        녹색 사회적기업에 관한 연구: 영국과 호주를 중심으로

        With the rapid economic growth of the capitalist market economy and the advent of the capitalist 4.0 era, the world economy is undergoing high social growth and development. Such a capitalist market economy leads to serious social conflicts due to the expansion of polarization following rapideconomic growth,andsocialenterprises thatpursue human lifeandsocial values areemerging. In particular, serious environmental problems such as climate warming, air pollution, and land desertification are becoming increasingly serious and have a serious impact on human life. Green consumption is being emphasized along with the formation of a consensus around the world on environmental protection. Social enterprises in the environmental industry are not being implemented in various fields such as environmental improvement and renewable energy for the low-income class, as in the case of welfare advanced countries such as the European Union (EU), Australia, and the UK.         The Effects of ESG Management Activities on Entrepreneurship and Management Performance

        This study confirmed the impact of ESG management activities perceived by organizational members on entrepreneurship and management performance. For this purpose, the research hypothesis set was empirically analyzed by applying the final 211 copies of the SPSS 24.0 statistical package program to organizational members working at the company. First, Hypothesis 1, ESG management activities, showed a positive (+) influence on entrepreneurship. The more effectively ESG management activities within an organization are activated, the more dynamic the entrepreneurial spirit can be demonstrated.. Second, Hypothesis 2, ESG management activities, had a positive effect on management performance. In order to achieve management goals, the implementation of systematic ESG management activities linked to management strategies can improve management performance, which is the result of organizational competitiveness. Third, Hypothesis 3, entrepreneurship, was analyzed to be statistically significant in management performance. As entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated, management performance improves, so it is necessary to establish an organizational culture and institutional support in which entrepreneurship can be realized. The improvement in management performance required to advance an organization's sustainable management lies in the improvement of action-oriented ESG management activities and the exercise of entrepreneurship. Improving an organization's management performance lies in linking ESG management activities and entrepreneurship with management strategy, which is a factor in achieving goals. Also, based on this, continuous and systematic implementation is needed through the establishment of systems and program development that matches the characteristics of the organization.

        마을기업의 글로컬 기업화 성공 요인에 관한 연구

        This study is to find a direction for village companies to grow and develop into global companies in the era of open AI. a subject of study. Excellent Selection by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in 22years To grow into a global village company by analyzing the operation status of nine outstanding village companies. It is intended to identify the factors to be supplemented and provide implications. Studies show that outstanding village companies become globalized companies. It was summarized as implications that the following factors must be satisfied in order to grow. First, it is the need to foster regional specialized industries. In order for village companies to be globally competitive, it is necessary to foster regional specialized industries to differentiate products and services, and continuous capital investment and development are needed for this. Second, it is necessary to strengthen local brand marketing. It is important to establish a good image of culture and tourism resources in a specific region, and through this, it is necessary to strengthen global brand story strategies such as storytelling so that the brand value of the region can be increased and effective marketing can be carried out continuously. Third, it is necessary to foster global creators. A global creator is an entrepreneurial person who plans and produces creative content using local space and resources to create new local values, and should increase local brand value suitable for open AI environments and contribute to the local economy and society. Fourth, the establishment of a global platform. The global platform is an online and offline space that connects global creators with consumers, investors, and partners, which can promote and sell content, reflect consumer feedback and requirements, promote cooperation with investors and partners, and provide opportunities to enter the global market. Fifth, it is necessary to establish a global eco-system of the ESG environment. A global ecosystem refers to an ecosystem in which local residents and organizations, governments and local governments, academia and research institutes, private companies and non-profit organizations, as well as global creators and platforms, cooperate with the local community and help them become competitive in the global market.

        부산지역 해운기업의 기업 관계특성과 거래 관계특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study focused on analyzing the effects of business relationship characteristics and transaction relationship characteristics on business performance of Korean shipping companies. Most studies have argued that the higher the level of experience and awareness of overseas activities, smooth communication, fairness of distribution and procedures, and the level of shared value, and the more assets unique to transactions, the higher the level of trust and commitment. However, in this study, based on the beta coefficient, it was confirmed that entry-free newship was the most powerful influencing factor in the relationship between business relationship characteristic variables on reliability, dependence, and commitment, which are sub-variables of transaction relationship characteristics. Regarding the degree of commitment to shipping companies, it was investigated that the peculiarity of assets had the highest relative importance, whereas the quality of communication had the relatively lowest importance. Summarizing the above discussion, the strongest influencing factor on the characteristics of the transaction relationship of a shipping company was the entry-free newship. was found to have a strong influence. However, although many variables can act as important influencing factors, the corporate relationship characteristics presented in this study could not be faithfully reflected, and the influence relationship of the characteristic variables in a pluralistic framework could not be reflected weightily. Above all, in terms of research methodology, the characteristics of managers and transaction relationship characteristics were not formed at a specific point in time, but the formation process could not be explored even though they were cumulative total results. Therefore, it will be necessary to supplement and improve these problems in future studies. In particular, it is thought that it will be a more meaningful research result if more variables that determine the characteristics of the business relationship or the transaction relationship are discovered and the longitudinal influence relationship reflecting the weight is analyzed.

        가치사슬역량과 FTA 활용수준이 중소기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        This study empirically analyzed the effects ofvalue chain capabilities and FTA utilization level on SMEs' performance. The results of empirical analysis of 117 SMEs located in Jeollanam-do are as follows. First, it was found that the capabilities for primary activities of value chain capabilities had a positive effect on the performance of SMEs. Second, it was found that the capabilities for support activities of value chain capabilities had a positive effect on the performance of SMEs. Finally, it was found that the level of FTA utilization had a positive effect on the performance of SMEs. The results of this study present useful theoretical and practical implications for enhancing the performance of SMEs by increasing the value chain capabilities and the level ofFTA utilization.

