        중국 국가 주석 시진핑(習近平)의 인지지도: 중국신형도시화전략(國家新型城鎭化戰略)의 수립에 관한 시진핑(習近平)의 시스템사고

        신형도시화(新型城鎭化)는 중국에서 가장 주된 관심사항이며 이는 향후 중국 경제 발전을 견인하는 중요한 동력으로 여겨지고 있다. 중국의 도시화는 지난15년 간 급속히 진행되고 있으나, 향후 추진될 도시화는 과거와는 다른 새로운 형태로 전개 될 것으로 보인다. 현재 중국은 기존의 인프라구축, 토지문제 해결 등의 물적 도시화에서 벗어나 도시화의 양과 질을 모두 제고하는, 사람이 핵심인 신형도시화를 추진하고 있다. 이번에 신형도시화계획은 과거와 달리신규 도시 진입자에게 기존 도시민과 대등한 신분과 사회보장서비스를 제공하겠다는 것이 중요한 차이점이다. 본 연구는 시진핑(習近平) 주석이 제시했던 신형도시화에 대한 지도사상을 이해하기 위하여 시진핑(習近平) 주석과 전임 후진타오(胡錦濤) 주석의 어록을 분석하여 신형도시화 사상이 생성된 것에 관한 시진핑(習近平) 주석의 인과지도와 후진타오 주석이 주된 도시화 사상에 관한 인과지도를 구성하고 이를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 인과지도에 대한 분석을 통해 주로 호적제도, 토지개혁, 신도시 건설, 도시군 개발 등 측면에서 이와 관련된 시사점을 논의하였다. New Urbanization belongs to one of the main concerned matters of China which has been regarded as a kind of significant power that leading the future economic development of China. It will appear a different development style in the future compares to the development pattern in the past 15 years, during which period the development urbanization of China shows a rapid speed. Currently, China is doing efforts to improve the quantity and the quality of urbanization, human oriented new pattern urbanization, which has surpassed the issues of the basic construction infrastructure and territory problems. The new urbanization planning has a significant difference from the old ones, which will supply the new enterers the equal identity compares to the local citizens and social security services. In order to understand President Xi Jinping’s guidance about new urbanization, this research will analyze the quotations of President Xi Jinping and former President Hu Jintao. New urbanization idea contains President Xi Jinping’s cognitive map which related to the idea’s produce and President Hu Jintao’s cognitive map which related to the main urbanization.

        Joint resource optimization for nonorthogonal multiple access-enhanced scalable video coding multicast in unmanned aerial vehicle-assisted radio-access networks

        A joint resource-optimization scheme is investigated for nonorthogonal multiple access (NOMA)-enhanced scalable video coding (SVC) multicast in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-assisted radio-access networks (RANs). This scheme allows a ground base station and UAVs to simultaneously multicast successive video layers in SVC with successive interference cancellation in NOMA. A video quality-maximization problem is formulated as a mixedinteger nonlinear programming problem to determine the UAV deployment and association, RAN spectrum allocation for multicast groups, and UAV transmit power. The optimization problem is decoupled into the UAV deployment–association, spectrum-partition, and UAV transmit-power–control subproblems. A heuristic strategy is designed to determine the UAV deployment and association patterns. An upgraded knapsack algorithm is developed to solve spectrum partition, followed by fast UAV power fine-tuning to further boost the performance. The simulation results confirm that the proposed scheme improves the average peak signal-to-noise ratio, aggregate videoreception rate, and spectrum utilization over various baselines.

        Speed and Current Sensor Fault Detection and Isolation Based on Adaptive Observers for IM Drives

        This paper focuses on speed and current sensor fault detection and isolation (FDI) for induction motor (IM) drives. A new, accurate and high-efficiency FDI approach is proposed so that a system can continue operating with good performance even in the presence of speed sensor faults, current sensor faults or both. The proposed three paralleled adaptive observers are capable of current sensor fault detection and localization. By using observers, the rotor flux and rotor speed can be estimated which allows the system to run under the speed sensorless vector control mode when a speed sensor fault occurs. In order to detect speed sensor faults, a threshold-based scheme is proposed. To verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed FDI strategy, experiments are carried out under different conditions based on a dSPACE DS1104 induction motor drive platform.

      • Cointegration based modeling and anomaly detection approaches using monitoring data of a suspension bridge

        For long-span bridges with a structural health monitoring (SHM) system, environmental temperature-driven responses are proved to be a main component in measurements. However, anomalous structural behavior may be hidden incomplicated recorded data. In order to receive reliable assessment of structural performance, it is important to study therelationship between temperature and monitoring data. This paper presents an application of the cointegration based methodology to detect anomalies that may be masked by temperature effects and then forecast the temperature-induced deflection (TID) of long-span suspension bridges. Firstly, temperature effects on girder deflection are analyzed with fieldmeasured data of a suspension bridge. Subsequently, the cointegration testing procedure is conducted. A threshold-based anomaly detection framework that eliminates the influence of environmental temperature is also proposed. The cointegrated residual series is extracted as the index to monitor anomaly events in bridges. Then, wavelet separation method is used to obtain TIDs from recorded data. Combining cointegration theory with autoregressive moving average (ARMA) model, TIDs for longspan bridges are modeled and forecasted. Finally, in-situ measurements of Xihoumen Bridge are adopted as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the cointegration based approach. In conclusion, the proposed method is practical for actual structures which ensures the efficient management and maintenance based on monitoring data.

