      • 農業敎育發展을 위한 大學實習農場 模型開發에 관한 硏究

        A model development for experimental farm and forest of university was cinducted to enhance the agricultural education of Kon-Kuk University. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. It is suggested that the experimental farm of Kon-Kuk University should be located in south-east agricultural area, that is reached around one hour by car from the Seoul campus. However, two or three locations differing environmental conditions for the experimental forest are desirable for the education and research purposes. 2. The experimental farm size should be more than 17 hectares, and low land paddy field should be sized 60 to 70 percentage of the total farm area and the rest be upland field. The area of experimental forest should be larger than 500 hectares to fulfil the current educational situation of Kon Kuk University. 3. Mechanization for crop cultivation should be considerd for planning all kinds of facilities for the experimental farm. 4. Farm management committee has to be organized to review, evaluate and decide everything for the experimental farm management. 5. Experimental farm should be self-supported financially except the budget for regular technicians and assistants salaries. Financial self-support seems to be achieved in 5 to 6 years after new farm opening. 6. It is suggested that cultivation of rice in low land paddy field and growing of ornamental trees and/or forest trees should be major items for cash income of the experimental farm, because these two items are expected to reduce labor and cash input for cultivation. 7. Yearly plan for farm management should consider that around ten percent of total farm land area can be shared for practices and experiments for students and professors. 8. Curriculum and weekly time schedule for the student practices and observations should be rearranged to enhance the efficiency of agricultural education of Kon-Kuk University.

      • 建國大學校 農業史博物館 設置에 關한 硏究

        To conserve the collected agricultural legacy as the historical materials, and for the study on the collections materials, method of collection, their display and conservation methods by defining the characteristices of agricultural history museum, and to establish the agricultural history museum at Kon-Kuk University, the present situation & characteristics of the national, public and private foundation museums including the university museums, and the forganigation & display of the major museums having agricultural relics were investigated. The results obtained are as follow: 1. By the establishment of agricultural museum,the agricultural legacies could be conserved, and the agricultural history of Korea could be systemized, and also the physicecracy could be illuminated. 2. It is suggested that the third proposal regulating the name of museum as agricultural history museum among the four suggested proposals for giving the aiming characteristices of planning museum at Kon-Kuk University. 3. It is predicted that the exhibition space should be wide since normally the agricultural relics have big size, and the space for the display and management should be strictly divided. Form the analysed results, it is considered that the total floor space and the space for of display should be above 710 Pyong, 364 Pyong, respectively, and the display space is about 55% of the total floor space. 4. The organization of exhibition space should be considered by the collected materials and the display space, however it is desirable to select or third proposal among the suggested. 5. It is suggested that the boundary of possessed and displaed legacics classified by nine parts on condition that it can be satistied the organization of exhibition space.

      • 산림산물의 무단채취의 실태와 관리방안에 관한 연구 : 경기도 광주군 무갑산 건국대학교 연습림 이용객 설문조사를 중심으로

        Recently as the number of forest visitors are increasing, their illegal digging forest products in forest occurs frequently and it might result in decreasing plant diversity and eventually affect forest-ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of illegal forest product digging by visitors, to collect visitor's opinions about it and to analyse them in order to provide the basic information for establishing more effective forest management policy. The investigation has been done by individual face-to-face interview with 100 forest visitors. The result shows that most respondents have a positive opinion on the regulation against illegal digging activities and regard the forest products as public goods. The total management policy for the forest products, therefore, has to be established in the basis of this result and the practical educational system, which teaches forest visitors about the regulation of illegal digging in forest, should be developed.

      • Alidade 에 의한 Stadia 測距의 正確度 評價

        To evaluate the accuracy on Stadia distance surveying by alidade, the Survey was carried out with the standard distance set with varying the length of target board. The results are as follows. ① The accuracy increases as the length of the base line become longer and the sighting distance nearer i. e, the accuracy at the sighting distance of 10∼100m was measured and respectively, when the length of base line is 1m, 2m, and 3m. ② the accuracy of item ① is found to be near to the method by pacing among various indirect distance surveying. ③ the reading error of the division by inclined signt was found to be 0.154on average. it would be 0.11 if corrected by the law of error propagation. ④ Allowable maximum sight distance according to each length of the base line and scale is presented at table 4, and figs. 5,6 and 7 at the average reading error 0.154 of the division by inclined sight when allowable position error in drawing board is divided by 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, and 0.7mm respectively. ⑤ With the above method, the level distance can be easly obtained with the simple operation even in the inclined land though high accuracy can not be expected.

