      • 太谿穴의 臨床 活用에 대한 文獻考察

        Literally, the mean of Tae-gye is highest brook. And on the basis of the acupuncture theory, Tae-gye point is the Soo earth point and source point of the Kidney Channel as well. In addition, Tae-gye point is one of the Yang-Returning Nine points. We were trying to study bibliographically on the Tae-gye point because Tae-gye point can be used very broadly across the symptoms in the theoretical aspect described above. As a results, we found out that according to the classical books of acupuncture, Tae-gye point is entering point of the Meridian Water as a source point and can be used at both Kidney-Sufficient Syndrom and Kidney-Deficient Syndrom. And Tae-gye can be applied to the disease of kidney or bladder that is urogenital symtoms, Also, Tae-gye is an useful option of tooth-ache, asthma, indigestion, constipation, edema etc whose cause is related with decrease of Kidney ki.

      • Phosphamidon 분해세균의 분리동정 및 생분해능

        토양으로부터 유기인계 살충제인 phosphamidon을 분해하는 세균들을 분리하고 Biolog system을 이용하여 동정하였다. 그람양성 세균들은 모두 Bacillus 속에 속하는 종들이었으며 그람음성 세균들은 토양에서 우점하지 않는 세균들이 많았다. 이들중 phosphamidon 함유배지에서 생장률이 높은 균주들을 선택하여 phosphamidon 분해능을 조사한 결과 Capnocytophaga gingivalis로 동정된 YD-17 균주가 가장 높은 생분해능을 나타내어 1000 ppm의 phosphamidon이 배양 21일 후 9.4%의 잔류량을 보였으며 이는 대조구에 비해 제거율이 52% 증가된 결과였다. 이 때 균주의 생장을 단백질량으로 측정하였는데 분해균주들이 고농도의 phosphamidon에 의해 저해되지 않고 지속적인 생장을 하여 phosphamidon을 탄소원으로 이용하는 생분해가 일어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Organphosphorus insecticide phosphamidon-degrading bacteria were isolated from agricultural soils and identified using Biolog microtiter assay. All Gram-ositive degrading bacterial strains belong to genus Bacillus and many Gram-negative bacteria were rare soil species. Among them fast growing strains on phospamidon-containing minimal medium were selected and their biodegrading capability were measured. YD-17 which was identified as Capnocytophaga gingivalis showed the highest biodegradation rate. It could increase the removal of phosphamidon up to 52%. During the biodegradation continuous increase of amount of cell protein was observed, which, indicated that phosphamidon was utilized as a carbon source for phosphamidon-degrading bacteria.

      • 土地登錄 公示制度의 改善方案

        The cadastral and land registration systems in Korea could be evaluated as those irrational and inefficient. This is mainly because they tend to follow those of Japanese system, and some have been revised, at best, in part. Particulary, systems involved divide same parcel of land into cadastre and land register by means of public notification. The existing way bodies of Korean Government (the executive and the judicature) administered has been overlapped by providing identical official services involved such as cadastres and land registers, while voiding administrative consistencies. Government needs to unite the existing cadastral and land registration systems as a way to achieve inefficent land management. Some five steps for the unification of cadastral and land registration system can be suggested as follows : ①a provision of unification of land records. ②a provision of excutive function and achievement of cadastral and land registration service at one time. ③a collaboration of office that could serve cadastral and registration services as well. ④a unification of land records and organizations. ⑤a preperation of land information systems by computerizing the united registers. Most desirable goal would be to provide an one-demensional system enough to combine cadastre with land registration administration. And also, it is suggested that various echelons of government body(such as Ministry of Home Affairs, Office of Province, City Government, County and Ku) should be united into a specialized function in point, which guarantee its identical inconsistencies.

      • 지적불부합지의 정리에 관한 연구

        The cadastral system which accomplishes the base of national land administration with accuracy of proper data and the cadastral maintenance quickly is agreeing with the actual place in information ages in foundation. But even in spite of many efforts, various problems are exposed in accuracy of the data on the cadastral maps and local situation must agree accurately from the process which propels cadastral information systems. Therefore, it must be carried out the cadastral non correspondence arrangement first of all in link of the plan which it corrects the error of existing data and computerization quickly. It is investigated that the cadastral non correspondence parcels occur in various cause and long period, the area error corrections are mainly objectives, and about 80% of the test area comes to reveal within permitted the limit of the measurement of planimetric area for cadastral survey, so it is not difficult with the fact that the compensation back which it follows in area increase and decrease and the location error correction becomes the important object for the cadastral non correspondence arrangement projects.

