        사용성 증진을 위한 쇼핑 앱의 UI 디자인 제안 연구 - 베이비붐 세대를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 국내 4개 쇼핑 앱을 평가 대상으로 선정하였다. 그 후 선행문헌의 연구 성과 기반으로 본 연구에 적합한 UI 디자인 구성요소 및 사용성 평가 원칙을 도출하고 베이비붐 세대를 평가 대상으로 하여 설문조사의 방식으로 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 마지막에는 조사 결과를 토대로 쇼핑 앱 UI 디자인의 사용성에 존재하는 문제를 확인하여 관련 개선 제안을 제기하였다. 구체적인 제안은 아래와 같다. 첫 번째, 레이아웃을 디자 인할 때 각 화면에서 동일 구성요소의 위치와 조작방식의 일치성을 확보해야 한다. 그리고 화면에는 필요한 정보만 기입해야 하고 같은 화면에서는 한 가지 정보 슬라이딩 방식만 적용해야 한다. 두 번째, 각 화면에서 색채의 사용은 일관성을 확보해야 하고, 아이콘과 배경에는 쉽게 구분할 수 있는 색채를 사용해야 한다. 색채의 수량도 제한되어야 하고 너무 많지 않아야 한다. 그리고 중요한 정보, 버튼 등에는 파장이 긴 색채를 사용하여 베이비붐 세대가 색채를 통해 정보를 쉽게 선별할 수 있어야 한다. 세 번째, 각 화면에서 아이콘 스타일의 일관성을 확보해야 하고 동시에 아이콘의 사이즈와 간격을 가능한 확대하여 충분한 공간을 남겨 베이비붐 세대가 쉽게 클릭할 수 있어야 한다. 그리고 아이콘의 외관은 과도하게 추상적이지 않고 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 구상적인 외관과 대응되는 짧은 명사단어를 사용해야 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 향후 쇼핑 앱 운영 플랫폼이 기획과 보완을 진행하는데 지향적 및 합리적 제안을 제공하고, 베이비붐 세대에게 더욱 효과적인 쇼핑경험을 제공하였으면 한다. In this study, four domestic shopping apps were selected for evaluation through a survey. After that, based on the research results of the preceding literature, UI design elements and usability evaluation principles suitable for this study were derived, and usability evaluation was conducted in the form of a survey with baby boomers as the evaluation target. Finally, based on the survey results, problems in the usability of the shopping app UI design were identified and related improvement suggestions were made. Specific proposals are as follows. First, when designing a layout, it is necessary to ensure the consistency of the position and operation method of the same component on each screen. In addition, only necessary information should be entered on the screen, and only one information sliding method should be applied on the same screen. Second, the use of colors in each screen should be consistent, and easily distinguishable colors should be used for icons and backgrounds. The quantity of colors should also be limited and not too many. And by using long-wavelength colors for important information and buttons, baby boomers should be able to easily select information through color. Third, the style of icons on each screen should be consistent, and at the same time, the size and spacing of icons should be enlarged as much as possible, leaving enough space for baby boomers to easily click. In addition, the appearance of the icon should not be overly abstract and should use short noun words that correspond to the easily understandable, figurative appearance. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that future shopping app operating platforms will provide oriented and rational suggestions for planning and supplementing, and provide a more effective shopping experience for the baby boomers.

