퍼블릭 골프장 근무환경과 종사자 개인특성에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims to investigate the differences among work stress, work satisfaction, and office environment according to personal characteristics of individual golf-course workers and to analyze influences of and correlations among each variable. With multiple-choice and 5 point Likert-type scale as the means of conducting the research, by visiting G-golf and D-golf courses in Jeollabuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do, from February 2017 to April 2017 and having employees from the golf courses to complete the survey with self-administered questionnaires, total of 270 surveys were analyzed and statistically compiled using Windows Program SPSS/PC Version 22.0. for Windows was used and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression were made. The results drawn from these analyses were as follows. First, The Analysis on the Impact and Satisfaction in a Working Environment and analysis showed a statistically significant difference. Second, The Analysis on the Impact of Job Stress and Working Environment and analysis showed a statistically significant difference.
