      • 한우의 반추위내에서 요소 및 암모니아처리 볏짚과 황산병용처리 볏짚의 In situ 유기물 분해율

        본 시험은 볏짚의 수분함량을 30%로 조절하여 농업용 요소 6%를 수용액상태로 처리한 요소처리 볏짚과 암모니아가스 3%를 처리한 암모니아처리 볏짚을 밀봉상태로 45일간 보관한후 개봉하여 이들 처리볏짚의 1/2에 해당하는 양에 농황산 2.2%를 처리하여 요소-황산병용처리 및 암모니아-황산병용처리 볏짚을 제조하여 화학적 조성을 분석하고, 한우의 의해 in situ 유기물 분해율을 측정하였으며, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 볏짚의 유기물 소실율은 암모니아-황산병용처리>암모니아처리>요소-황산병용처리>요소처리 볏짚순으로 높았다. 2. 유기물의 잠재적 소화율은 타처리에 비하여 암모니아처리 볏짚에서 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 3. 볏짚의 유기물분해율(P)은 암모니아-황산병용처리>암모니아처리>요소-황산병용처리>요소처리 볏짚순으로 높았다. 4. 사료섭취량에 따른 한우의 반추위내 통과율이 시간당 6%일 때 72시간 발효시 예상유기물 분해율(ED)은 요소처리, 암모니아처리, 요소-황산병용처리 및 암모니아-황산병용처리 볏짚이 각각 18.97, 21.63, 24.66 및 29.09%이였다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of two phase treatments of urea-sulfuric acid and ammonia-sulfuric acid combination on in situ organic matter degradability of rice straw as ruminant feedstuff. Rice straw were treated with 6% urea (W/DM) or 3% ammonia (W/DM) for at least 45 days and further with sulfuric acid for overnight to complete the combination treatments. The treated rice straws were then sun-dried, and the chemical composition of the treated rice straws were analyzed. Also, Four Korean native bulls (550±30.5kg) were used to determine the in situ organic matter degradability in rumen. The treatments included urea-treated, ammonia-treated, urea·H_2SO_4 combination-treated and ammonia·H_2SO_4 combination-treated rice straws. In situ disappearance of organic matter (OM) in the rumen was significantly (P<0.05) higher in ammonia·H_2SO_4 combination-treated rice straw than those of other treatments. Potential digestibility of OM were slightly higher in ammonia-treated rice straw than those of other treatments. Organic matter degradabilities (P) in the rumen was high in ammonia·H_2SO_4 combination-treated with following by ammonia-treated, urea·H_2SO_4 combination-treated and urea-treated rice straw. When passage rate of 6% in rumen of korean native bulls was applied, effective degradabilities (ED) of OM of urea-treated, ammonia-treated, urea·H_2SO_4 combination-treated and ammonia·H_2SO_4 combination-treated rice straw were 18.97, 21.63, 24.66 and 29.09% after incubation for 72 hrs time, respectively.

        I wanted to know the organization and educational affairs of the 8 open universities in Korea and Chinju open university, and surveyed the school regulations and rules of education matters. (1) The organization of open university is composed of departments and faculties, a graduate school, auxiliary organs and educational administrative branches. Also, the open university is made up of a student council and a faculty council, and a student council is divided into a student’s meeting for the student activities and a board of representatives for decision A faculty council is delibration organization, and departments, auxiliary organs and educational administrative branches are executive organization for the school affairs. (2) The students of open university are selected out of the university selective examination, and the method of entrance into open university is various, there are the fresh, admissible, transmissible entrance and reentrance etc. The period of attendance at an undergraduate is unlimitted, but the period of temporary absence from school is two years. A school year is decided by the obtained credits, an university has the first, second and seasonal term. (3) The opening credits of the total subjects on a shcool curriculum are 110~l35% of the graduation credits(l40 units), that of the curriculum studies are drawn up 0~30% of the total opening credits. But, the opening credits of the essential subjects are formed different from an university. A student can apply the 20~21 units per a term and take 38~40 units per a school year. (4) The result of studies is estimated by the presence, reports, examination, practice and experimentation etc., that is recorded at the degree of 9 steps(A^+~D^0). A graduation examination and ceremony is enforced twice per a school year, also, the subjects of a graduation examination are English and the 4 subjects of major field. One who take 40~60% over of a subject and 60% over of total subjects is paased in a graduation examination. (5) The educational money due is decided by the applied credit units, and the student with excellent results and a labour service to be paid from a scholarship fund. But, student can't act political activities and political party's activeties, also, can't activeties in a management of educational affairs. (6) There are school regulations, educational rule, rules of student activities, management rules of auxiliary organs, rules of committe and rules of administrative branches on the educational affairs.

      • 발단 단계별로 분할한 생쥐 수정란에 Rat H-Y 항체 처리가 분할란의 발달에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was carried out to develop a new technique of identifying XX or XY-bearing bisected embryos prior to implantation by immunological method. H-Y antiserum prepared in inbred Wistar female rats by repeated immunization with spleen cells from males of the same strain. The reactivity of H-Y antibody was confirmed by culturing mouse embryos in the medium containing H-Y antiserum and complement obtained from the guinea pig. The optimal condition for the activity of H-Y antibody was also investigated by culturing embryos under the concentration or affected H-Y antibody and culture rate. The bisection rate of mouse embryo at 4-cell stage(64.6%) was significantly(P<0.05) low than 8-cell(76.0%), morula(81.2%) or blastocyst(81.3%). And not significantly(P<0.05) different from 4 to 8-cell and morula to blastocyst stage embryos. When the bisected embryos without any damage from microsurgery were cultured in vitro up to twin blastocyst or twin reformated blastocyst, the in vitro development of demi-embryos bisected at morula to blastocyst was 81.6 to 84.7%. However, the in vitro development of demi-embryos bisected at 4-cell(31.6%) to 8-cell(37.8%) stage was significantly(P<0.05) lower. The lysis-rate of bisected 4- to 8-cell and morula to blastocyst embryo was 42.7 and 58.6%. The morphology embryos of zona-free and intact embryos showed the embryos lysis rate of 48.5 and 42.7% respectively(P<0.05).

        This paper presents the development of flight control system of the close range surveillance UAV. The developed flight control system is composed of hardware and software including flight control and guidance algorithm. It includes the essential functions of UAV such as autopilot, point navigation and preprogram mode. The results of flight and PILS test show that the flight control system possesses the performance suitable for the purpose of close range surveillance.

        율무의 사료적 가치에 관한 연구 1 . 파종시기가 율무의 생육 및 조곡생산에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the seeding period on the characteristics and grain production of Coix lacryma L. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The height of plants, leaf-size and number of tiller were higher in the treatment sown from late March to late April than in the treatment sown in May. 2. The height of plant was decreased as the seeding period progressed. However the number of seed per plant was increased as the seeding period progressed. 3. A highly (p$lt;0.001) significant difference was found in the production of grain according to the seeding periods. The treatment sown March 20 and April 8 produced 709.3㎏ and 681㎏ of grain per 10a, respectively and produced the highest amount among all the treatments. However the production of grain in the, treatments sown after May was decreased. 4. Average rice cleaning of Coix lachryma L. was 40%. 5. According to this experiment, the moderate seeding period of Coix lacryma L. was from late May to late April. 6. The crude protein of grain of Coix lacryma L. was 16.47%. Therefore it may be concluded that Coix lacryma L. can be used as a feed and food.
