        문제기반학습 교육과정 개편에 따른 과정 만족도 및 학생평가 결과 비교 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study was to redesign a problem-based learning (PBL) curriculum and compare the differences between the previous and redesigned PBL based on the results of course satisfaction and student assessments. The PBL was redesigned using curriculum design guidelines (including revisions of curriculum objectives, learning components, learning environments, and assessment methods) that were developed based on previous studies and evaluation results. A comparative study was employed using course satisfaction surveys from the previous and redesigned curricula, and a total of 45 students participated. We also compared student assessment results from concept mapping, learning issue reports, modified essay questions, and reflection journals. We identified four key findings. First, we explored the possibility that the redesigned PBL could be implemented by student facilitators without professors as tutors. Second, the redesigned PBL fostered group dynamics that facilitated developing communication skills and collaborative learning through small-group discussions. Third, the new learning elements added in the redesigned PBL made a meaningful contribution to enhancing students' clinical reasoning based on hypothetico-deductive reasoning. Fourth, concept maps in redesigned PBL contained more complex and various nodes and connections, and the levels of the nodes were more appropriate. The implications of this study can provide meaningful preliminary information for redesigning PBL curricula for medical students to develop their essential competencies through PBL.

        Curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation of a sub-internship program providing a doctor’s real work experiences

        목적 이 연구는 서브인턴십의 장점을 극대화하고 어려움을 최소화하기 위해 새롭게 교육과정을 개발하고, 의과대학 4학년 학생을 대상으로 프로그램을 시행한 후, 과정 평가를 통해 보다 개선된 서브인턴십 프로그램을 제공하려는 목적으로 진행되었다. 방법 이전 프로그램과의 비교연구를 위해 참여 학생의 2020, 2021학년도 과정 만족도를 조사하였으며, 프로그램의 결과를 평가하고 피드백을 수집하기 위해 참여 교수와 학생을 대상으로 표적집단면접(focus group interview)을 실시하였다. 2020학년도에는 총 76명, 2021학년도에는 총 59명의 응답을 받아 분석하였고, 교수 4명과 학생 4명의 표적집단면접을 실시하고 두 독립표본 t검정을 통해 그 응답을 분석하였다. 결과 이 연구를 통해 세 가지 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 학생 스스로 실습 과를 결정할 수 있게 함으로써 실제적인 임상 경험을 얻을 수 있도록 도와주는 학습 동기가 향상되었다. 둘째, 서브인턴십은 의과대학 3, 4학년을 통해 진행하는 임상실습(rotation-based clerkship)과는 분명하게 다른 실습을 제공하고 있었다. 셋째, 다양한 행정적 도움을 통해 프로그램의 운영을 돕고 프로그램의 효과적 결과에 영향을 미치는 학생들의 외재적 동기도 향상시킬 수 있었다. 결론 연구 결과를 바탕으로 네 가지 제언을 도출하였다. 첫째, 임상 실습의 실제성(authenticity)은 서브인턴십의 성공적 결과를 위해 필수적인 요소이다. 둘째, 각기 다른 특성을 가지고 있는 임상 과의 차이에 따라 교육과정 및 평가 기준을 다르게 구성해야 한다. 셋째, 온라인 실습을 포함하는 하이브리드 실습은 제한적인 대면 교육의 대안으로 실시 할 수 있다. 넷째, 의과대학과 부속 병원의 적극적인 협조가 필요하다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to (1) redesign the sub-internship program to maximize the benefits and minimize the difficulties of the program, (2) implement the redesigned program for fourth-year medical students at a medical school in Korea, and (3) evaluate the results of the program to demonstrate the value of the program and provide an improved sub-internship to the students. Methods A comparative study was employed using program satisfaction surveys from the previous curriculum design in 2020 and the curriculum design modified in 2021. Focus group interviews (FGI) were also conducted with the students and professors to receive feedback and evaluate the results of the program to demonstrate its value. A total of 76 students in 2020 and 59 students in 2021 responded. We aimed to recruit four students and four professors through purposeful sampling for the interviews. Results We found three key findings in this study. First, providing the right to select a department by the students helped them to acquire learning motivation from authentic clinical experiences. Second, there were unique differences between the sub-internship and the rotation-based clerkship. Third, various types of logistical support for the sub-internship program and to enhance the students’ external motivation were needed for the program to be successful. Conclusions A couple of strategies are presented based on the results. First, the authenticity of the clinical practices is the most essential factor in the sub-internship. Second, the curriculum and evaluation criteria of a sub-internship program should be considered to develop or modify the program based on the characteristics of each department. Third, a hybrid clinical training with limited face-to-face meetings could be considered as an alternative to the sub-internship. Last, close cooperation between the college of medicine and the affiliated hospital is needed for the success of the sub-internship.