      • 지적측량 수수료 체계의 개선방향

        지적측량의 업무 종목별 다양한 작업공정과 업무여건에 따라 비용구조를 달리하고 있는 현행 지적측량 수수료제도는 개별 업무에 대하여는 매우 불합리한 수수료를 적용하고 있어 새로운 품셈에 의한 다양한 요소별 가산계수를 통하여 지적측량 수수료 산출 근거를 과학화하고 지가계수를 활용하여 토지가격에 따른 수수료의 차등 적용 등 새로운 지적측량 수수료를 합리적으로 현실화하여 개선함으로써 지적측량 민원 서비스의 질적 향상과 기술개발에 기여 할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수수료 구성쳬계의 개선과 공시지가에 따른 새로운 가산계수를 도입하는 방안을 제시하였다. The current cadastral surveying fee system differs an expense structure against an individual business which is various items of cadastral surveying and it follows in the work process which is various business circumstance. But the current regulation is applying the fee which is irrational. It is like that must apply the addition coefficient by the element which is various due to a new work cost and scientific base must be applied for cadastral surveying fee calculation. It can be applied the additional price by land coefficient and the grade application of the fee which it follows in land price. It actualizes a new cadastral surveying fee rationally and must improve. It will be able to contribute in quality improvement and technical development of cadastral surveying for civil service. In this study, it is presented the improved fee composition structure system and introduces a new addition coefficient by the official land price.

      • 寫眞測量의 正確度 向上을 위한 寫眞 및 測地 觀測값의 結合調整

        The improvements of highly accurate and dense control notworks are major requirements to carry out numerical surveying and a large scale mapping for cadastral renovation. In the most conventional photogrammetric solutions, adjusted control coordinates have been applied to block triangulaions. However, this study, employing real data and that of simulated as well, contributs to a simultaneously combined adjustment. It also contains such photogrammetric as photo-coordinates and geodetic observations like distances, angles and hight differencees. Its purpose is to introduce the improved results, despite it is not sufficient for the ground network. In addition, through the detection of gross error, more precise observational data can be selected for the better adjustment. All in all, the result of this study can be summarized as follows : First, even if ground control points are not surfficient nor existed at all, the combination of photogrammetric and geodetic observations are improved its accuracy. Secondly, the case #2 is more accurate than that of #3, and the case #7 comes into close to that of #6.

      • Nitric Oxide에 의한 난소 과립세포의 Apoptosis 조절에 대한 연구

        여포의 퇴화가 진행되는 기작에서 apoptotic cell death 와 nitric oxide (NO)의 연관성에 관하여 실험하였다. 난소의 apoptosis는 GnRH에 의해 유도되고 스테로이드에 의해 억제된다. 여포에서 과립 세포의 apoptosis에 대한 호르몬의 영향과 NO 생산효과를 조사하기 위하여 중간크기 (직경 5-6 ㎜)의 여포에서 non-apoptotic 과립세포를 분리하여 스테로이드, GnRH agonist, GNRH agonist+SNP, 그리고 NO 공여체인 SNP를 처리하여 24시간동안 배양하였다. 배양된 과립세포에서 게놈 DNA를 추출하여 apoptotic DNA절편화 경향을 알아보았고, 배양액과 griess reagent를 반응시켜 nitrite 농도를 측정하였다. 스테로이드 호르몬을 처리하였을 때, 대조군에 비해 NO 생성이 다소 증가하였으며 apoptotic DNA 절편화도 억제되었다. GnRH agonist 처리군에서는 apoptotic DNA 절편화가 가속화 양상을 나타내었으며 NO 생성은 다소 감소하였다. 그러나 GnRH agonist+SNP 그리고 SNP 처리군에서는 apoptotic DNA 퇴화가 억제되었으며 NO 농도는 대조군에 비해 현저히 높았다. 위의 실험 결과로 보아 과립세포 분화와 여포성숙과 퇴화과정에서 호르몬과 NO가 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 사료된다. To study the regulation of porcine follicular cell apoptosis by steroids, GnRH agonist and nitric oxide, we have analyzed DNA fragmentation, the hallmark of apoptosis, and nitrite production in porcine granulosa cells. In, ovarian apoptosis is induced by GnRH but is prevented by steroids. Apoptosis is confined to the granulosa cells but it was not clear whether apoptosis of granulosa cell was regulated by NO in vitro. So non-apoptotic granulosa cells isolated, grown at 37℃, for 24 hrs, and treated with / without SNP, GnRH agonist, and sterioid, respectively. In cultured granulosa cells were used to extract genomic DNA and culture media was assayed for nitrite concentration. Nitrite production of culture media was increased and apoptotic DNA fragmentation was supressed in SNP treated groups, GnRH agonist+SNP, and estrogen, progesterone. Nitrite concentration in culture media was decreased and apoptotic DNA was induced treated with GnRH agonist. These data suggest that NO production and apoptosis may be involved of granulosa cell differentiation and ovarian follicular atresia by SNP, estrogen and progesterone. Moreover, NO can overcome the granulosa cell apoptosis induced by GnRH agonist.