      • Fly Ash 를 利用한 土壤改良濟 合成과 利用

        An attempt was made for synthesizing zeolite by use of the fly ash from the coal-fired electric power plant. The fly ash zeolites show higher CEC values(344-418 meq/100g) as compared with that of the natural zeolites(100-199 meq/100g). The surface area of the zeolite particles is also shown larger values (23.08-42.86 ㎡g?) than that of the natural zeolite(16.15 ㎡ g?). The XRD spectra of the fly ash zeolite indicate that the peaks are well corresponding with the peak locations of the sodalite. Higher dry matter yields, as whole plant, leaves, and roots of the radishes, were obtained by treating with the fly ash zeolite from the pot experiment that carried out in the glass house.

      • 농용트랙터의 로터리 驅動을 위한 油壓 시스템 개발(I)

        油壓을 이용한 트랙터용 로터리 油壓구동 방식을 제작하여 각종 제어장치와 作業機와의 적용 가능성을 導出하기 위하여 기존 로터리 시스템의 角 변위를 이용한 Torsion-bar 方式과 병행하여 깊이 제어 시스템을 작동한 상태에서 작업했을 때의 엔진 회전속도, 로터리 회전속도를 비교 분석한 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 1) 트랙터 엔진의 회전속도의 변화는 경운부하 제어 장치를 作動했을 때와 하지 않았을 때의 평균적인 rpm 변화차는 거의 없었으나 作動하지 않았을 때의 최저 rpm 변화폭이 作動했을 때보다 크게 나타나는 경향이었다. 2) 로터리 토크의 변화는 作業의 정도를 해치지 않는 範圍에서 경운부하 제어 장치의 感度를 40(kg/cm2)로 調節하였기 때문에 경운부하가 제어 장치 작동시와 미작동시의 토크 變化는 거의 없었다. 3) 로터리의 회전속도 變化는 트랙터의 주행속도가 增加함에 따라 減少하는 반비례 關係로 나타났고, 경심, 토양조건의 영향으로 크게 나타났다. 4) 경운부하 제어장치는 급격한 부하로부터 기체를 보호할 수 있어 기계 보호 측면에서는 필요한 것으로 생각되었으며, 기계에 무리를 가하지 않고 작업의 정도를 해치지 않는 범위에서 경운부하 제어장치의 센서 感度를 맞추어 작업하여야 할 것으로 생각된다. In order to conduct the characteristics of hydraulic rotary and the effective adaptability of tilling load control device I assumed the field test with producing hydraulic rotary and load control device. To compare of interrelation and work fine degree of tractor engine rpm variation according to working speed of rotary and rotary torque, rpm variation. The result of the study are summarized as follow: 1. Tractor engine rpm analysis Engine rpm changed very seriously due to the travel speed, PTO rpm and average rpm variation value showed less when work load control device operated than it operated. But the phenomenon of a sudden fall or change could not be seen. 2. Rotary torque analysis Because torque change very widely according to work condition, field condition that is travel speed of tractor, PTO rotation speed, depth, hardness of soil, the humidity and phiscal, chemical condition. I controlled the sensitivity (operating torque; 40kg/cm2) of tilling load control device so I could not find the change of torque when load control device operated and not operated. 3. Rotary rpm analysis rpm variation appeared in inverse proportion when the tractor's travel speed increased it decreased, and it changed greatly by affection of depth and soil condition average rotation speed increased more when depth control device operated than when it not operated. 4. On cultivation work with operating cultivating load control device, tractor and cultivator can be avoid abrupt load so that in the aspect of machine protection I think that the load control device is absolutely need.

