        훈민정음 글자판

        본 논문은 훈민정음의 창제 원리를 글자판의 설계에 적용한 훈민정음 글자판을 제안한다. 제안하는 글자판은 훈민정음의 자모 28글자를 자음 간에, 모음 간에, 그리고 자음과 모음 간에 서로 상관성을 가지도록 배열하였다. 즉, 자음 버튼들은 오음(五音)의 소리 별로 같은 소리의 글자들을 그룹으로 묶어 배열하였고 모음 버튼들은 자음에 붙여 쓰는 위치에 따라 자음 영역의 아래쪽과 오른쪽에 배열한 것이다. 그동안 한글 글자판들은 주로 4행 3열의 12버튼 글자판들이 많이 사용되었는데 이 글자판들은 구조적으로 터치횟수나 이동거리에서 단점을 가진다. 최근에는 쿼티나 단모음 글자판과 같이 많은 자모 버튼을 가진 글자판들도 많이 사용되고 있다. 글자판에서 제공하는 글자 버튼의 개수가 많아지면 터치횟수가 줄어든다. 그리고 글자 버튼들이 서로 상관성을 가지도록 배열되면 이동거리가 작아진다. 실험 결과는 제안하는 글자판이 터치횟수와 이동거리와 입력시간의 모든 평가 요소에서 높은 효율을 나타냄을 보여준다. This paper proposes the Hunminjungum Keypad that applied the creation principle of Hunminjungum to the design of keypad. The proposed keypad arranged 28 letters of Hunminjungum to have correlations with each other between consonants, between vowels, and between consonants and vowels. That is, Consonant buttons are arranged by grouping letters of the same sound by sounds of five voices. And the vowel buttons are arranged at the bottom and the right side of the consonant area according to the position where a vowel is attached to the consonant. In the meantime, Hangul keypads have mainly used 12 button keypads in 4 lines and 3 columns. These keypads have structurally disadvantageous in the touch count and moving distance. Recently, keypads with many letter buttons such as QWERTY and single-vowel are also used a lot. If the number of letter buttons provided in the keypad increases, touch count decreases. And If the letter buttons are arranged to have a correlation with each other, the moving distance becomes smaller. The experimental results show that the proposed keypad has high efficiency in all evaluation factors such as touch count, moving distance and input time.

        『중외역사강요』의 전근대 대외관계 인식 ― 두 차례 등장한 ‘종번관계’를 중심으로 ―

        China, which had implemented the textbook authorization system, announced a new curriculum for languages, political science, history in January 2018. As a result, The Outline of Chinese and Foreign History was newly adopted as a required subject in the high school curriculum, and the first volume which covers Chinese history and the second volume that covers the world history were published as the state-run textbook in 2019. In this textbook, the term “Zongfan relations” appears twice to describe pro-modern China’s foreign relations, which has not been mentioned before. This paper examines the context and implications of the term “Zongfan relations” appearing in The Outline of Chinese and Foreign History and attempted to understand the textbook in the context of the “Zongfan relations” theory by Zhang Haifeng, who was an authoritative figure in modern Chinese history and was the main editor of first volume. Although “Zongfan relations” is not used as a concept that permeates throughout the entire volume, it is problematic because it appears in the textbook despite its limited acceptance among historians and nonetheless it may be established as a basic framework for understanding pre-modern China’s foreign relations.

        미래학적인 관점에서 하르낙의 『기독교의 본질』에 관한 연구

        많은 사람들은 새로운 2000년(21세기)을 기대하며 살아왔다. 그런데 갑작스런 코로나-19의 등장으로 인간과 사회의 근본적인 체계를 흔들리게 되고, 교회와 사람들은 불안 가운데 살아가고 있다. 이 시점에 기독교의 역할과 교회의 존재와 기능에 관하여 고민하는 것은 당연하며, 코로나 이후의 교회의 상황과 역할에 대한 관심이 깊어지고 있다. 알 수 없는 미래에 대한 전망을 제시하는 미래학의 경우, 현실적 분석과 준비를 통하여 밝은 미래를 제공하는 것이 특징 가운데 하나이다. 하르낙의 대표작인 『기독교의 본질』은 세20기 독일 기독교의 나라갈 길을 제시하는 것만이 아니라 세계의 기독교의 흐름을 이끌어가는 안목을 주었다. 또 한 20세기 세계교회의 흐름이 그 방향으로 나아가기 때문에 미래학의 대표적인 예가 될 수 있다. 미래학적인 관점에서 『기독교의 본질』을 살펴보면, 과거(19세기의 기독교)에 대한 분석과 현재적 상황을 정리하고 미래의 기독교를 제시하기 위하여 기독교의 본질에 관하여 논한다. 그리고 그 안목에 따라 기독교 역사를 정리한다. 물론 하르낙의 신학이 자유주의적으로 흘러간 것은 분명하지만, 그의 영향은 20세기를 넘어 세21기에도 지속되고 있다. 이러한 사실만으로도 미래학적인 관점에서 기독교의 본질을 연구하는 것은 의미있는 일이다. Many people have lived in anticipation of the new 2000 year (21st century). However, the sudden appearance of Corona-19 shakes the fundamental system of humans and society, and the church and people are living in anxiety. At this point, it is natural to think about the role of Christianity and the function of church, and interest in the situation and role of the church after Corona is deepening. Futurology presents a prospect for an unknown future, and one of its characteristics is providing a bright future through realistic analysis of and preparation. Harnack's masterpiece, Das Wesen des Christentums(the Essence of Christianity), not only presented the way to the country of Christianity in Germany in the 20th century, but also gave an insight to lead the flow of Christianity in the world. In addition, it can be a representative example of futurology because the flow of the world church in the 20th century is moving in that direction. When studying Das Wesen des Christentums from a futuristic point of view, Harnak analyzes the past (19th century Christianity) and summarizes the present situation and discusses the essence of Christianity in order to suggest future Christianity. And he organizes the history of Christianity according to his perspective (in second part of Das Wesen des Christentums). Of course, it is clear that Harnack's theology has been liberal, but his influence continues beyond the 20th century into the 21st century. This fact alone makes it meaningful to study Das Wesen des Christentums from a futuristic perspective.

