《서방자명당구경(西方子明堂灸經)》에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

Below are the reports arranged from the research of ${\ll}$XiFangZiMingTangJiuJing(西方子明堂灸經)${\gg}$, which appears in the research of the main issue. ${\ll}$XiFangZiMingTangJiuJing${\gg}$ was written during the Nan-song period, approximately between 1142~1194, and was probably completed between 1142~1148. This book is the very first book specific on the moxibustion theory which exists these days and also thoroughly contains the moxibustion theory. So it contains many documents of the moxibustion theory which are missing these days. Also it's possible that the illustration presented in this book followed ${\ll}$MingTangJing(明堂經)${\gg}$ of SunSiMiao(孫思邈). The way of arranging the GuiJing(歸經) of YuZue(兪穴) and deciding the location of acupuncturing(穴位) differs from reports given by other documents. As seen above, ${\ll}$XiFangZiMingTangJiuJing${\gg}$ has a consulting value on the moxibustion theroy(灸法), both in clinic and the research of documents. So we are looking forward that there would be a more profound research continuing in the future.

본 논문은 분단된 한반도에서 평화통일의 기반을 조성하기 위해서는 냉전의 상징물인 DMZ로부터 그 해결의 실마리를 찾아야 한다는 전제하에 DMZ를 평화적으로 관리하고 활용할 수 있는 방안을 연구한 것이다. 한반도에서 평화통일의 기반을 조성을 위해서는 이질감을 해소하고 동질성을 회복시킬 수 있는 남북교류협력 사업을 적극 추진하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 그러나 지금까지 이루어진 남북 교류협력사업의 문제점으로는 첫째, 남북한 공동이익 추구보다는 북한의 경제이익 보장에 치중해 왔다는 점과 둘째, 유사시 개성공단에 상주하고 있는 한국 국민들의 신변 안전문제가 우려되고 있다는 점, 셋째, 관광사업은 한국 국민만을 대상으로 이루어졌다는 점 등을 지적할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결함과 동시에 평화통일의 기반을 조성해 나갈 수 있는 최적지는 ‘비무장지대’가 될 것이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 비무장지대의 남북교류협력 사업은 첫째, 북한지역위주로 시행해온 관광사업을 남북지역이 연계될 수 있도록 개선하고 이를 ‘국제관광 상품화’하는 것이다. 둘째, 비무장지대에서 남북교류협력 사업을 적극 추진하고, 그 주변지역에 공세적 군사력 배치를 상호 제한하는 ‘운용적 군비통제’를 적극 추진하여 DMZ에서 남북한의 대립관계를 완화시켜 나갈 수 있도록 해야 한다. 반세기가 넘도록 적대관계를 유지해온 남과 북이 비무장지대에서 협력하기란 결코 쉬운 일이 아니지만, 불신과 대립관계에서 벗어나 상호체제를 인정하고 안전보장을 약속한 가운데, ‘정치적·군사적 신뢰구축’과 ‘공동이익의 창출’, 그리고 ‘주변국의 적극적 지원’으로 비무장지대에서 평화통일의 기반이 구축될 수 있을 것이다. To prepare a basis for peaceful unification in the Korean peninsula, it is very important to eliminate heterogeneity and recover homogeneity for exchange and cooperation between North and South Korea. However, problems in the current exchange and cooperation project are presented as follows: First, the project focuses on the guaranty of economic interest by North Korea rather than the joint interest of North and South Korea. Second, the safety of Korean people living in the Gaesung Industrial Complex is worrisome. Third, the tourism industry targeted only Korean people. The optimal place to resolve these problems and to prepare a basis for peaceful unification will be the DMZ. The exchange and cooperation project for the DMZ should be planned as follows: First, the existing Geumgangsan Tourism Project should be expanded into a Geumgangsan-Seolaksan Tourism Project and it should be an international tourism project. Second, when a joint industrial complex for North and South Korea is required, the industrial complex should be located centering on the DMZ because of safety issues for South Koreans. In addition, any conflict between South and North Korea should be mitigated through operational arms control, which limits offensive military power in the surrounding areas. It is not easy for South and North Korea, which have had a confrontational relationship for over a half century, to cooperate in the DMZ, but when they recognize their mutual benefits and promise a guarantee of safety, a basis for peaceful unification can be developed through constructive political and military trust, creation of joint interest, and the ``active`` support of neighboring nations.

Wind power generation system share of electric power system has been increasing gradually. Wind power generations are very irregular with varying characteristics associated negative impact on power quality in power system. Wind power generation systems and associated power distribution line voltage as a function of wind power to simulate the effects of static and dynamic analysis will examine the appropriate voltage improvement.

As well as the vibration comfort in passenger coaches largely affects passengers, it is one of the most important factors that passengers would betray their dissatisfactions among various elements, such as noise, lighting, couches, seat-arrangement, ventilation, temperature, odor, cleanliness, etc., consisting of comfort in passenger coaches. The wheel-tread figuration in the dynamic behavior of trainsets significantly affects the vibration comfort such as the running safety and the running stability. In this study, therefore, I will examine the dynamic characteristic in passenger coaches in accordance with the variation of wheel-tread figuration during the high-speed traveling with the target of trainsets (KT23 bogie), which are operated as the passenger coache in Korea, and any variation that will exert baneful influence on the vibration comfort accordingly.
