강화학습을 이용한 포트폴리오 투자 프로세스 최적화에 대한 연구

포트폴리오 구성문제는 과거부터 현재까지 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 현재는 강화학습을 통해 포트폴리오를 구성하는 연구가 많이 진행되고있다. 포트폴리오를 구성함에 있어 종목선택과 각 종목을 얼만큼 투자할 것인지는 둘 다 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 과거부터 많이 사용해오던 방식을 차용하여 강화학습 방법과 접목시켰고 이를 통해 설명력이 높은 모델을 만들려고 노력하였다. 강화학습에 사용한 모델은 PPO(Proximal Policy Optimization)을 기본으로 하였고 인공신경망은 LSTM을 활용하였다. 실험결과 실험 기간 동안(2023년 3월 30일 부터 108 영업일 까지)의 코스피 수익률은 5%인데 반해 본 연구에서 제시한 모델의 수익률은 평균 약 9%를 기록했다.
LMK02의 품질규격화와 $A{\beta}$ 올리고머에 의해 유도된 희주해마 H19-7세포주에 미치는 항치매효과

For standardization of LMK02 quality, Ginsenoside Rg3 of Red Ginseng and Decursin of Angelica gigas Nakai in the constituents of LMK02 were estimated as indicative components. From LMK02 water extract, has been used in vitro test for its beneficial effects on neuronal survival and neuroprotective functions, particularly in connection with APP-related dementias and Alzheimer's disease (AD). $A{\beta}$ oligomer derived from proteolytic processing of the ${\beta}$-amyloid precursor protein (APP), including the amyloid-${\beta}$ peptide ($A{\beta}$), play a critical role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's dementia. We determined that oligomer amyloid-${\beta}$ ($A{\beta}$) have a profound attenuation in the increase in rat hippocampus H19-7 cells from. Experimental evidence indicates that LMK02 protects against neuronal damage from cells, but its cellular and molecular mechanisms remain unknown. Using a hippocampus cell line on $A{\beta}$ oligomer-induced neuronal cytotoxicity, we demonstrated that LMK02 inhibits formation of $A{\beta}$ oligomer, which are the behavior, and possibly causative, feature of AD. In the Red Ginseng, the average amounts of Ginsenoside Rg3 were $47.04{\mu}g/g$ and $42.3{\mu}g/g$, 90 % of its weight were set as a standard value. And, in the Angelica gigas Nakai, the average amounts of Decursin were 2.71 mg/g and 2.44mg/g, 90 % of its weight were also set as a standard value. The attenuated $A{\beta}$ oligomer in the presence of LMK02 was observed in the conditioned medium of this $A{\beta}$ oligomer-induced cells under in vitro. In the cells, LMK02 significantly activated antiapoptosis and decreased the production of ROS. These results suggest that neuronal damage in AD might be due to two factors: a direct $A{\beta}$ oligomer toxicity and multiple cellular and molecular neuroprotective mechanisms, including attenuation of apoptosis and direct inhibition of $A{\beta}$ oligomer, underlie the neuroprotective effects of LMK02 treatment.
선제적 예방보수를 위한 레일품질 관리 고도화 방안 연구

본 연구에서는 레일탐상장비 검측시 불감대 영역의 해소로 레일 결함관리 및 품질향상방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 레일의 결함은 다양한 종류로 구분할 수 있는데 크게 표면결함(훼손), 균열, 절손(파손)으로 분류된다. 한국철도공사에서는 열차안전운행과 직결되는 레일의 품질관리를 위해 레일탐상장비를 운용하여 사전에 결함을 발견․조치하고 있으나, 이중 레일두부 표면결함은 불감대 영역의 존재로 인해 발견의 한계가 발생하는데 이는 레일탐상차에 장착 되어 있는 탐촉자의 크기 및 초음파 빔의 각도에 의해 기인된다. 이는 내부 균열의 시작인 표면결함 직하부로부터 진전되는 균열성장 모델에 의거 초기 결함 발견 불가로 선제적 레일절손 예방관리에 많은 어려움이 따른다. 이에 기술개발을 통한 기존 초음파 장비의 개선 및 정밀 탐상장비 도입으로 불감대 영역 해소에 따른 레일 품질 정밀관리가 기대된다. In this study, we propose the rail flaw detection equipment to eliminate dead rail defect management and quality improvement scheme for eliminating the dead zone area. There is a defect of the rail can be classified into various types, Are classified as surface defects, cracks and breakage. The Korea Railroad Corporation discovered the flaw in advance by operating the rail flaw detection equipment for quality control of the rail is directly connected with trains safe driving, action, and although the defects of the rail head surface causes a limitation of discovery due to the presence of a dead zone area in, which is caused by the angle of the ultrasonic beam and the size of the transducer is attached to the rail car inspection. It depends on a lot of trouble proactive preventive maintenance to rail breakage under an initial flaw can not be found in the crack growth model that is progress from the start of the lower vertical surface defects of the internal cracks. This technology improves the existing ultrasound equipment and precision inspection equipment Precision rail quality management according to counteract the dead zone areas through the introduction of the expectations.

Objective : Recent studies indicate that the deposition of β-amyloid (Aβ) is related in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer`s disease (AD), but the underlying mechanism is still not clear.Method : To investigate the potential cellular functions of APP and water extract of the JangwonHwangagambang (JWHG), we use as in vitro model, neuro 2A cells were treated with either JWHG or its oriental medicines, and the effect in APP expression was determined by MTT and LDH assay. JWHG have been shown to be neuroprotective in different model systems. We asked whether JWHG treatment would influence cell survival and AD-like pathology in APP-induced neuronal cells.Result : JWHG and water extracts of some oriental medicine has attenuated high cell death in vitro. JWHG-treated cells increased percentage of cell survival more longly than controls. JWHG had significantly increas neurite outgrowth in the as compared to control cells. Conclusion : These results suggest that JWHG prevent APP-induced neurotoxicity through attenuating oxidative stress, and may be useful as potential therapeutic agents for AD.