        The Effect of the Introduction of the Express Highspeed Railway in Korea

        Purpose – In today's era of carbon neutrality, railways need to find ways to improve usability and efficiency. Accordingly, this study examines the effect of introducing express highspeed railways into the Korean public transportation system and suggests some practical guidelines. One concern in the Korea railway sector is that low scheduled speeds contrast with the highspeed railway system design. Research design, data, and methodology – Current literature and foreign cases are analyzed. Subsequently, using data from the Korean Railroad Research Institute, a benefit analysis is conducted based on expanded track capacity and the saving of time owing to the introduction of the express highspeed railway. Result – The express highspeed railway system is expected to increase the number of train lines from 262 to 348 and the scheduled speed from 168.3km/h to 192.2km/h. Considering reduced time value, the economic effect is about 80 million won per year. Conclusion – The findings suggest that the express highspeed railway is a promising option to improve efficiency and increase customer utility. This study contributes to the literature by initiating a discussion on the express system in Korea; practically, it offers railway operators guidelines for improving highspeed railway system efficiency that can be transformed into a variety of marketing options.

      • A Quantitative A naly sis of the Fire Hazard Generated from Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles

        There is a lack of information on (i) the potential fire load of new green-technology vehicles, (ii) flame spread behavior, (iii) thermal impacts on high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels (HSVs) and lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) during fuel cell electric vehicles fires (FCEVs), and (iv) thermal damage to adjacent vehicles and upper structural members during FCEV fires occurring in civil structures, such as underground spaces, multi-story parks, and tunnels. In view of this, a full-scale fire test was conducted in this study to quantitatively assess the fire risk of hydrogen FCEVs. Large-scale cone calorimetry was used to quantify the thermal intensity released from the FCEV fire. The flame spreading behavior through an FCEV with HSVs and LIBs was observed using the thermocouples installed. Changes in the temperature and irradiance around the FCEV fire were also measured using an instrumented test rig. The peak heat release rate, total heat released, and fire growth rate were observed to be 5.99 MW, 11.8 GJ, and 0.0055 kW/s², respectively. The temporal point of hydrogen gas release from the HSVs' thermal pressure relief device (TPRD) was estimated to be 16.2-26.2 min. The initiation of thermal runaway of LIBs was deduced from the temperature-time profiles of the LIB modules and their metal housing approximately 22.2 min after HCEV ignition. Moreover, FCEV fires could thermally impair adjacent upper structural members by 800 ℃ combustion gas for at least 13 min and emit a median heat flux of 27.2 kW/m² (peak heat flux of 76.5 kW/m²) to adjacent vehicles. The measurements and findings obtained from this study can contribute to the evaluation of and further studies on newly emerging fire hazards.

        25-Hydroxycholesterol (cholest-5-ene-3, 25-diol, 25-OHC) showed the cytotoxicity on HeLa human cervix and NCI-H460 human lung cancer cells, 0.5 μM of 50% inhibitory concentration. We studied 25-OHC as the possibility of radiation sensitizer. The combination effect of 25-OHC and γ-irradiation measured using flow cytometer with propidium iodide stained cells. The combined treatment of 25-OHC and γ-irradiation did not show significant enhancing effects on Hela and NCI-H460 cells.

        As our quality of life increases from some point on, the concept of ‘beauty’ is changing. Among them, as the concept of ‘baby face’ becomes a vogue, the perception of ‘hair loss’ is rapidly changing. In the concept of hair loss being accepted as a natural aging phenomenon, it is becoming an important part of beauty, and it has even become an era where it occupies a large part of self-confidence in appearance. However, surprisingly, not a small number of people, but very many people are worried about hair loss, and the age at which they worry about it is getting younger. However, unlike increasing awareness of hair loss, there are too many cases where they have wrong opinions about hair loss. In this regard, I would like to solve the basic concepts and misunderstandings about hair loss and introduce the right treatment.
