. Laryngeal dysfunction, previously referred to as vocal cord dysfunction or paradoxical vocal cord movement, is characterized by inappropriate, transient, and reversible narrowing of the larynx in response to external triggers, without any structural or neurological defects. This condition can manifest in various clinical ways and can be mistaken for other respiratory diseases, such as asthma. It is crucial to accurately recognize and diagnose laryngeal dysfunction to ensure the provision of appropriate treatment. Laryngoscopy with provocation, which is a standard tool for the diagnosis of laryngeal dysfunction, has been designated as a new medical technology in Korea in July 2022. In this review, we discuss the concept, epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment of laryngeal dysfunction as well as introduce the diagnostic procedure using laryngoscopy with provocation.
Gravitational Perturbation of Traversable Wormhole Spacetime and the Stability
강유리,Sung-Won Kim 한국물리학회 2018 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.73 No.12
In this paper, we study the gravitational perturbation of traversable wormhole spacetime, es- pecially the Morris-Thorne wormhole spacetime, by using the linearized theory of gravity. We restrict our interest to the first order term and ignore the higher order terms. We assume that the perturbation is axisymmetric. We also assume that the time dependence follows the Fourier decomposition and the angular dependence is expressed in terms of the Legendre functions. As a result, we derive the gravitational perturbation equation of traversable wormhole in terms of a single linear second-order differential equation. As a consequence, we could analyze the unstability of the spacetime with the effective potentials. Furthermore, we consider the interaction between the external gravitational perturbation and the exotic matter, constituting traversable wormholes and its effect on the stability of traversable wormholes.

ObjectivesZZHuman rights education programs have been implemented annually since Korea enacted human rights legislation in 2009. The purpose of this study was to investigate attitudes of Korean psychiatrists toward human rights education and assess the relevance of the provided education materials. MethodsZZQuestionnaires comprised of 8 items were provided to 274 psychiatrists attending the April 2015 Korean Neuropsychiatric Association seminar. In addition, 12 cases related to education material developed by the Korean National Human Rights Commission were examined to determine whether the material’s content was relevant and appropriate for human rights education. ResultsZZData from 267 psychiatrists that answered all requested questions were included in the analysis. Although respondents in general accepted the beneficial intent of human rights education, the majority of respondents (71.5%) disagreed with the mandatory 4 h of annual human rights education. Approximately half of respondents (49.4%) believed that frequency of such education should be decreased. A substantial percentage of respondents (38.7%) expressed overall dissatisfaction with the education program, and more than half of respondents (55.6%) were skeptical that the current education program could produce a real difference in attitudes toward human rights. The case reviews highlighted several problems. First, all education materials were heavily weighted toward psychiatric hospitalization legal proceedings rather than human rights. Among the 12 cases examined, four were considered inappropriate for human rights education because they were presented as if human rights abuse was synonymous with violation of a law, even if the law was ambiguous. ConclusionZZThe current human rights education program does not meet psychiatrists’ expectations. The results of this study suggest there is a need to reconsider the purpose and means of providing human rights education to psychiatrists.

This paper reports on the air-gap type thin film bulk acoustic wave resonator(FBAR) using ultra thin wafer with thickness of 50㎛. It was fabricated to realize a small size devices and integrated objects using MEMS technology for flexible microsystems. To reduce a error of experiment, MATLAB simulation was executed using material characteristic coefficient. Fabricated thin FBAR consisted of piezoelectric film sandwiched between metal electrodes. Used piezoelectric film was the aluminum nitride(AlN) and electrode was the molybdenum(Mo). Thin wafer was fabricated by wet etching and dry etching, and then handling wafer was used to prevent damage of FBAR. The series resonance frequency and the parallel frequency measured were 2.447GHz and 2.487GHz, respectively. Active area is 100 100㎛2. Q-factor was 996.68 and K2eff was 3.91%.
