Plant community structure, soil environment, nutrient contents of plant, and the correlation between soil environments and nutrient contents of plant were investigated from July to August in 1991 in the wetland around the Nam - River, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea. 1. The flora of the investigated area was composed of 38 families, 93 genera, 108 species, 15 varieties and 1 form or total 124 taxa of hygrophytes. Among them, dominant species was Persicaria thunbergii. 2. Importance value of Persicaria thunbergii was 57.9, and those of Humulus japonicus, Miscanthus sacchariflorus and Persicaria hydropiper were 20.5, 15.8 and 12.6, respectively. 3. As the result of the association analysis, Humulus japonicus showed positive correlation with Persicaria thunbergii, Miscanthus sacchariflorus and Artemisia princeps, and the negative correlation with Persicaria hydropiper, Echinochloa crus-galli and Bidens frondosa. And Persicaria thunbergii showed the negative correlation with Persicaria hydropiper and Artemisia princeps. 4. Ranges of species diversity indices were 0.694 ∼ 1.284. Number of species and species diversity indices were positively correlated. 5. Ranges of soil environment such as pH, conductivity, organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus were 5.9 ∼ 6.8, 25.8 ∼ 164.3 ㎛ho ㎝^-1, 1.16 ∼ 6.28 %, 0.35 ∼ 1.68 ㎎ g^-1, and 0.068 ∼ 0.446 ㎎ g^-1, respectively. 6. Ranges of total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents of Persicaria thunbergii were 1.426 ∼ 2.560 % and 1.712 ∼ 2.295 ㎎ g^-1. 7. As the result of the correlation analysis among soil environmental factors and nutrient contents of Persicaria thunbergii, soil factors except pH showed the positive correlation with one another. Total nitrogen content of Persicaria thunbergii showed the positive correlation with soil factors such as conductivity, organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus, suggesting that these nutrients were absorbed and accumulated by the plant.

Ultraprecision machining and MEMS technology have been taken more and more important position in machining of microparts. Micro endmilling is one of the prominent technology that has wide spectrum of application field ranging from macro parts to micro products. Also, the method of micro-grooving using micro endmilling is used widely owing to many merit, but has problems of precision and quality of products due to tool wear and tool fracture. This investigation deals with state monitoring using acoustic emission(AE) signal in the micro-grooving. Characteristic evaluation of AE raw signal, AE hit and frequency analysis for state monitoring is also presented in the paper.

The facilities and equipments of 42 school lunch systems in Bucheon and Incheon were surveyed from the viewpoint of sanitation on July in 1999 to find out sanitary problems. There were many systems which were located near restroom, trash dump or playground. No system kept facility divided into contaminated area and uncontaminated area according to the work flow. Most systems did not equip receiving and preparing rooms, food dividing and holding rooms, and dish storage rooms, separately. Many systems did not have receiving table and enough lighting in receiving area, and did not have washing and sanitizing equipments for cutting-boards, knives, gloves and hands in preparing area. Many systems also had such storage rooms where sunlight directly passed through, and no thermometer and no hygrometer was equipped. There was no cooking room where filter sanitized air was supplied and working area was divided into cold cooking and hot cooking. Most cooking rooms did not had enough space, UV-lamp for air sanitizing, and duct to lead washed water from immobile equipment to trench. Many systems did not have separate worktables by foods, and did not have sanitizing equipment for cooking utensils and fresh vegetables. To keep good sanitation in school lunch systems, facilities and equipments listed in school lunch low should be reinforced much more at sanitary viewpoints.
국내산 및 제초제 내성 콩(HS2906)의 일반성분, 무기질 및 지방산 조성

Proximate analysis, mineral and fatty acid composition of three conventional domestic soybean cultivars and two imported ones including glyphosate-tolerant HS2906 were evaluated by AOAC method, ICP-AES and gas chromatography. There were several differences in the proximate analysis among three conventional domestic soybean cultivars ; higher crude fat in the cultivar Hwanggumkong, higher crude protein in Pungsankong, and higher carbohydrate and crude ash in Duyukong. The ranges of contents of proximate components of domestic cultivars were similar to the data previously reported. There were no significant differences in proximate analysis between conventional soybean WS82 and glyphosate-tolerant HS2906 ; 23.55~23.90% of crudefat, 34.22~35.55% of crude protein, 6.25~6.45% of crude ash, and 25.35~26.47% of carbohydrate. The mineral and fatty acid compositions of HS2906 were similar to those of conventional soybeans previously reported.
최적 금형연마 가공을 위한 센서 정보 통합 전문가 시스템 개발

This paper presents a polishing expert system integrated with sensor information which can modify the polishing sequence and conditions initially determined by the system depending on the on-site polishing status. A practical system using AE sensor to detect the on-line polishing status is developed for the rotational polishing and the smoothly curved sur-face. Database and knowledge base for polishing processes are established by using the results of experiments and also expert's experience. Evaluations are performed for a die of headlight lamp by using both the sensor integrated expert sys-tem and the expert system without sensor. The test results show that the sensor integrated expert system provides more optimal polishing conditions since the proposed system takes advantage of the on-line sensor information.