        숏폼 패션영상의 특성과 제작에 관한 연구

        This article considers short-form fashion videos as distinguished from fashion films, defines the concept, details the expressive characteristics of short-form fashion video, and reveals the method of producing it. For the methodology, a literature review was conducted to derive the concept and expression techniques. A case study was also performed to define the expressive characteristics. Five short-form fashion videos were also produced based on the results. The final results are as follows. First, short-form fashion video was defined as a fashion medium on the purpose of fashion communication within 60 seconds and classified by three digital image formats. Second, the result of analyzing the expression of the short-form fashion video shows the simplicity and reconstitution, characterization and remediation, borderless and expansion, and synesthesia trigger of the fashion image. Third, five short-form fashion videos were produced based on the theme of the digital garden. It shows that the short-form fashion video intensively expresses the content as a medium whose sensational expression is more prominent than the composition of the story by the short running time that reflects the taste of digital mainstream.

      • 광역지방자치단체 고령사회정책 모니터링

        이 글은 정합성과 적절성을 중심으로 광역지방자치단체의 고령사회정책을 모니터링하고, 이를 바탕으로 광역지방자치단체의 고령사회정책 내실화 방안을 제시하는 데 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 분석 결과 광역지방자치단체의 고령사회정책 범위는 대부분 노인복지정책에 한정되어 있었다. 비전·목표·추진전략은 중앙의 정책 기조와 유사한 흐름을 유지하고 있으나, 일부 차이를 보였다. 광역지방자치단체의 고령사회정책 내용은 소득보장, 건강, 돌봄, 여가문화에 치중되어 있고, 예산은 매칭사업 중심으로 배정되어 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 광역지방자치단체의 고령사회정책 내실화를 위한 방안으로 고령사회정책의 범위 명확화, 광역지방자치단체의 원활한 정책 수행을 위한 관리체계 마련이 필요함을 제안하였다. The purpose of this article was to monitor the social policies of metropolitan local governments on the elderly, especially in terms of their consistency and appropriateness, and to present measures that could improve these policies. Our analysis found that most of local governments’ social policies on the elderly were limited to welfare assistance. The visions, goals, and implementation strategies of those local policies were mainly in the same direction as those of the central government policies, but some differences were observed. Local government's social policy projects for the elderly are focused on their income security, health, care, and leisure culture. The budget is mainly allocated to matching programs. Based on these findings, this article suggests that in order to improve the substance of these policies, it is necessary to clarify the scope of each and establish a system for managing their implementation.

        영아보육과정의 연구동향 및 운영실태 관련 연구 분석: 제3차 표준보육과정 시행 이후 연구를 바탕으로

        Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the tendency of research in relation to childcare curriculum for 0 to 2 year-olds, and then to analyze and understand the results of precedent research about the status of the operation of Childcare Curriculum. Methods: The analytic data utilized in this research contains a total of 45 research results about childcare curriculum for 0 to 2 year-olds. Results: First, the research methods were focused on quantitative research. Regarding research topics, the status of the operation of Childcare Curriculum, and contents and programs of Childcare Curriculum received high attention. Second, while, childcare teachers showed an awareness of the Childcare Curriculum, they made few efforts to investigate and understand it in depth. It was reported that a lack of multiple support systems would serve as an obstacle to the operation of Childcare Curriculum. Conclusion/Implications: There is a need for childcare centers, academic circles and the government to pay an even greater deal of attention to the childcare curriculum for 0 to 2 year-olds. In addition, structural and policy support is required, such as revitalizing case-based teacher training, lowering the ratio of teachers to children, and improving working conditions for infant teachers.
