        《诗经》英译情况研究

        韩菁(Han,Jing) 조선대학교 국제문화연구원 2017 국제문화연구 Vol.10 No.1

As the first collection of Chinese poems, The Book of Songs collected poems written in about 500 years from the turn of the Shang dynasty and the Zhou dynasty to the middle of the Spring and Autumn. As the top of the Five Classics, it is not only a treasure of the traditional Chinese culture, but also the culture heritage of the world. There are 311 poems in it, which can be divided into three part Feng(Ballads), Ya(Festival Odes) and Song(Sacrificial Songs). It also adopts Fu, Bi, Xing as the technique of expression, sometimes the songs come straight to the point, and sometimes they use symbolism, all of which endow the songs sincere feelings and make them honest and unsophisticated. Being regarded as a quintessential part of our Chinese people’s culture, it has been the focus of attention from the very beginning of the Sino-Western cultural communication, and later, western missionaries and sinologists translated it into various languages. The English translation of it started in the 18 century, and it was translated into various version during over 200 years. As an important part of international cultural exchange, the Book of Songs has forcefully pushed Chinese literature known to the world.

2005 Journal of Pharmaceutical Investigation Vol.35 No.2

To develop a clotrimazole-loaded solid suppository with poloxamer and propylene glycol, the melting points of various formulations composed of poloxamer 188 (P 188) and propylene glycol were investigated. The dissolution study of clotrimazole delivered by the suppository composed of P 188 and propylene glycol was performed. The mixtures composed of P 188 and propylene glycol were homogeneous. Propylene glycol affected the melting points of poloxamer mixtures. In particular, the mixture [P 188/propylene glycol (70/30%)] with the melting point of about 32°C was a solid form at room temperature and instantly melted at physiological temperature. Furthermore, propylene glycol affected greatly the dissolution rates of clotrimazole from the suppository. Dissolution mechanism analysis showed the dissolution of clotrimazole was proportional to the time. Our results indicated that the solid suppository with P 188 and propylene glycol would be a candidate of rectal dosage form for clotrimazole.

        치과용 콤퍼머의 마찰·마멸거동

        임정일,강만석,김교한,김석삼 대한치과기재학회 1999 대한치과재료학회지 Vol.26 No.4

The friction and wear characteristics and wear mechanisms of dental compomers were investigated. Compomers such as Compoglass, F2000, Elan and Dyract AP were selected as specimens. Surface characteristics was examined by SEM and contents of glass fillers in specimens were determinated in order to analyze the effect of the fillers in fraction and wear characteristics. Ball on flat wear tester was used for a wear test. Friction and wear tests are carried out at room temperature. The friction coefficient of F2000 was quite high relatively, and the wear resistance of Compoglass and Dyract AP was better than that of F2000 and other specimens at the same experimental condition. The main wear mechanism is brittle fatigue of glass fillers, plastic flow and abrasive wear by crack propagation.

      • Genetic Variants at 6p21.1 and 7p15.3 Identified by GWASs of Multiple Cancers and Ovarian Cancer Risk: a Case-control Study in Han Chinese Women

        Li, Da-Ke,Han, Jing,Liu, Ji-Bin,Jin, Guang-Fu,Qu, Jun-Wei,Zhu, Meng,Wang, Yan-Ru,Jiang, Jie,Ma, Hong-Xia Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.1

A recent study summarized several published genome-wide association studies (GWASs) of cancer and reported two pleiotropic loci at 6p21.1 and 7p15.3 contributing to multiple cancers including lung cancer, noncardia gastric cancer (NCGC), and esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma (ESCC) in Han Chinese. However, it is not known whether such genetic variants have similar effects on the risk of gynecologic cancers, such as ovarian cancer. Hence, we explored associations between genetic variants in 6p21.1 and 7p15.3 and ovarian cancer risk in Han Chinese women. We performed an independent case-control study by genotyping the two loci (rs2494938 A > G at 6p21.1 and rs2285947 A > G at 7p15.3) in a total of 377 ovarian cancer cases and 1,034 cancer-free controls using TaqMan allelic discrimination assay. We found that rs2285947 at 7p15.3 was significantly associated with risk of ovarian cancer with per allele odds ratio (OR) of 1.33 [95% confidence interval (CI): 1.08-1.64, P=0.008]. However, no significant association was observed between rs2494938 and ovarian cancer risk. Our results showed that rs2285947 at 7p15.3 may also contribute to the development of ovarian cancer in Han Chinese women, further suggesting pleiotropy of 7p15.3 in multiple cancers.

