선별이적처리를 통한 사용종료 비위생매립지 정비방안 연구

본 연구의 목적은 사용종료 비위생매립지의 안정화 정도를 평가하고 안정화되지 않은 사용종료 매립지의 재정비 방안을 도출하는데 있다. 안정화 정도는 기존 사용종료 비위생매립지 21개소의 매립폐기물 시료를 채취하여 그 성상을 분석하여 평가하였다. 물리적 성상으로는 토사, 유기물, 가연성 및 불연성으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 매립폐기물 시료를 채취한 9개소의 비위생매립지는 사용종료 후 10년 이상 경과되었음에도 완전한 안정화가 이루어지지 않았으며, 사용종료 비위생매립지의 재정비가 시급함을 알 수 있었다. 비위생매립지의 물리적 성상중 토사 함량이 높았으며 가장 높은 함량은 89.96%이었다. 이와는 달리 위생매립지의 경우는 9.89~11.12%로 토사함량이 낮았다. 따라서 선별이적처리에 의해 회수된 토사는 재정비를 해야하는 비위생매립지의 복토재나 건설재료로의 재활용할 수 있을 것으로 평가되었다. The aim of this study was an evaluation of closed non-sanitary landfill's stabilization degree and a determination of its an optimal reclamation method. In order to evaluate the stabilization degree, physical compositions of landfill wastes in 21 closed non-sanitary landfills were analyzed. There were 4 major items such as cover soils, organics, combustibles and incombustibles. With respect to the results of physical compositions, it was determined that the waste in 9 sampling sites of closed non-sanitary landfills after 10years of the relief time was not fully stabilized. The closed non-sanitary landfills must be reclaimed as soon as possible. The main material in closed non-sanitary landfills was cover soils and the highest content was 89.96%. Otherwise, the contents in sanitary landfills was small and 9.89~11.12%. Therefore, it was evaluated that the recovered soil by sorting transfer treatment could be reused as on-site cover soils of the reclamating non-sanitary landfills and/or constructing materials.

戰國 齊의 縣 설치 구상과 그 성격 : 銀雀山漢簡 <守令守法等十三篇>의 분석을 중심으로

본고에서는 銀雀山漢簡 13편의 분석을 중심으로 전국시대 齊의 縣 설치와 그 설계 구상을 살펴보았다. 13편에서는 縣의 설치 조건으로 토지, 식량 생산 그리고 수용 가능 인구를 들고 있으며 이들 간의 조화를 중시하였다. 縣의 규모에 따른 표준 기준을 제시하고 있으며, 이에 따른 授田量과 租稅額을 조정하고 있다. 또한 市를 통한 상업의 활성화와 더불어 庫를 중심으로 한 兵器 생산을 강조하고 있는데, 이와 동시에 市에 대한 관부의 엄격한 통제와 생산 병기의 품질과 보관에 대한 철저한 관리 그리고 국가적 전략 물자에 대한 중앙정부의 직접적인 통제를 규정함으로써 상공업의 자유로운 발전이 아니라 국가 주도의 발전 계획을 수립하고 있었다. 13편에서 구상하는 齊縣은 秦縣과 비교하여 縣의 규모 설정, 授田制의 실시와 이에 상응한 租稅, 縣의 경제적･군사적 기능을 중시했다는 점에서 매우 유사한 모습을 보여준다. 다만 齊에서는 郡에 대한 언급이 없다거나, 市에 대한 긍정적 인식 등은 兩者간에 일정한 차이를 보여준다. 三晋의 병기 생산 체계를 비교해보면, 縣 중심의 병기 생산이라는 점에서 공통되지만, 출토된 병기 명문을 살펴보면 전국 齊에서 중앙집권적인 생산 관리는 이뤄지지 않았던 것 같다. 이는 당시 縣의 일정한 자립성을 반증하는 것인데, 이에 대한 대책으로서 13편에서는 嗇夫를 중심으로 중앙집권적인 관료제 통치를 시도했던 것으로 이해할 수 있다. In this paper, focused on the analysis of the 13 chapters in Yinqueshan Bamboo slips, examined the design of the Qi prefecture(齊縣) in the Warring State Era. As conditions for the installation of prefecture, 13 chapters emphasized land, food production, an acceptable population and harmony among them. Standards are proposed according to the scale of the prefecture, and the Land distribution and Tax payment are adjusted accordingly. In addition, the emphasis is placed on the promotion of commercialization through the market, as well as the production of weapon in the warehouse of prefecture. At the same time, regulated the government s strict control over the market, strict control over the quality and storage of production weapons, and the central government s control over national strategic materials. By stipulating direct control, it was establishing a state-led development plan rather than free development of commerce and industry. Qi prefecture envisioned in 13chapters shows a very similar aspect in that it emphasizes the scale of prefecrture, the implementation of Land distribution, and the economic and military functions of prefecture as compared with Qin prefecture(秦縣). However, there is no mention of county in 13chapters, and positive perception of market shows a certain difference between them. When comparing the production system of Three Jin(三晋) s weapons, it is common in that they are the production of weapons centered on prefecture. This is a demonstration of the independence of prefecture at the time, and as a countermeasure to this, it can be understood that the 13chapters attempted to rule the centralized bureaucracy.

