유아교육기관의 창의적 역량 측정도구 개발 및 타당화 = Development and validation of a creativity competence scale for early childhood educational institutions

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Creativity, a vital component of human life, can not be taught but it can and must be nurtured from our earliest years to our last if it is to continue to serve humanity. Early childhood education rightly now stresses strategies for developing the components of creativity in their students. It makes sense then to have those same components developed in early childhood teaching staff so that they can competently facilitate the development of creativity in children. To aid this endeavor, this study developed a creativity scale consisting of 39 questions, 13 for each of three sub-factors, diversity, autonomy and leadership and tested by administering it to 403 early childhood institution staff members. The scale developed in this study was verified as a reliable and valid scale through the general and standardized process. It is significant that the results of the application of the early childhood educational institutions` creativity competence scale suggest that the staff members` experiences in creativity training were facilitating factors in their creative competence development. This finding underscores the vital necessity for comprehensive support from early childhood educational institutions by providing continuous creativity training for staff and establishing and maintaining an environment to do so.
