The purpose of this study was to derive the average effect size of the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction in sports facility organization by using meta-analysis. After searching related studies by using RISS, total 14 journal articles were selected and used to test the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction in sports facility organization via the CMA. The results are as follows: First, empowerment have a high effect size(ESr=0.441) with job satisfaction. Second, the highest effect size of among sub-dimensions of empowerment was Meaningfulness(ESr=0.495), followed by Impect(ESr=0.448), Competence(ESr=0.428), Self-determination(ESr=0.389).
중국 회색지대 전략의 향후 전망과 정책적 함의: 미 · 중간 국가이익의 차이를 중심으로

Although China's rise was based on globalization and the US's policy of engagement from the liberal internationalist perspective. However, as China recently pursued a gray zone strategy and Belt and Road Initiative to expand regional hegemony and global influence, China's rapid economic growth and military reinforcement based on this have recently become a global topic. Therefore, I studied whether China's strategy, especially the gray zone strategy, would be successful in the future, if not, why. First, the national interest was prioritized and the concept of a grand strategy including methods and means for pursuing them was used. This shows that the relationship between the US and China's grand strategy is incompatible. And among the countries that challenged the US in history, it was found that the US pursued a policy of balancing against countries that were incompatible with US national interests. Even war could be waged. However, for China's gray zone strategy to be successful, two conditions must be met: it must gain relative power over the United States and that war must not break out. However, since the United States will abandon its policy of engagement and seek balancing, it will not concede no matter how little “relative power” it may have. Therefore, it will be difficult to satisfy both conditions for the success of the gray zone strategy. Therefore, China's gray zone strategy is highly likely to fail.

This paper aims to perform an empirical analysis of the impact of firm-specific financial variable and corporate governnace factors on the use of derivatives using the data of service firms listed in KOSPI and KOSDAQ as of from 2003 to 2013. The findings are in the following. There appeared no empirical significance between largest shareholders`` ownership and the degree of use of derivatives but negative coefficients of the square of largest shareholders with positive empirical significance largest shareholders`` ownership had statistically significant relationship with the use of derivatives. These findings showed the hypothesized non-linear association between ownership ratio and the use of derivatives.
Parametrization of the Optical Constants of AlAsxSb1-x Alloys in the Range 0.74-6.0 eV

We report parameters that allow the dielectric functions ε = ε1 + iε2 of AlAsxSb1-x alloys to be calculatedanalytically over the entire composition range 0 ≤ x ≤ 1 in the spectral energy range from 0.74 to 6.0 eVby using the dielectric function parametric model (DFPM). The ε spectra were obtained previously byspectroscopic ellipsometry for x = 0, 0.119, 0.288, 0.681, 0.829, and 1. The ε data are successfullyreconstructed and parameterized by six polynomials in excellent agreement with the data. We can determineε as a continuous function of As composition and energy over the ranges given above, and ε can beconverted to complex refractive indices using a simple relationship. We expect these results to be usefulfor the design of optoelectronic devices and also for in situ monitoring of AlAsSb film growth.
Lactobacillus plantarum LP2 균주의 Helicobacter pylori 억제효과

A lactic acid bacterium LP2 strain, which was previously isolated from a natural cheese, was confirmed to produce 1,4-dihydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (DHNA), a bifidogenic growth factor. The strain was identified as Lactobacillus plantarum (99% identity) by a homology search of the 16S rRNA gene sequence and named Lactobacillus plantarum LP2. The culture supernatant of the strain presented an antimicrobial activity against Helicobacter pylori KCTC 12083, where the DHNA might have influenced on the activity.
Effect of the Ga Ratio on the Dielectric Function of Solution-processed InGaZnO Films

Optical properties of InGaZnO (IGZO) films grown by the sol-gel process for various Ga ratios were investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE). The IGZO precursor sols were prepared at a molar ratio of In:Ga:Zn = 3:x:1 (0.0 ≤ x ≤ 1.5), deposited on SiO_2/Si substrates by spin coating, and sintered at 400 °C for 6 h in an ambient atmosphere. The optical properties were measured from 1.12 to 6.52 eV by variable-angle SE at room temperature. The angle of incidence was varied from 50° to 70° in steps of 5°. We clearly observed a blue shift of the bandgap energies and changes in the dielectric functions of the films with increasing Ga fraction. The change of optical properties might be understood by the concentration of oxygen vacancies, which can be modulated by varing the Ga content in IGZO.
Dielectric functions and interband transitions of InxAl1 xP alloys

We report pseudodielectric functions <ε> from 1.5 to 6.0 eV of InxAl1 xP ternary alloy films. Data were obtained by spectroscopic ellipsometry on 1.2 mm thick films grown on (001) GaAs substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. Artifacts were minimized by real-time assessment of overlayer removal, leading to accurate representations of the bulk dielectric responses of these materials. Critical-point (CP) energies were obtained from numerically calculated second energy derivatives, and their Brillouin-zone origins identified by band-structure calculations using the linear augmented Slater-type orbital method.
