재벌호텔의 한국문화관련 인적자원관리 인사제도와 조직공정성, 조직유효성 간의 관계 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate how employees perceived human resource management practices which are based on the Korean culture and orgnisational effectiveness in the Chaebol hotels. This study utilized the structural equation modelling to analyze structural relationships. The results of this study demonstrated that the factor of 'performance appraisal' had a positive influence on ‘distributive and procedure justice’ while the factor of ‘recruitment and selection’ had no significant influence on both organisational justice. Also ‘distributive justice’ significantly influenced ‘job satisfaction’ and ‘procedure justice’ had a positive influence on ‘job satisfaction’ and ‘turnover intention’ in the Chaebol hotels. This study found that Chaebol hotels which are associated with Korean culture which is tailored HRM practices such as ‘group goal-setting as part of performance appraisal’, ‘loyalty as much as performance’, ‘managers informally discuss individual performance’ otherwise employees considered ‘families·regions·school relations’, ‘age’, ‘seniority’ was not important in the aspect of recruitment and selection. Therefore the results of this study implied that there are different HRM practices which enact the combined with specific culture and distinctive characteristics of each organisation.
소유 형태에 따른 한국호텔 기업 노동조합의 역할과 조직공정성, 노동조합 유효성의 관계 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate how hotel employees perceived their unions’ role and how it influenced union effectiveness by applying the concept of organisational justice by types of ownership at deluxe hotels. This study used the structural equation modeling(SEM) approach and the results of this study demonstrated that the ‘welfare and welfare facility’ and ‘pay negotiations and job security’ had a positive influence on distributive justice. However, both factors had no significant influence on procedure justice in international hotel companies. The findings indicated that employees who worked at international chain hotels were likely to have a more collective voice and deliver a stronger voice than the employees working at Korean owned hotels. This study will provide a better understanding of the distinctive role of trade union by types of ownership in the Korean context for Korean and foreign executives.
빅데이터를 활용한 제주도 6차산업 농촌체험관광객의 인식에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to explore how tourists perceive experiential tourism in relation to the 6th industry in Jeju. This study used the text mining analysis, which is included in the big data analysis. The main data collection in this study used qualitative data to understand what types of tourism were experienced from online reviews based on two portal websites such as of Daum and Naver, over a period of 3 years. This research adopted semantic network analysis and network analysis methods in visual text analysis relating with Jeju experience tourists using Ucinet 6.0 software for the analysis of qualitative insights. For a systematic overview, results showed that the words of ‘activity’, ‘Seoguipo’, ‘travel’, ‘Joong-moon and Jeju travel’ were closely associated with the 6th industry. The results of CONCOR analysis showed that it is divided into four groups and those are ‘summer activity’, ‘autumn activity’, ‘winter activity’ and ‘unique activity’. The study had a variety of theoretical implications for future research and practical implications to develop an effective destination marketing plan regarding experiential tourists of 6th industrialization.
커피전문점에 대한 물리적 환경, 점포에 대한 감성, 만족에 관한 연구: 20·30대를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to establish the physical environment which is suitable for coffee shops and examine how physical environment impacts on stores' emotions as a result how the stores' emotions influence on customers' satisfaction. This study used a multi-regression analysis to understand those relationship with focused on the age group of twenties and thirties. The results of this study proved that the factor of 'amusement·attractiveness', 'cleanliness·comfort' and 'environment' had a positive influence on 'customers' satisfaction' otherwise 'aesthetics', 'spaces', and 'convenience' did not statistically influence on 'stores' emotions'. Also the 'stores' emotions' was positively influenced on 'customers' satisfaction' in using coffee shops. This study found that what factors were considered as important in selecting coffee shops in terms of customers and the more customers have positive emotions the more the customers feel higher satisfaction. Therefore managers who operate coffee shops should be considered the element of emotional management to attract more customers for their business.
간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감, 임상실습 만족도, 간호전문직관이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 취업준비행동을 높일 수 있는 방안을 살펴보고자 수행하였다. 연구대상자는 서울시에 소재한 10곳의 간호대학에 재학 중인 3∼4학년 간호대학생이며, 온라인 설문조사를 통해 160명이 참여하였다. 핵심간호기술 수행자신감, 임상실습 만족도, 간호전문직관, 취업준비행동 측정도구를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 상관관계와 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 취업준비행동은 핵심간호술 수행자신감, 임상실습 만족도, 간호전문직관과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 간호대학생의 학점이 높을수록, 임상실습 만족도가 높을수록, 간호전문직관이 높을수록 취업준비행동을 더 잘 하는 것으로 나타났다. 취업준비행동에는 간호전문직관, 학점, 임상실습 만족도 순으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 간호대학생의 취업준비행동을 증진시킬 수 있도록 올바른 간호전문직관 형성, 학점 관리, 임상실습 만족도 증가를 위한 간호교육 프로그램 개발할 필요가 있음을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the job preparation behavior of nursing students. Based on this, we would like to examine ways to increase the employment preparation behavior of nursing students. The subjects of this study were 3rd and 4th grade nursing students attending 10 nursing colleges located in Seoul, and 160 students participated in the online survey. Data were collected using the tools to measure core nursing skills performance confidence, clinical practice satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and job preparation behavior. The collected data were analyzed using correlation and stepwise regression analysis. As a result of the study, job preparation behavior had a significant positive correlation with core nursing skills performance confidence, clinical practice satisfaction, and nursing professionalism. There was a significant effect on the job preparation behavior of nursing students in the order of nursing professionalism, grades, and clinical practice satisfaction. It was discussed that it is necessary to develop a nursing education program that can improve the job preparation behavior of nursing students.
A S trategic Human Resource Management Approach in Chaebol Hotels

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine how strategic human resource management practices are enacted in chaebol hotels, and also to evaluate the relationship between the SHRM practices and organizational effectiveness as experienced by employees, regarding the concept of organizational justice. Design/methodology/approach: The questionnaire survey for employees served to test hypotheses which examine the relationship between SHRM and the influence of these HR practices on organizational effectiveness, using multi-regression analysis. This research encompasses a total of 450 responses collected from individuals employed at chaebol hotels in Seoul and Busan. Findings: This study revealed that chaebol hotels hired competent employees who had language capabilities, used appearance as a selection criterion, and ensured that sophisticated selection methods were well established through the HR systems of numerous subsidiary companies. Employees consider the perceived injustices in the recruitment and selection process and the perceived unfairness in promotions. Research limitations/implications: All findings support the concept that the best practice, driven by collectivism, employment legislation, trade unions, and financial considerations, plays a significant role in managing HRM in chaebol hotels. This study contributes a new SHRM framework by integrating a combination of best fit, based on quality enhancement strategy, and best practices tailored to the specific organization. Originality/value: This study contributed to explore the SHRM framework for the Chaebol hotel sector with regard to providing both high quality of service and also a high price policy. This study provides guidelines for efficient SHRM to managers and practitioners who operate deluxe hotels and offers an essential material to gain a better understanding of a new SHRM framework in service organization.