      • Prognostic Significance of Interactions Between ER Alpha and ER Beta and Lymph Node Status in Breast Cancer Cases

        Han, Shu-Jing,Guo, Qing-Qing,Wang, Ting,Wang, You-Xin,Zhang, Yu-Xiang,Liu, Fen,Luo, Yan-Xia,Zhang, Jie,Wang, You-Li,Yan, Yu-Xiang,Peng, Xiao-Xia,Ling, Rui,He, Yan Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2013 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.14 No.10

Objective: Both estrogen receptors, ER alpha ($ER{\alpha}$) and ER beta ($ER{\beta}$), are expressed in 50-70% of breast cancer cases. The role of $ER{\alpha}$ as a prognostic marker in breast cancer has been well established as its expression is negative correlated with tumor size and lymph node metastasis. $ER{\beta}$ is also a favorable prognostic predictor although this is less well documented than for $ER{\alpha}$. Materials and Methods: To explore whether ERs independently or together might influence clinical outcome in breast cancer, the correlation between the ERs with the clinicopathological features was analyzed in 84 patients. Results: $ER{\alpha}$ expression negatively correlated with tumor stage (r=-0.246, p=0.028) and tended to be negatively correlated with lymph node status (r=-0.156, p=0.168) and tumor size (r=-0.246, p=0.099). Also, $ER{\beta}$ was negatively correlated with nodal status (r=-0.243, p=0.028), as was coexpression of $ER{\alpha}$ and $ER{\beta}$ (p=0.043, OR=0.194, 95% CI= 0.040-0.953). Conclusion: Coexpression of ERs might serve as an indicator of good prognosis in breast cancer patients.

Analysis of the Indexes on Early Childhood Education Environment Construction in Chinese Communities - Taking the Integration of Natural Attributes as an Example -

        Han, Wen Jing(한원징),Seo, Han Sok(서한석) 한국전시산업융합연구원 2021 한국과학예술융합학회 Vol.39 No.3

This research is aimed at improving community environment where Chinese children engage themselves in daily play, communication, learning, fitness and other activities. At present, the natural environment that is truly suitable for children’s activities is lacking in Chinese communities, and there is no clear construction standard. In view of this, this research adopts the literature research method to study the relevant literature in South Korea, China and other countries, and integrates the child-friendly city action plan, the nature education theory for young children and the construction standard of Korean forest kindergarten. Through comparative analysis, this research attempts to unfold the current situation and existing problems of the natural environment for children"s activities in Chinese communities and reveal the analytical indexes suitable for community construction, so as to provide a basis for the construction of the Chinese community environment. The research findings and content summary are as follows: First, in terms of recreation, the environment shall satisfy young children with fun activities, provide rich construction areas, and set up facilities for young children to enjoy adventurous climbing or water. Second, in terms of naturalness, a quiet and diverse ecological environment shall be created, and natural materials as well as natural elements can be used as much as possible, besides, local materials shall be adopted in order to save energy. Third, in terms of education, an artistic and participatory environment shall be created to help children improve their aesthetic ability, and meanwhile help them experience the magic of life and establish a correct outlook on life. Fourth, in terms of sociality, space for children to interact with others shall be provided to help them quickly adapt to the environment and get a sense of belonging. Fifth, in terms of functionality, the characteristics of children"s physical and mental development shall be fully considered and the environment must be added with fun and diversity. Sixth, in terms of safety, maintaining hygienic environment, using environment-friendly materials, regularly inspecting and maintaining facilities, setting up barrier-free passages and facilities to cope with emergencies can add up to give children a sense of physical and psychological safety. It is hoped that the 6 elements, namely, recreation, naturalness, education, sociality, functionality, and safety, together with the 36 analysis indexes, will provide guidance and suggestions for the construction of the natural environment for children in Chinese communities.

      • The Influence Factors of China’s Cross-border E-commerce Export Trade Using Gravity Model

Jing Han,이태희 한국무역학회 2022 Journal of Korea trade Vol.26 No.5

Purpose – This study examines the influencing factors of China’s cross-border e-commerce exports in the context of the current situation and trends of China’s cross-border e-commerce development. Through an improved trade gravity model, it provides more in-depth research and constructive opinions on the development of cross-border e-commerce in China. In this paper, factors such as consumption gap, volume of trade frictions, number of tourists, Internet usage and trade openness are added to the formula of the traditional trade gravity model in the improved trade gravity model to examine the influencing factors on China’s cross-border e-commerce exports. Design/methodology – According to the empirical analysis, China’s cross-border e-commerce exports to ten countries are used as dependent variables, and consumption gap, trade friction volume, trade distance, trade openness and number of Internet users are taken as independent variables. Regression analysis is conducted through a modified gravity model to test whether the hypotheses hold. Findings – The analysis shows that the hypothesis that China’s cross-border e-commerce exports are influenced by trade openness, trade distance, consumption gap between trade parties, and the number of Internet users in the importing country is supported by these four hypotheses, but not all independent variables have an impact on them. Specifically, the number of travelers, trade frictions do not have an impact on China’s cross-border e-commerce. That is to say, trade friction between China and the United States and political issues such as China-India and China-Japan territorial disputes that emerged before do not affect the development of cross-border e-commerce in China. Originality/value – The analysis shows that the factors influencing China’s cross-border e-commerce exports are the trade openness of the importing country, the trade distance, the number of Internet users in the importing country, and the consumption gap between the two sides of the trade. The trade openness and the number of Internet users positively contribute to China’s cross-border e-commerce, while the consumption gap and trade distance are negatively related to them. And the analysis found that the Sino-US trade war and the Sino-Indian territorial disputes and other trade frictions to China’s cross-border e-commerce exports did not have a substantial impact.
