서비스기업 접점직원의 사내기업가정신이 인지적 성과에 미치는 영향: 조직유효성 매개효과 중심으로 = Corporate Entrepreneurship of Employees in the Service Business Contacts Impact on Cognitive Performance: Organizational Effectiveness Focused on Mediated Effects

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out how each factor of the corporate entrepreneurship of service interface workers affects organizational effectiveness and perceived performance, and to find out whether organizational efficacy acts as a medium between the corporate entrepreneurship and cognitive performance. Research has shown that corporate entrepreneurship has a significant effect on perceived performance and organizational efficacy, and organizational efficacy plays a part of an intermediary between corporate entrepreneurship and perceived performance. The implications of this study are as follows: It can be seen that sharing future-oriented information about service interface workers is necessary, that continuous education and training at the corporate level is important for creative service provision, and that continuous management and organizational culture are needed to empower employees with risk reduction and that active and autonomous activities can be expanded through relationships with colleagues and bosses.
