Novel reversible difference expansion watermarking algorithm for triplet

We presented novel reversible watermarking algorithm for images based on new data hiding shceme with simplified location map. Proposed reversible watermarking algorithm uses integer transform for triplet of pixels proposed by Alattar, which allows hiding 2 bits pear each triplet. Proposed simplified location map has considerable small size under same other conditions. Thus, capacity of proposed data hiding technique is significantly higher compare to impoved difference expansion method for triplets proposed by Alattar. Proposed method allows embedding data without location map compression, so copmutation is fast and implimentation is simple.
BCH Coding for Data Hiding with t = 4

This paper presents an improved data hiding technique based on BCH (n,k,t) syndrome coding. The proposed data hiding method embeds data to a block of input data (for example, image pixels, wavelet or DCT coefficients, etc.) by modifying some coefficients in a block in order to null the syndrome of the BCH coding. The proposed data hiding method can hide the same amount of data with less computational time compared to the existed methods. Contribution of this paper includes the increasing capacity of the data embedding based on BCH. The proposed scheme shows that BCH syndrome coding for data hiding when t = 4 is now possible ascribed to the reduced complexity.
Advanced Steganographic Method Using JPEG Quantizer

In this paper, we present a steganographic method that improves image quality after existing data hiding methods. This method works in compressed domain (JPEG) of image. In several previous methods, they usually change coefficients to hide information. And some methods tried to enhance the embedding performance of general steganographic method like F5 including Matrix Encoding [1,5-7,9,11]. We have been analyzed the effect of quantization table during data hiding on compressed domain. Finally, we considered that there would be more chance to reduce the distortion from steganographic method. As the result, this paper provides little bit more improved result in view of image quality. This result can give some contribution for future steganographic methods which will work in compressed domain like JPEG

Reversible data embedding theory has marked a new epoch for data hiding and information security. Being reversible, the original data and the embedded data as well should be completely restored. Difference expansion transform is a remarkable breakthrough in reversible data hiding scheme. The difference expansion method achieves high embedding capacity and keeps the distortion low. This paper shows that the difference expansion method with simplified location map, and new expandability and changeability can achieve more embedding capacity while keeping the distortion almost the same as the original expansion method.
A Reversible Audio Watermarking Scheme

A reversible audio watermarking algorithm is presented in this paper. This algorithm transforms the audio signal with the integer wavelet transform first in order to enhance the correlation between neighbor audio samples. Audio signal has low correlation between neighbor samples, which makes it difficult to apply difference expansion scheme. Second, a novel difference expansion scheme is used to embed more data by reducing the size of location map. Therefore, the difference expansion scheme used in this paper theoretically secures high embedding capacity under low perceptual distortion. Experiments show that this scheme can hide large number of information bits and keeps high perceptual quality.
Reversible Watermarking Method Using Optimal Histogram Pair Shifting Based on Prediction and Sorting

To be reversible as a data hiding method, the original content and hidden message should be completely recovered. One important objective of this approach is to achieve high embedding capacity and low distortion. Using predicted errors is very effective for increasing the embedding capacity. Sorting the predicted errors has a good influence on decreasing distortion. In this paper, we present an improved reversible data hiding scheme using upgraded histogram shifting based on sorting the predicted errors. This new scheme is characterized by the algorithm which is able to find the optimum threshold values and manage the location map effectively. Experimental results compared with other methods are presented to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method.

기존의 Steganography는 정보를 숨김에 있어 히스토그램을 shifting 하거나 픽셀간의 상관관계를 변형하는 등 다양한 방식이 제안되었다. 그런 논문들이 가지고 있던 용량적 한계를 일부 극복하고, PSNR을 고려하여 새로운 방식을 제안한다. 소개하는 기술은 두 색깔을 파트너로 맺어, 숨김 비트에 따라 서로 파트너로 바뀌도록 설계되었다. 숨긴 용량의 크기와 PSNR의 변화를 실험 결과에서 볼 수 있으며, 이는 기존 논문과의 비교를 통해 효율성이 입증된다.