        MiR-200c-3p aggravates gastric cell carcinoma via KLF6

        Background Gastric cell carcinoma (GCC) is a common and high-incidence malignant gastrointestinal cancer that seriously threatens human life and safety. Evidences suggest that microRNAs (miRNAs) exhibit an essential role in regulating the occurrence and development of GCC, while the efects and possible mechanisms remain to be further explored. Objective This study was designed to explore whether miR-200c-3p exerted its functional role in the growth and metastasis of GCC, and investigate the possible mechanisms. Methods The expression levels of miR-200c-3p in GCC tissues and cell lines were detected by qRT-PCR analysis. The functional role of miR-200c-3p in the viability, proliferation, migration and invasion of GCC cells were evaluated by CCK-8, EdU, wound healing and Transwell assays. In addition, the candidate targets of miR-200c-3p was predicted and confrmed by dual-luciferase reporter assay. Moreover, the relationship between miR-200c-3p and target (Krüppel like factor 6, KLF6) was assessed by qRT-PCR and western blot assays. Besides, the expression levels of KLF6 in GCC cells were determined by qRT-PCR and western blot assays. Furthermore, the role of KLF6 in the viability, proliferation, migration and invasion of GCC cells mediated with miR-200c-3p mimics was evaluated by CCK-8, EdU, wound healing and Transwell assays. Results In the present study, a new tumor promoting function of miR-200c-3p was disclosed in GCC. We found that the expression of miR-200c-3p was obviously increased in clinic GCC tissues and cell lines. In addition, down-regulation of miR-200c-3p suppressed cell viability, proliferation, migration, and invasion in GCC cells. Moreover, KLF6 was verifed as a direct target of miR-200c-3p by binding its 3’-UTR. Additionally, KLF6 was remarkably decreased and was negatively associated with the miR-200c-3p expression in GCC cell lines. Furthermore, over-expression of KLF6 retarded the efects of miR-200c-3p on the growth and metastasis of GCC cell lines. Conclusions MiR-200c-3p potentially played a tumor-promoting role in the occurrence and development of GCC, which may be achieved by targeting KLF6.

        수학 교육용 앱의 게이미피케이션 요소 활용에 관한 연구 - 초등학생을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 우선 게이미피케이션에 대하여 이론적 고찰을 이루었고, 이어서 관련 선행연구의 성과를 토대로 하여 4가지 기본적인 게이미피케이션 요소를 도출하였으며, 또한 이를 기준으로 사례분석을 진행하여 게이미피케이션 요소의 사용상황을 도출하였다. 그 후 게이미피케이션 요소들 중 각 요소들의 작용을 바탕으로 설문지를 설계하여 5점 리커트 척도의 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 이어서 회수된 유효 설문지의 데이터 평균치를 통계적으로 분석하여 사례 앱에 있어서 게이미피케이션 요소를 사용했을 때의 장단점을 도출하였다. 마지막에는 관련 연구의 결과를 총결하여 구체적인 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 사례 앱 중 도전요소와 보상/성취요소에는 비록 온보딩과 보너스 두 가지 요인이 부족하지만 전반적으로는 효과적인 작용을 일으켰다. 둘째, 사례 앱 중 경쟁요소에는 레벨요인이 부족할 뿐만 아니라 응답자들은 세 가지 요인이 모두 효과적인 작용을 일으키지 못하였다고 주장하였다. 셋째, 현재 초등학교 수학 교육용 앱들은 게이미피케이션 디자인을 중시하지 않고 있으며, 게이미피케이션 요소에 대한 사용수준 또한 완벽하지가 않다. 연구결과를 토대로 하여 본문에서는 학습자를 중심으로 4가지 교육용 앱에 있어서 게이미피케이션 요소의 활용책략을 제기하였다. 이를 통해 학습자들의 게이미피케이션 학습체험을 향상하고 향후 더욱 훌륭한 초등학교 교육용 앱을 개발하는데 도움이 되었으면 한다. This study first made theoretical considerations on gamification, followed by four basic gamification elements based on the performance of related prior studies, and based on this, case analysis was conducted to derive the use of gamification elements. We then design a questionnaire based on the actions of each of the gamification elements and conduct an online survey on a Likert 5-point scale. We then statistically analyze the data mean of the retrieved effective questionnaire to derive the advantages and disadvantages of using gamification elements in the case app. Finally, we aggregate the results of the relevant research to draw specific conclusions. First, the challenging and reward/achievement factors among case apps have resulted in an overall valid action, although they lack two factors: on-boarding and bonus. Second, not only do competitive factors lack level factors among case apps, but respondents also argued that all three factors did not produce effective actions. Third, elementary school mathematics education apps do not value gamification design, and the level of use of gamification elements is not perfect. Based on the research results, the text presents strategies for utilizing gamification elements in four educational apps, focusing on learners. Through this, we hope to improve learners' gamification learning experiences and help them develop better elementary school education apps in the future.

