농작업 재해예방 E-learning 프로그램의 사용성 평가

Objective: 고령 농업인을 대상으로 효과적인 E-learning 프로그램을 제공하기 위해 체계적인 연구 방법 및 절차를 수립하여 E-learning 프로그램을 개발하였고, 이에 대해 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. Background: 선행 농작업 관련 재해 예방 교육 자료들은 책자 위주의 단방향 접근방법으로 교육의 흥미를 떨어뜨리며 동기부여 및 이해도가 낮아 학습 효과를 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서 사용자 인터페이스가 간결하고 이해하기 쉬우며 양방향 상호작용하여 필요한 안전 지식을 습득할 수 있는 프로그램이 필요하다. Method: 7명의 농촌지도사와 14명의 농업인들이 e-러닝 프로그램의 사용성을 평가하였다. 두 그룹은 프로그램을 시청한 후 효율성, 학습(교육)용이성, 만족도에 대하여 5점 척도로 평가하였다. 설문평가 후 프로그램의 대한 자유로운 토의를 진행하였다. Results: 연구 결과 e-러닝 프로그램의 전반적인 효율성, 학습용이성, 만족도는 높았으며, 고령 농업인이 쉽게 조작할 수 있었으며, 농업지도사의 교육용으로 적합한 것으로 평가되었다. Conclusion: 고령농업인의 흥미를 갖고 농작업 안전 관련 정보를 접할 수 있는 e-러닝 프로그램을 통하여 농업의 안전문화 형성에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

It is important to provide the farmers with practical and effective information of safety and health for individual crop to prevent or reduce occupational injuries in agricultural sector, since work characteristics and risk factors are not the same for all crops. In this study, risk assessment was carried out for cultivating shiitake mushrooms and then safety measures, which were based on the results of the risk assessment, were summarized and presented as the information of safety and health of shittake farmers. Guidelines for safety and health of the farmers of shiitake mushrooms, which were developed based on the risk assesment and safety measures, can be used by the farmers as self-educational tools or by the agricultural facilitators as an educational material for agricultural safety. It is expected that the guidelines can be useful in preventing occupational injuries of shiitake farmers.

At the moment when interest in tire fuel economy grows naturally due to economic fluctuations, national regulations are being formed due to constraints due to limited use of limited fossil fuels and social attention to environmental problems. As a result, the tire energy consumption efficiency indicator system has been established. This system displays the two performance characteristics of the fuel economy and safety of the tire. The lower the rotational resistance of the tire, the better the fuel economy. The higher the wet road surface braking force, It is characterized by excellent. However, the current measurement of the rotational resistance of the tire efficiency rating system is based on only the straight running, and it is considered that the method is a method that does not take into consideration the rotation section traveling during actual vehicle driving. It is assumed that considering the feature that the slip angle camber angle change of the wheel / tire occurs through the turn driving when the actual vehicle travels, it is assumed that the correct fuel consumption is determined by the tire.
Relationship of EMG and Subjective Discomfort Ratings for Repetitive Handling of Lightweight Loads

Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of weight of load and time on the physical workload of repetitive upper-limb tasks with handling light weight loads using EMG and perceived discomfort, and to investigate the relationship between EMG and perceived discomfort for those repetitive tasks of moving light weight loads. Background: Repetitive upper-limb motion is known as one of the main risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders, and a lot of repetitive tasks are carried out while handling light weight loads in the industry. In evaluating the workload of repetitive tasks handling light weight loads, EMG and perceived discomfort can be used, though their relationship in those work conditions are not much investigated. Method: A laboratory experiment with 18 healthy males were conducted to record EMG signals from 5 muscle sites of the right arm and shoulder and rate perceived discomforts for the body parts and the whole body while carrying out repetitive materials-handling tasks for 52min. The subjects were divided into 3 groups which handled the loads of 1kg, 2kg and 3kg, respectively. ANOVAs were conducted to analyze the effects of the weight and time on RMS of EMG amplitude (normalized RMS: NRMS), median frequency of power spectrum of EMG (normalized MDF: NMDF) and perceived discomfort. The correlations between NRMS and NMDF and perceived discomfort were also analyzed. Results: Statistically significant muscular fatigue effects were not found from NRMS and NMDF in most muscles, while there were significant increases of discomfort as the task time elapsed. It was shown that there were an increasing trend of the muscular activity as the weight of load increased and a decreasing trend of median frequency of EMG of upper and lower arms as time elapsed. It was found that there were significant negative correlations between NMDFs from the lower arm and discomfort ratings, though the relationships were weak. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the working conditions adopted in this study were not enough to induce muscular fatigue, while there was significant increase in perceived discomfort. A further study is necessary to integrate the objective and subjective measures for more reliable and sensitive evaluation of workload of repetitive tasks of handling light weight loads. Application: This study can be used as a basic study for the evaluation of workload of repetitive tasks handling light weight loads.
