        지표미생물을 이용한 시화호 유입수의 수질평가

        Lake Shiwha, an artificial lake located near metropolitan Seoul, offers a unique water environment and has been suspected to have high levels of chemical and microbiological contaminations. Lake Shiwha was originally connected to the sea but currently has four major surface water inputs from agricultural, municipal, industrial areas and in addition an occasional inflow from the sea. The objectives of this study are to investigate the relative contribution of microbial contaminants from each of the inflowing surface waters and to identify appropriate microbial indicator organisms in this unique water environment. We measured the levels of microbial contaminations in the four inflowing surface waters. A number of microbial indicator organisms including total coliform (TC), fecal coliform (FC), E. coli, Enterococci, somatic and male-specific coliphages were analyzed. Bacterial indicator microorganisms were detected and quantified by the $Colilert^{(R)},\;Enterolert^{(R)}$ kit. Surface water (50 l) was sampled by $ViroCap^{TM}\;5"$ cartridge filters and analyzed by the single agar layer method for detecting coliphages. The concentrations of TC, FC, E. coli, and Enterococci were 1543 CFU/100 ml${\sim}1.99{\times}10^6$ CFU/100 ml, 0 CFU/100 ml${\sim}202$ CFU/100ml, 0 CFU/100 ml${\sim}1.80{\sim}10^5$ CFU/100ml, 74 CFU/100 ml${\sim}3408$ CFU/100 ml, respectively. The male-specific and somatic coliphages were detected in three different inflowing surface waters. Isolated E. coli and Enterococci strains were further analyzed by 16s rDNA amplification and subsequent phylogenetic analysis from Jungwang-chun, Ansan-chun, Banwol-chun and penstock of inflowing surface water. Our results indicated that the concentrations of different fecal indicator microorganisms might not be highly correlated with each other. Multiple microbial indicator organisms should be used for monitoring microbial contamination and microbial source tracking methods.

        상 변태를 고려한 HY-100강 용접부의 수축 및 잔류응력 예측에 관한 연구

        For high performance and structural stability, application of high strength steel has continuously increased. However, the change of the base metal gives rise to problems with the accuracy management of the welded structure. It is attributed to the martensite phase transformation of the high strength low alloy steel weldment. The purpose of this study is to establish the predictive equation of transverse shrinkage and residual stress for the HY-100 weldment. In order to do it, high speed quenching dilatometer tests were performed to define a coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) at the heating and cooling stage of HY-100 with various cooling rates. Uncoupled thermal-mechanical finite element(FE) models with CTE were proposed to evaluate the effect of the martensite phase transformation on transverse shrinkage and residual stresses at the weldment. FEA results were verified by comparing with experimental results. Based on the results of extensive FEA and experiments, the predictive equation of transverse shrinkage and longitudinal shrinkage force at the HY-100 weldment were formulated as the function of welding heat input/in-plane rigidity and welding heat input respectively.

        멤브레인 LNG 운반선용 스카폴딩 시스템의 자동 설계 프로그램 개발

        Scaffolding system in the membrane LNG carrier is a steel structure composed of various pipe-shaped members connected by specific coupling devices. In this study, the automatic design program for scaffolding system in membrane LNG carrier has been developed. It enables user to arrange members easily considering design constraints and input variables such as size of tank, position of legs, level height and so on. In addition to that, it creates finite element analysis model with loading and boundary conditions automatically and carries out structural analysis. With post processor based a state-of-the-art computer graphics, users can easily check the results of structural analysis and make a report for structural safety of scaffolding system.