        Comparison and analysis on sheep meat quality and flavor under pasture-based fattening contrast to intensive pasture-based feeding system

        Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of 4-month intensive feeding on the meat quality, fatty acid profile, flavor, and growth performance of grazing Hulunbuir sheep (HBS). Methods: The HBS were selected 4-months after birth in a pasture rearing system as the experimental animals (n = 44, female, average body weight 23.8±2.2 kg) then divided equally into pasture-based grazing fattening (PAS) and concentrate-included intensive fattening (CON) groups for another 4-month finishing. When finished fattening, all animals were slaughtered to collect musculus longissimus dorsi subcutaneous adipose tissue and to investigate the influences on meat quality, fatty acid profile, flavor and growth performance. Results: The results showed lambs in CON group got significantly higher live weight, hot carcass weight, and dressing percentage. The CON group had significantly higher value of redness (a*), lightness (L*) and water holding capacity (p<0.05), significantly lower value of Warner-Bratzler shear force than the PAS group (p<0.05). The subcutaneous fat from CON group lambs demonstrated a significantly higher content of C18:1 and C18:2 (p<0.05), but lower C14:0 and C16:0, indicating an increased degree of unsaturated fatty acid. The content of 4-methyloctanoic acid, 4-ethyloctanoic acid and 4-methylnonanoic acid had increased 2 to 4 times, representing a more intense odor in the CON group. However, the values were still lower than most sheep breeds reported, indicating the indoor feeding system could not fundamentally deteriorate the excellent meat characteristic of HBS. Conclusion: It was evident that lambs in CON group exhibited a better meat production performance, improved in meat color, texture and healthier fatty acid profile through pastureweaned concentrate included intensive fattening system, which offers a good alternative regimen for lamb finishing and has a wide prospection in the HBS meat industry.         Enhancing antibacterial activity of geminized cationic amphiphilic polymer via structure control and self-assembly regulation

        A novel geminized amphiphilic polymer containing double cationic head groups and hydrophobic tails ineach structural unit (denoted as PAGBn), has been prepared in our study. The self-assembly behavior onthe solid/liquid interface was investigated by quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM-D),steady-statefluorescence, dynamic light scattering (DLS) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Atwo-regime buildup can be observed, where thefirst regime is attributed to the rapid adsorption ofpolymers, while a rearrangements of pre-adsorbed molecules and their aggregation on the surfacedominate the second regime, exhibiting a formation of aggregates in large sizes due to the effect of thecharge density and hydrophobes on the self-assembly process. It exhibits a drastically enhanced killingefficiency of99.9% against both of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria for PAGBncompared with other traditional single-chained polymers, through the reinforced synergistic effect ofelectrostatic and hydrophobic interactions, and the formation of large-sized polymer aggregates,encompassing and killing the bacteria more efficiency. Ourfindings reveal the antibacterial mechanismand the correlation between antibacterial activity and aggregates structure, providing a basis for thedevelopment of super-antibacterial materials in the infection resistant applications.

        Improved biodegradation of polyvinyl alcohol by hybrid nanoflowers of degrading enzymes from Bacillus niacini

        Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is a synthetic polymer that is difficult to degrade in nature. In this study, we synthesized PVA-degrading enzymes (PVAase)-Cu3(PO4)2 hybrid nanoflowers by using crude PVAase from Bacillus niacini for PVA degradation. The influences of PVAase concentration, Cu2+ concentration, and incubation time on the nucleation and activity of the PVAase hybrid nanoflower were investigated. The maximal activity recovery of the PVAase hybrid nanoflower was approximately 85% at 0.25 mg/mL of PVAase, 0.36mM Cu2+, and 72 h incubation time. The optimum temperature and pH of PVAase did not change before and after immobilization. Compared with free PVAase, the PVAase hybrid nanoflower showed high thermal stability and storage stability. Additionally, the PVAase hybrid nanoflower displayed excellent reusability after eight cycles and promising PVA degradability, indicating its potential application in PVA degradation.

        Rejection rate and mechanisms of drugs in drinking water by nanofiltration technology

        Nanofiltration (NF) technology is a membrane-based separation process, which has been pervasively used as the high-effective technology for drinking water treatment. In this study, a kind of composite polyamide NF thin film is selected to investigate the removal efficiencies and mechanisms of 14 trace drugs, which are commonly and frequently detected in the drinking water. The results show that the removal efficiencies of most drugs are quite high, indicating the NF is an effective technology to improve the quality of drinking water. The removal efficiencies of carbamazepine, acetaminophen, estradiol, antipyrine and isopropyl-antipyrine in ultrapure water are 78.8 ± 0.8%, 16.4 ± 0.5%, 65.4 ± 1.8%, 71.1 ± 1.5% and 89.8 ± 0.38%, respectively. Their rejection rates increase with the increasing of their three-dimensional sizes, which indicates that the steric exclusion plays a significant role in removal of these five drugs. The adsorption of estradiol with the strongest hydrophobicity has been studied, which indicates that adsorption is not negligible in terms of removing this kind of hydrophobic neutral drugs by NF technology. The removal efficiencies of indomethacin, diclofenac, naproxen, ketoprofen, ibuprofen, clofibric acid, sulfamethoxazole, amoxicillin and bezafibrate in ultrapure water are 81 ± 0.3%, 86.3 ± 0.5%, 85.7 ± 0.4%, 93.3 ± 0.3%, 86.6 ± 2.5%, 90.6 ± 0.4%, 59.7 ± 1.7%, 80.3 ± 1.4% and 80 ± 0.5%, respectively. For these nine drugs, their rejection rates are better than the above five drugs because they are negatively charged in ultrapure water. Meanwhile, the membrane surface presents the negative charge. Therefore, both electrostatic repulsion and steric exclusion are indispensable in removing these negatively charged drugs. This study provides helpful and scientific support of a highly effective water treatment method for removing drugs pollutants from drinking water.