20세기에 들어와 활발해진 西周 金文 자료의 발굴과 연구는 전래 문헌에 기반한 西周史 연구에 새로운 토대를 마련해주었다. 그중 周王의 冊命을 기록한 금문은 관제사 연구의 중요 자료로 활용되고 있다. 서주 이래 三公의 일인으로 최고위관인 司徒(□土)는 토지·농경과 인민 교화를 관장하는 民政官으로 이해되어 왔다. 이러한 인식의 기본적인 근거는 儒家 經典인 『周禮』였다. 서주 금문 자료를 분석해보면 이러한 인식에 일대 수정을 요구한다. 本稿에서는 서주 사도를 중심으로 그 본래성격을 살펴보았다. 司徒가 토지와 농경을 관장한다는 근거로 제시되는 금문에는 사도뿐만이 아니라 司馬, 內史 등 다양한 관직들이 등장한다. 이는 토지와 농경이 사도의 독점적이고 배타적인 직무는 아님을 말해준다. 오히려 사도가 六師와 八師 같은 군사조직에 설치되어 있다는 점은 그 본질적인 성격이 군사적인 데에 있음을 반영한다. 사도의 藉田 관리 역시 농경 그 자체가 아니라 이에 수반되는 軍事儀禮적인 것과 연관되었을 가능성이 높다. 실제로 서주춘추시기의 문헌 자료와 금문 자료들을 살펴보면 사도의 從軍 기록을 어렵지 않게 찾을 수 있다. 사도의 山林川澤 관리 직무도 농업을 보조하는 경제적 목적을 위한 것이 아니라 군사적 목적에서 이루어진 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 사도가 등장하는 금문 자료들을 시기에 따라 일별해보면 서주 중기를 기점으로 나누어볼 수 있다. 이전시기의 자료들이 보다 군사적인 성격을 노골적으로 드러내는데 반해 후기에 접근할수록 직무가 점차 변화해간다는 사실을 확인할 수 있다. 『周禮』에 기술한 민정관으로서의 사도는 후기의 변화된 이미지에 맞추어 묘사된 것으로 추측할 수 있다. 하지만 춘추시기의 자료에서 확인할 수 있듯이 서주 사도가 가지고 있었던 군사관으로서의 성격이 대체된 것이 아니라 이를 유지하면서 민정관적 요소를 흡수한 것이다. Since the 20th century, a new bronze inscriptions has been continuously excavated and a new review of the existing thinking has been requested. Situ(司徒) was the most representative high officer and one of the Three Dukes(三公) in ancient China. So existing researchers translate it into Minister of education, because it was responsible for the land and the education as based on the traditional documents, especially Zhouli (周禮). However, if you look at the bronze inscriptions, you need to review it at that point. In this paper, I would described true character of the Situ on the basis of the study of the bronze inscriptions. When we examines the bronze inscriptions that Situ governs land and agriculture, there are other officials, such as Sima(司馬) and Neishi(內史) etc. as well as apostles. This indicates that the affairs of agricultural affairs are not the exclusive jurisdiction of Situ. What is more important to note is that the Situ was set up under the military organization in the Western Zhou dynasty, which indicates that it has characteristics of military officers. In fact, the records of Situ fought in several war can be found in the bronze inscriptions, and also can be found in the texts of the Spring and Autumn period. In addition, it can be understood that Situ controled mountain, forest, stock farming, not for economic use but for military affairs. Therefore, we can conclude that Situ in early Chian was essentially military posts.

토러스 연결망 기반의 대용량 멀티미디어용 분산 스토리지 시스템

Explosively growing service of digital multimedia data increases the need for highly scalable low-cost storage. This paper proposes the new storage architecture based on torus network which does not need network switch and erasure coding for efficient storage usage for high scalability and efficient disk utilization. The proposed model has to compensate for the disadvantage of long network latency and network processing overhead of torus network. The proposed storage model was compared to two most popular distributed file system, GlusterFS and Ceph distributed file systems through a prototype implementation. The performance of prototype system shows outstanding results than erasure coding policy of two file systems and mostly even better results than replication policy of them.
