading strategies to determine the points to be considered when using these strategies. The Disney animation, Zootopia (Howard & Moore, 2016), was used as a case study, and reading strategies focusing on the topics of prejudice, discrimination, and diversity were used. The research evaluation was based on an open-ended survey conducted in the last week of class and self-reflection notes drafted at the end of each week’s class. According to the survey, most learners were satisfied with the use of various reading strategies in reading classes using movies (70.3%). This satisfaction was mainly based on opinions that reading strategies helped learners to participate in class activities, understand movie topics, and efficiently focus on classes. Furthermore, it was found that when using movies in English reading classes, reading strategies centered on the movie themes may prove to be a sound approach. Therefore, it is necessary to further activate a theme-tailored reading strategy that uses various films with diverse and interesting themes.

The shortage of available fresh water is one of the global issues that humanity is currently facing. To find a solution to this problem, this work demonstrates a planar microfluidic photocatalytic reactor for water purification using solar energy. In order to investigate the feasibility of photocatalytic water treatment, the photodegradation of organic material is examined under UV-light irradiation. The nanostructures of photocatalyst maximize the light and mass transport efficiency, while micromixer enhances the reaction even further. This research would provide a solution to not only solving the water purification problem, but also in the fields where the photocatalyst is used.

시티 노마드의 라이프스타일과 패션스타일에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine modern people’s lifestyle and identify their needs by analyzing clothing behavior through city nomads’ attitudes in dairy life, tastes, and methods to pursue in their life. This study tries to understand substitute values as ethical life emerging recently, free life style of mental emotion, clothing behaviors, and fashion style represented by the results. Upon observing city nomads’ fashion trend, tunics symbolizing flexibility and comfort and simultaneously reflect colors in a monk style or from basic items that have been used. City nomads' fashion trend also reveals androgynous freeness-and-easiness. City nomads reflect a folksy inspiration, and different cultural perspectives appear in a mixed fashion. Multi-purpose gypsy/boho style is ideal for traveling and occupying smaller spaces in line with the nomadic lifestyle reflectings an American casual image partially by way of gypsy or bohemian nuances. Motorcycle jeans symbolizing functionality for traveling are becoming a part of everyday life. The fashions discussed are categorized as urban, tourer, sports and road. Everyday sportswear - athleisure - is attracting attention enabling a healthy and sound lifestyle. Athleisure is fashion wear harmonizing workplace with leisure, and everyday life and social gatherings. Athleisure represents a significant collapse of the boundary of high fashion and street fashion. Urban- tech wear is light and enables modern people to perform garment and gear functions simultaneously, making storage useful using various technical devices by elevating activity and functionality. Urban outdoor fashion holding functionality and adding modern fashion in appearance has appeared.
