Machine Learning based Prediction of The Value of Buildings

Due to the lack of visualization services and organic combinations between public and private buildings data, the usability of the basic map has remained low. To address this issue, this paper reports on a solution that organically combines public and private data while providing visualization services to general users. For this purpose, factors that can affect building prices first were examined in order to define the related data attributes. To extract the relevant data attributes, this paper presents a method of acquiring public information data and real estate-related information, as provided by private real estate portal sites. The paper also proposes a pretreatment process required for intelligent machine learning. This report goes on to suggest an intelligent machine learning algorithm that predicts buildings’ value pricing and future value by using big data regarding buildings’ spatial information, as acquired from a database containing building value attributes. The algorithm’s availability was tested by establishing a prototype targeting pilot areas, including Suwon, Anyang, and Gunpo in South Korea. Finally, a prototype visualization solution was developed in order to allow general users to effectively use buildings’ value ranking and value pricing, as predicted by intelligent machine learning.
Urodynamic Study in Multiple System Atrophy: A Retrospective Observational Study

This retrospective study aimed to evaluate the characteristics of neurogenic bladder in patients with multiple systemic atrophy and distinguish between cerebellar and parkinsonian-type urodynamic patterns. We reviewed 19 patients diagnosed with multiple systemic atrophy with low urinar y tract symptoms who under went an urodynamic study at Pusan National University Yangsan Hospital between March 2010 and Februar y 2022. This study did not account for the differences obser ved between the multiple system atrophy subtypes in the voiding phase. Urodynamic study is an effective tool to understand the complicated bladder pattern in patients with multiple system atrophy.

Evaluation of fatigue strength on the welded part is very important for strength design of welded steel structures. Arc -welds has been used for chassis parts. The arc-welds for chassis parts are exposed under higher stress, compared with other parts, and thus tend to cause fatigue failure. This study presents a method for determining the fatigue life of arc-welds used extensively in chassis parts. The specimens were machined for the tensile and fatigue tests. The tensile and fatigue strengths were measured. Fatigue data must be insured according to the shapes, materials, and welding conditions of the arcwelded structure. This study proposes a method for estimating the fatigue life of arc-welds, and compares test results with calculated ones. Fatigue life prediction of a lower control arm is carried out with finite element methods. The fatigue life predicted by simulations are compared with test results.

Generally, Knuckle and Carrier in Motors are in used ductile cast iron. In case of Cast Iron, the weight is significantly heavy. Heavy weight make against good fuel efficiency, comfortable to ride and so on. The overseas’s Knuckle is executed a benchmarking evaluation in the object. It is used to high strength high elongation of ductile cast iron. So set the goal, physical properties and a lightweight 10% in knuckle. As chemical composition of cast iron are changed., we achieved our goal, material property.
구조방정식을 활용한 해외건설 프로젝트 시공성 평가 모델

국내 건설기업들은 해외건설 시장에서 6천 8백억 불 수주를 달성하는 등 양적성장을 지속해 왔으나, 원천기술과 사업관리 역량이 선진기업에 비해 상대적으로 뒤지고 있으며 최근 무리한 저가수주로 인해 대규모 적자가 발생하는 등 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 이러한 원천기술과 사업관리역량을 극복하기 위한 대안이 필요한 실정이며 시공성 개념은 이러한 대안의 하나이며 해외 선진국에서 다양한 연구결과가 실무에 적용되고 있다. 국내기업이 해외 EPC건설공사에서 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 시공성 개념의 실무적용이 필요하다. 시공성이란 건설공사에서 전체 프로세스에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 범위를 의미하며, 시공용이성과 프로젝트의 품질을 확보하는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 건설기업의 해외건설공사에 대한 시공성을 적용하기 위하여, 설계단계 및 시공단계에서 시공성에 영향을 주는 요소로 연구의 범위를 한정하고 구조 방정식 모델을 활용한 시공성 평가모델을 구축하고자 한다. 여러 변수들 간에 복잡하게 연결된 인과관계를 분석하는데 구조방정식을 활용하였으며 직 간접효과를 동시에 도출하여 해외건설 프로젝트 시공성에 미치는 영향과 상호관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 해외건설공사의 시공성에 영향을 미치는 영향요소는 문헌고찰, 기업보고서 및 전문가 자문, 설문조사를 통하여 8개의 잠재변수와 34개의 측정변수를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모델은 해외건설공사의 시공성을 가장 효과적으로 향상 시킬 수 있으며 비용절감, 공기단축, 품질향상 측면에서 전략적 대응방안을 수립함으로써 사업의 최종 목표를 성공적으로 달성하는데 기여 할 것으로 판단된다. In the recent years, Korean construction companies have been awarded 680 billion USD in the oversea projects which lead to a successful quantitative growth. However, due to the lack of capability in the core technology and project management compared to the leading companies, in addition to low-price bidding, massive deficit projects have caused problems to the companies. In order to overcome the limitations of the lack of capabilities, the term constructability has been researched recently by developed countries to apply in the practical use. The concept of constructability must be applied for Korean companies to compete in the EPC construction projects. The term constructability is defined as the factor that affect the overall construction process of a project which is defined by the ease of construction and to secure the project quality. Therefore, this study aims to develop a constructability assessment model using the structural equation to assess the factors that affect the constructability in the design and construction stage. The purpose of using the structural equation is to analyze the direct and indirect correlation between each factor that affects the international construction projects. Total of 8 latent variables and 34 measured variables are derived through literature review, corporate reports, experts' interview and surveys. The result of the model suggests the constructability factors that are to be managed the most efficiently to reduce cost, time and improve the quality as well as a countermeasure strategy to successfully execute the target international construction projects.