      • 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol과 그 ester 合成 및 應用에 관한 硏究

        植物生長調性物質로 알려진 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol의 合成, 確認定量法 및 微生物生長에 미치는 影響을 실험한 이 연구에서 o-methoxyphenol에 대한 nitro 化는 濃窒酸이나 混酸을 사용한 合成보고가 있으나 醋酸을 사용한 방법으로는 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol뿐만 아니라 中間生成物인 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenylacetate를 合成할 수 있었고 benzoic acid와의 ester化도 可能하였다. 確認定量法으로서는 -NH₂基를 diazo化하는 방법으로 NO₂基를 還元하고 이것을 常法으로 diazo化 하므로써 相對誤差±0.97% 範圍에서 定量할 수 있었다. 동시에 methoxy基는 pregl의 微量分析法을 이용하여 相對誤差 ±0.59% 範圍에서 定量이 可能하였다. 吸光度光法에 있어서는 이 化合物의 酸解離定數를 구할 수 있었고 pH의 影響, 緩衝夜의 吸光度에 대한 影響및 吸收極大波長을 測定하여10∼50ppm 濃度에서 Beer의法則이 적용됨을 알 수 있었다. 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol의 微生物生長에 미치는 影響은 Staphylococcus aureus에 대하여 低濃度에서 促進性을 보였고 0.6r 전후에서 가장 效果的이었다. 그리고 Hansenula anomala의 醱酵性도 促進하였고 4,000培부터 6,000培에서 가장 높았다. 本硏究는 産學財團의 支援으로 이루워진 것을 眞心으로 感謝하는 바이다. The synthesis of 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol was investigated and its identification was made by its chemical properties, macro analysis and its growth regulative ability on several microorganisms. The results were as follows: 1. 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol was prepared by the acetylation of o-methoxyphenol with acetic acid and the nitration of 2-methoxy-5-nitro-phenylacetate. 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenyl was prepared by the esterification with benzonic acid. 2. The identification and determination of 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol was made by the diazo method and determination of the methoxy radical. 3. The ionization constant(Ka) of acid for this substance at 262mμ,344mμand 412mμwas 7.94×?? (Ka= 7.94×?? ) 4. The wave lengths for maximum absorption of 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol in chloroform were 297μand 335mμ. 5. The wave lengths for maximum absorption of 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol in an aqueous solution were 321mμ,412mμ, and 383mμ. The changes in the absorption curve for the pH values are shown in Fig. 4.The isos bestic points were discovered at 280mμ and 383mμ. 6. The mixture,in which 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol was contained, was thoroughly soluble in chlroform below pH 6 but transferred completely into a water phase above pH 12.The transmittance percentage of 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol increased with the third extractions. 7. The wavelengths of the buffer solutions were not affected above 250mμ.The determination of 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol was possible without the influence of time on absorption as shown in figure 11 and Figure 12 at level raging 10ppm to 50ppm. 8. The growth of Staphylococcus aureus was inhibited to some extent by 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol at concentrations of 6×10²r. It did not inhibit Staphylococcus aureus in more diluted concentrations. At a concentration of about 0.6r 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol showed growth promotive properties of Staphylococcus aureus. 9. The growth promotive ability of a solution containing, o-nitrophenol, p-nitrophenol, 2, 4-dinitrophenol and 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol was greater than the 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol solution. 10. The fermentation ability of Hansenula anomala was promoted by 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenol and increased at dilution levels ranging 1×4000 to 7×1000.