        This study focused on the business models pursued by various types of social enterprises so far to overcome the uncertain environment and secure self-sustaining power to become a forward-looking sustainable company. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we would like to present the following implications for the transition of the business model through a case study of Happy Canvas Co., Ltd., a certified social company. First, Happy Canvas Co., Ltd. is a participatory program that learners(clients) can directly participate in developing and carrying out educational programs. Through these participatory programs, learners can induce participation to induce awareness and immersion in learning to induce motivation. Second, it is a program that focuses on discovering experiential content linked to the region. Through the development of these programs, it was possible to expand and reproduce them as projects linked to the local community, which can have a positive effect of revitalizing local career education and expanding competitiveness. Third, through the development of IT technology and the development of educational APP in response to the AI era, it was possible to have a more friendly and efficient educational effect on the MZ generation as well as the youth generation, and to expand the base of educational consumers by solving time and space constraints. Fourth, it is not limited to the development of educational programs, but is expanding the scope of its business to online sales by establishing a network with social enterprises that produce products among local social enterprises based on its own site. Based on the results of this study, it is believed that it is necessary to establish a network of close and diverse channels between social enterprises to achieve the purpose of creating social value.

        해외 창업교육 사례의 조직생태학적 접근

        전 세계 유니콘 기업 중 가장 많은 수를 보유한 나라는 미국으로 전체 유니콘 기업의 절반 이상을 차지하고 있고, 그 뒤를 중국이 따르고 있다. 이러한 미국의 특이점은 무엇일까. 또한 중국이 미국과 유럽등 선진국에 비해 창업교육을 늦게 시작했음에도 불구하고 그 다음을 이어가는 이유도 분석해 볼 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 유니콘 기업의 높은 점유율을 가진 미국과 중국, 경기 침체 극복을 위한 EU, 그리고 전 세계에서 가장 높은 1인당 창업 비율을 갖는 이스라엘의 창업교육 사례를 분석한다. 이 연구의 목표는 이들 국가의 창업 교육의 특징, 제도, 주요 프로그램 및 대표적인 사례를 창업 생태계 6요소와 조직생태학의 이론적 틀에서 분석하고 고찰함으로써 국내 창업 교육의 방향성에 대한 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 결론적으로, 해외 주요 국가의 기업가 정신과 같은 창업 교육이 창업생태계에 유효한 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.

        물류기업의 종업원 보상 활동과 경영성과

        This study analyzed the effect of employee compensation and welfare benefits of logistics companies on business performance. There was a positive (+) relationship between total wage level, retirement benefit, welfare expenditure and operating income to sales, but a negative (-) relationship between labor cost and operating income to sales. Regarding the safety indicators, negative (-) results were shown for the debt ratio and current ratio. These results showed similar results in the results of total wage level, retirement benefit, and welfare expenditure controlled by sales. The relationship between the increase rate of employee compensation and welfare expenditure and business performance showed the same results as the previous absolute compensation and welfare expenditure. In particular, the increase in welfare-related spending had a positive effect on overall business performance. It had a negative effect on the safety index, but a positive effect on the growth potential. Regarding the effect of welfare-related expenditure, the expansion of welfare expenditure showed positive (+) results with profitability with a one-year time lag, and growth indicators also showed positive (+). Finally, it was found that when the net profit of a logistics company rises, employee compensation and welfare expenditure after 1year expand. Through the results of this study, it is believed that it will be appreciated that corporate employee compensation has a positive effect on long-term corporate growth.

        According to the results verified through this study, first, it was found that the inclusive business model had a positive (+) effect on social value and financial performance. Second, entrepreneurship was found to have a positive (+) effect on social value and financial performance. Third, market orientation has been shown to have a moderating effect on inclusive business models and entrepreneurship in influencing social values and financial performance. Based on these verification results, the following implications are presented. First, it is judged that social innovation companies are now required to switch to a new business model in order to secure self-sustaining power and sustainable corporate management. Second, it can be seen that the conductivity, creativity, and leadership of entrepreneurship are required. Third, it was judged that social innovation companies would seek management efficiency through market orientation to promote future-oriented development and realize social value and improve profitability. Fourth, in order to achieve the purpose pursued by social innovation companies, it is necessary to find strategic alternatives to actively cope with rapidly changing and uncertain market environments.

        사회혁신기업의 부패리스크 관리 표준 모델 구축에 따른 조직 효과성 연구 : 농업협동조합의 부패방지경영시스템 구축 사례

        본 연구는 사회혁신 기업의 부패리스크 관리 표준 모델의 조직 효과성에 관한 연구이다. 한국을 대표할 수 있는 사회혁신 기업인 농협의 부패리스크 관리 표준 모델 사례를 살펴보고, 부패방지경영시스템이 사회혁신 기업의 조직효과성에 미치는 영향에 대해 시사점을 제공하는 데 연구 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 지역농협의 부패리스크 관리 표준 모델 수립 과정에서 효과적인 시스템 구축 방법과 절차에 대해 담당자 인터뷰를 통해 조직 효과성을 도출하여 관리 방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다. 연구결과, 관리 표준 모델의 조직 효과성 증대를 위해서는 첫째, 탑 매니지먼트의 혁신 의지와 조직지원 인식이 필요하다. 둘째로, ISO 국제표준 모델과 경영시스템과의 갭 차이를 통합하여 운영할 수 있는 Staff의 통합 역량이 필요하다. 셋째, 핵심 이슈에 대한 정확한 리스크 식별 및 관리 체계가 필요하다. 넷째, 정책에 따른 의사소통과 전사적 인식 교육의 필요성이다. 다섯째, 지속적 개선 실행 활동과 피드백의 중요성이다.