        단일루프 배전계통과 방사상 배전계통의 순간정전을 고려한 신뢰도 비교 연구

        The structure of a power distribution system will change in a loop configuration such as in the case of a smart grid. If power distribution system changes radial to loop form, the structure may have to be changed significantly. Therefore, we analyzed the reliability indices and calculated a CIC(Customer Interruption Cost) for the loop power distribution system. The power distribution system reliability depends on the protection scheme. This study is applied to the current protection scheme method and is compared with each model. When the CIC was evaluated, most studies performed calculations only for sustained interruptions. However, in actuality, momentary interruption frequencies occurred more than sustain interruptions. Thus, it is occurred the CIC additively. Therefore, we evaluated a CIC including momentary interruption, for each model, and then compared with MAIFI(Momentary Average Interruption Frequency Index)

        지방 의료기관의 서비스 지향성이 구성원의 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 의료기관의 서비스 지향성이 구성원의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 본 연구에서는 국내외 선행연구에 대한 종합적 분석을 기초로 이론적 틀을 구성하고, 이를 기초로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 그리고 가설을 실증적으로 규명하기 위해 부산지역 종합병원 중 7개 병원을 표본으로 선정하여, 의사, 간호사, 의료기사, 행정직원 등을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의료기관의 서비스 지향성은 구성원의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구성원의 직무만족도는 구성원의 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 의료기관 구성원의 고객지향성을 제고하기 위해서는 조직의 서비스 지향적 시스템을 구축하는 것뿐만 아니라 구성원들의 직무에 대한 만족도를 높이도록 병행하는 것이 더욱 효과적이라는 것을 시사해 준 것이다. 셋째, 구성원의 직무만족은 고객지향성의 매개변수로서 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으나 조직몰입은 매개변수로서의 역할을 하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to empirically identify the effect of medical institutions' service orientation on their employees' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and customer orientation. For that purpose, this study formulated a theoretical framework based on comprehensive analysis of preceding studies in Korea and overseas and, on the basis thereof, established a research model and hypothesis. And seven general hospitals in Busan were selected as sample to empirically test the hypothesis, and a survey was conducted for the hospitals' doctors, nurses, medical technicians, administrators, etc. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. First, it was shown that a medical institution's service orientation had positive effect on the employees' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and customer orientation. Second, the employees' job satisfaction had positive effect on their customer orientation. This implies that, to achieve enhancing of medical institution employees' customer orientation, enhancing employees' job satisfaction while simultaneously building service-oriented system for an organization is more effective. Third, it was shown that employees' job satisfaction functioned as a parameter for customer orientation but organizational commitment did not. However, this study has the following limitations. That is, although medical institutions from more diverse regions and fields have to be selected as sample in order to generalize the result of this study, only a few hospitals in Busan were the object of study, significantly limiting generalization of the result of study. And, since various variables such as an organization's service orientation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and customer orientation were considered, a comprehensive, in-depth approach of each variable was not conducted. Especially, the effect of controlled variables such as demographic variable, shown by analysis through structural equation model to significantly affect the employees' customer orientation, was not considered.

        수지상 배전계통을 단일루프로 구조 변경시 신뢰도 비교

        The domestic power distribution system is operating in an open loop mode; however, it already has a loop structure. Power distribution systems must be changed for bi-directions power supply for smart networks due to a changing of paradigm in electric power industry. The simplest bi-directions distribution networks can make it closing of normally open switch. However, bi-directions power supply is very difficulty to be operated and there are many parts which it must study. This paper presented various models that are able to change a radial system for loop structures. Further, we compared the reliability index for each model by evaluating the amount of improvement reliability required in radial power distribution system. In addition, we calculated CIC(Customer Interruption Cost) for each model by comparing and analyzing.

        배전자동화 계통의 루프 운전시 보호협조에 관한 연구

        As a general radial configuration of power distribution system, the various researches have being studied to change a radial configuration to network one such as smart, intelligent and micro grid for loop operation. If a radial configuration changes to network, protective coordination comes to the biggest problem. When a typical protective algorithm is applied to loop distribution system protection, the interrupted section is expanded, therefore, reliability grows worse. This paper presents the new protective method being able to apply to loop distribution system with Distribution Automation System (DAS) which separate the minimal faulted section. Through contingency analysis of the sustained and momentary fault, we analyzed the influence for radial configuration and loop configuration using interrupted area and proved the effectiveness of proposed method.