      • 回信率이 母集團의 Parameter 推定에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        본 연구의 목적은 설문조사법에서 미회신율이 모집단의 Parameter 추정에 미치는 일반적인 영향의 연구이었으며, 어느 연구상황에서도 통용될 수 있는 회신율의 제시는 아니었다. 미리 설정된 이상 조건하에서 표본평균의 분포가 Simulation되었으며, 신뢰구간이 연구의 목적에 맞추어 계산되었다. 이 계산된 신뢰구간에 포함되지 않은 표본평균의 수를 세어서 결과를 유도하였다. (1) 미회신이 없는 경우에 한하여, 연구자가 원래 원했던 신뢰도하에서 모집단 Parameter의 추정이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. (2) 미회신에 의한 표본크기의 감소는 신뢰구간의 변화와 표본의 대표성 약화를 초래하였지만, 변한 표본크기로 다시 계산된 신뢰구간안에 연구자가 원했던 신뢰도가 유지되어, 비록 주의를 요하지만 연구자가 설정한 상황하에서라면 연구자는 미회신이 존재하여도 모집단의 Parameter를 추정할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is not to suggest a specific response rate which is universally accepted, but to understand general effects of nonresponse errors on the inference of parameters from statistics in survey research. Sampling distribution of sample means was simulated on the predetermined ideal survey condition and confidence intervals were calculated depending upon the purposes of analyses. Then, number of sample means which were not included in the calculated confidence intervals were investigated. The results are as follows; (ⅰ) Inference of parameters on the 95 percent confidence interval, which researcher originally intended to achieve, was possible only when there was no nonresponse errors. (ⅱ) Reduced sample size due to nonresponse errors brought about two sources of errors--change of confidence interval and loss of sample's representativeness. The former was a predominant factor which made confidence level lower than the wanted level lower than the predetermined research condition. As a result, it was found that researchers could infer parameters on the changed confidence interval with several cautions discussed.

      • 全南 康津과 靈巖地域의 茶田 및 그 周邊의 거미相과 生態에 관한 硏究

        The results investigated of the fauna and ecology of spiders of tea-field and other part in Kangjin and Yong-am area is summarized as follows ; 1. In the area, spiders of 789 individuals were collected and identified 16 families, 41 genus, 51 species. 2. In families, Lycosidae, Araneidae, Tetragnathidae, Thomisidae, Agelenidae, in Kangjin and Yong-am area were major families. 3. In genus, Araneus, Misumenops, Neoscona, Agelena in Kangjin and Yong-am area were major genus. 4. In species, Araneus ventricosus, Pardosa astrigera, Agelena limbata, Tetragnatha praedonia, Neoscona scylla, Neoscona adianta, Misumenops japonicus, Leucauge blanda in Kangjin and Yong-am area were major species. 5. Highest occurrance period of dorminant species during the year were through May and August. 6. All of the eight dominant species are considered as a natural enemy of tea pest insects.

      • 農業機械 主要部品의 機械的 性質에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ)

        본 실험은 農業機械의 性能 및 耐久性에 밀접한 관계를 가지며, 素材의 品質面에서 구성하고 있는 化學成分이 韓國工業規格에 적합치 못한 주요 부품의 材料에 대한 機械的 性質을 조사하여 良質素材의 安定供給을 위한 素材産業의 육성과 이에 따른 優良農業機械의 生産供給으로 素材에 의한 品質低下 要因이 발생하지 않도록 그 基本資料를 제시하고자 실시하였으며, 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 一般鋼材 및 特殊用鐵鋼을 材料로 사용하는 부품은 素材別로 機械的 性質이 좋지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 2) 鑄物類를 素材로 하고 있는 부품은 모두 저급의 材質을 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 小規模 群小業體가 生産供給하는 機種의 부품에 사용되고 있는 재료는 대단히 불량한 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 素材의 品質向上 및 良質素材의 安定供給을 위한 素材産業의 육성이 절실한 것으로 생각된다. These studies were carried out to investigate the mechanical properties for the major part in agricultural machinery in order to bring up the material industry and for the factor of quality drop not to happen to Korean farm machinery. The results are as follows ; 1) Carbons Steels and special purpose steels used in the major parts in agricultural machinery were inferior materials in mechanical properties. 2) Alloy castings used in the major parts were unsuitable to mechanical properties. 3) The attachments for working machinery, power sprayer, thresher, straw cutter, which were manufactured by small makers, were not suitable to the major parts in agricultural machinery. I think that urgent problems are the improvement of quality control in materials and the upbringing of the material industry in order to stabilize the supply of good quality materials in Korean farm machinery.