        Application of Hilbert-Huang transformation in fluidized bed with two-component (biomass particles and quartz sands) mixing flow

        Hilbert-Huang transformation was used to investigate the nonlinear characteristics of two-component (bio-mass particles and quartz sand) mixing flow by analyzing the pressure fluctuation signals in fluidized bed. Based onempirical mode decomposition (EMD), the Hilbert-Huang spectra in bubbling and slugging flow patterns were ob-tained and analyzed. In bubbling flow pattern, compared with one-component (quartz sand) flow, the energy of two-component mixing flow is lower in 0-5 Hz and higher in 40-50 Hz. In slugging flow pattern, the energy in pressurefluctuation mainly lies in 0-5 Hz. and the effect of biomass particles on the Hilbert-Huang spectrum is not very obvi-ous. Compared with traditional power spectral density (PSD), HHT is much more suitable for investigating pressurefluctuation signals in fluidized beds.

        Effects of homogenization on the molecular flexibility and emulsifying properties of soy protein isolate

        The sensitivity of soy protein isolate (SPI) to trypsin was characterized by its flexibility. The effects of different homogenization conditions on soy protein isolate flexibility and emulsifying properties were investigated. Set the homogenization pressure was 120 MPa (megapascal) and the homogenous number of times is 0–4 times, the flexibility increases with the increase of the homogenization times (0–3 times), the change trend of flexibility is not obvious (3–4 times). When the homogenization times was 0–3 times, the emulsifying activity increases, and the emulsifying activity was the strongest at 3 times, after homogenization 3 times, the change trend of emulsifying activity is not obvious, the trend of emulsification stability and emulsification activity were similar. The surface hydrophobicity increases with the increase of homogenization times, while the turbidity decreases. The other structural indicators such as Ultraviolet scanning and endogenous tryptophan fluorescence spectroscopy suggest that the structure of SPI becomes more stretch as the flexibility increases.

        EBKCCA: A Novel Energy Balanced k-Coverage Control Algorithm Based on Probability Model in Wireless Sensor Networks

        In the process of k-coverage of the target node, there will be a lot of data redundancy forcing the phenomenon of congestion which reduces network communication capability and coverage, and accelerates network energy consumption. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel energy balanced k-coverage control algorithm based on probability model (EBKCCA). The algorithm constructs the coverage network model by using the positional relationship between the nodes. By analyzing the network model, the coverage expected value of nodes and the minimum number of nodes in the monitoring area are given. In terms of energy consumption, this paper gives the proportion of energy conversion functions between working nodes and neighboring nodes. By using the function proportional to schedule low energy nodes, we achieve the energy balance of the whole network and optimizing network resources. The last simulation experiments indicate that this algorithm can not only improve the quality of network coverage, but also completely inhibit the rapid energy consumption of node, and extend the network lifetime.

        CCAJS: A Novel Connect Coverage Algorithm Based on Joint Sensing Model for Wireless Sensor Networks

        This paper discusses how to effectively guarantee the coverage and connectivity quality of wireless sensor networks when joint perception model is used for the nodes whose communication ranges are multi-level adjustable in the absence of position information. A Connect Coverage Algorithm Based on Joint Sensing model (CCAJS) is proposed, with which least working nodes are chosen based on probability model ensuring the coverage quality of the network. The algorithm can balance the position distribution of selected working nodes as far as possible, as well as reduce the overall energy consumption of the whole network. The simulation results show that, less working nodes are needed to ensure the coverage quality of networks using joint perception model than using the binary perception model. CCAJS can not only satisfy expected coverage quality and connectivity, but also decrease the energy consumption, thereby prolonging the network lifetime.

        The unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) is an effective custom power device that is used at the point of common coupling to protect loads from voltage and current-related PQ issues. Currently, most researchers have studied series unit and parallel unit models and an idealized transformer model. However, the interactions of the series and parallel converters in AC-link are difficult to analyze. This study utilizes an equivalent transformer model to accomplish an electric connection of series and parallel converters in the AC-link and to establishes a precise unified mathematical model of the UPQC. The strong coupling interactions of series and parallel units are analyzed, and they show a remarkable dependence on the excitation impedance of transformers. Afterward, a feed-forward decoupling method based on a unified model that contains the uncertainty components of the load impedance is applied. Thus, this study presents an adaptive method to estimate load impedance. Furthermore, simulation and experimental results verify the accuracy of the proposed modeling and decoupling algorithm.
