태권도 지도자의 아동 교육에 대한 현실인식 = The reality recognition of Taekwondo Master about the education of children

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recent Taekwondo is a traditional martial art training as a place, as well as spotlighted as a chapter of the children's education and training in the commercial aspects of merchantability very high and the competition is fierce. Thus, the actual operator of learning centers in the domestic private reality, we need to pay attention to the guiding philosophy. This study tried structural techniques Taekwondo Training Center of the recognized leaders of the children's education. Inductive analysis could be classified into two main theme. First, the multi-role is as an educator. Into sub-themes according sociality cultivation, personalized learning, linking efficiency of learning has been divided. On sub-concepts, dialogue and communication, aggressive personality, interpersonal relationships and parental care, individual characteristics, taking into account the ever changing nature of the various and proposed direction of parent education and educational self-esteem were divided. Second, it is a service-oriented education. Sub-themes the funny Taekwondo, divided by the parents to meet the needs of all. On sub-concept, Taekwon gymnastics, music Poomsae and step kicks, universal child to rest and recharge an all-in-one program were divided. Conclusion in the child education market-culture, Taekwondo has been solidity as the domestic children's education area. Taekwondo training Center contemporary educational and social phenomenon, depending on the economic logic also continually transformed and facing the grim situation in the competition can not be avoided. There is also need to face this criticism and change, and suggest alternatives quickly. Just ahead of this research is worth enough to provide the contents of the interrelation of the subject of the phenomenon.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 태권도는 과거 전통무예 수련의 장인 도장으로서 뿐만 아니라 아동 교육의 장으로서 각광 받고 있으며 교육의 상업적 측면에서도 상품성이 매우 높다. 그리하여 자유 시장경쟁에 노출된 도장은 수련생을 확보하기 위한 치열한 생존경쟁이 불가피해졌다. 이에 우리는 국내 사교육 현실로서 도장 운영자의 현실적 지도철학에 주목할 필요가 있다. 그래서 본 연구는 국내 아동 교육환경에서 태권도 체육관을 경영하는 지도자의 현실적 인식을 토대로 아동교육인식의 구조적 기술을 시도하였다. 귀납적 분석결과 크게 두 가지의 대주제로 분류할 수 있었다. 첫째, 멀티교육자로서의 역할이다. 이에 따른 소주제는 사회성함양, 개별맞춤학습, 연계효율학습으로 나누어졌다. 하위개념으로는 대화와 소통, 적극적인 인성, 대인관계와 부모의 관심, 개별적 특성고려, 다양한 성격적 변화 그리고 부모교육의 방향제안, 교육적 자긍심 제공으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스 지향 교육이다. 소주제는 재미있는 태권도, 부모의 욕구충족으로 나누어졌다. 하위개념은 태권체조, 음악 품새, 발차기 스텝과 만능아이 만들기, 휴식과 재충전, 올인원 프로그램으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 국내 아동교육 시장문화에서 태권도는 새로운 아동 교육영역으로 굳건히 되어 가고 있으며, 또한 시대적 교육사회 현상과 경제논리에 따라 도장 태권도는 지속적으로 변모하고 있으며 경쟁을 피할 수 없는 냉혹한 상황에 직면해 있다는 것이다. 이를 비판하며 변화를 직시하고 빠르게 그 대안을 제시할 필요도 있다. 다만 그 보다 앞서 소비 결정자인 부모의 요구에 따라 끊임없이 대처해야 하는 태권도 지도자의 현실에서 전통문화 계승과 아동 교육의 장으로서 유지를 이루는데 본 연구는 그 현상의 주체들의 상호관계의 내용을 제공하는 것에 충분한 가치가있다.
