서해 태안반도 연안에서 오터트롤에 채집된 저서생물의 종조성 및 계절변동

To investigate specie composition and seasonal variation of demersal organisms in the coastal waters off the Taean peninsula, otter trawl surveys were conducted from April 2010 to January 2011. A total of 75 species were collected including 44 species of Pisces, 19 species of Crustacea, 6 species of Cephalopoda, 4 species of Gastropoda, and I spe-cies each of Bivalvia and Echinoidea. The dominant species in each season were Palaemon gravieri in spring, Cha-rybdis bimaculata in summer, Loligo japonica in autumn, and Crangon hakodatei in winter. The number of species, individuals and biomass were highest in autumn and lowest in winter. The diversity index was highest in summer and lowest in winter. The dominance index was highest in winter and lowest in summer. The richness index was highest in autumn and lowest in winter. The evenness index was highest in summer and lowest in autumn. A cluster analysis showed that demersal organisms were divided into two groups; spring and winter organisms (Group 1) and summer and autumn organisms (Group 2). We detected a significant difference (P<0.05) between these groups, mainly owing to Platycephalus indicus, Repomucenus koreanus, and Paralichthys olivaceus within Pisces: Trachysalambria curvi-rostris, Metapenaeopsis dalei, P. gravieri and C. hakodatei within Crustacea: and L. japonica within Cephalopoda.
Structural Design and Analysis of Pico-class Satellite named STEP Cube Lab

The STEP Cube Lab (Cube Laboratory for Space Technology Experimental Projects) is a 1U cube satellite developed by the Space Technology Synthesis Laboratory of Chosun University to be launched in 2015. Its mission objective is twofold: to determine which of the fundamental space technologies researched at domestic universities, will be potential candidates for use in future space missions and to verify the effectiveness of the technologies by investigating mission data obtained from on-orbit operation of the cube satellite. In this paper, a structural design concept based on the 1U standard to achieve the mission objective is introduced. The validity of the design has been demonstrated by quasi-static analysis and modal analysis. In addition, a non-explosive separation device triggered by burn wire heating, which is one of the main mission payloads is introduced.
지체장애인의 자가운전에 대한 부산지역 일반인들의 인식도 조사

목적: 본 연구는 지체장애인의 자가운전에 대한 일반인들의 인식도를 파악하고자 부산지역 일반인을 대상으로 자가운전의 필요도와 요구도를 조사함으로써 차후 운전재활 활성화 방안 마련을 위한 기초자료 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 2014년 5월 10일부터 5월 23일 까지 부산지역의 일반인 150명을 대상으로 지체장애인의 자가운전에 대한 인식도를 조사하기 위해 방문설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 대부분 지체장애인의 경우 안전운전이 어렵다는 인식을 가지고 있었다. 하지만 장애인의 자가운전의 필요성 및 욕구에 대해서는 이동권을 확보하기 위해 필요하다고 하였고, 이를 위해 교육이나 훈련시설 및 인력 확충이 요구된다고 하였다. 결론: 일반인들의 장애인들의 자가운전에 대한 인식개선이 필요하고, 지체장애인들을 대상으로 전문적이고 체계적인 운전재활 시스템 활성화가 필요하다. 또한 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 관련 법 및 제도개선이 필요할 것이다. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to present the basis for the necessary help enable future driving rehabilitation plan prepared by examining the public awareness of busan on self-driving by the people with physical disability. Methods: From May 10th, 2014 to May 23th, 2014 visit to the surveys were conducted to examine the operation of the self-awareness of the handicapped for the public 150 people in Busan. Results: For most of the physically disabled had to recognize safe driving is difficult. But the move was necessary to secure the rights for the disabled driving needs and desires of the self, and that the expansion of education and training facilities and personnel required for this purpose. Conclusion: Driving awareness of the need to improve the public for the disabled and handicapped targeted at professional and systematic driving rehabilitation system activation is required. In addition, laws and institutions will be needed to support this improvement.
일부 지역 초등학교 고학년의 채소 선호 영향 요인 : 사회인지이론을 기반으로

본 연구는 초등학생의 채소 섭취 부족 문제를 개선하고자, 사회인지론을 기반으로 초등학생의 채소 선호도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고 실제 영양교육 시 활용할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하여 초등학생의 올바른 식습관 정립과 채소 섭취 증진에 도움이 되고자 한다. 조사는 2018년 6월 한달 간 초등학교 5 ~ 6학년 177명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 조사대상자는 남학생은 54.2%, 여학생은 45.8%이었으며 그 중 5학년이 27.7%, 6학년이 72.3%로 6학년의 비율이 높았다. 채소선호도에 대해 ‘좋아한다’, ‘매우 좋아한다’고 응답한 아동을 채소선호군으로, ‘싫어한다’와 ‘매우 싫어한다’라고 응답한 아동을 채소비선호군으로 분류하였다. 사회인지론의 개인적 요인에 있어 긍정적 결과기대와 자아효능감은 채소선호군이 채소비선호군에 비해 모든 항목에서 유의적으로 높은 점수를 보였다. 부정적 장애요인에서는 모든 항목에서 채소비선호군의 점수가 채소선호군에 비해 유의적으로 높았고, 특히 채소는 맛이 없다는 것이 가장 큰 장애요인이었다. 행동적 요인에 있어서는 채소에 관한 영양지식은 군 간의 차이 없이 모두 높은 점수를 보였으나, 실천도에 있어서는 낮은 값을 보여 채소섭취에 대한 실천도가 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 환경적 요인에 있어서 사회적 환경인 주변인에서는 채소선호군이 채소비선호군에 비해 유의적으로 점수가 높아 주변인의 충고를 받아들일 용의가 높음을 알 수 있었고, 가장 영향력 있는 사람은 의사와 부모님이었다. 물리적 환경에서는 모든 항목에서 채소선호군의 점수가 높아 채소선호군에 속한 아동이 채소에 대한 접근성이 높은 환경에 있음을 알 수 있었다. 사회인지론의 요인들과 채소선호도와의 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 사회인지론의 요인들 중 영양지식을 제외한 모든 요인들이 채소선호도와 유의적인 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 주변인 (p < 0.01), 행동실천도 (p < 0.01) 및 자아효능감 (p < 0.05) 등이 채소선호도에 정 (+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 초등학생의 채소 선호도를 높이고 채소 섭취를 증가시키기 위해서는 영양중재활동을 통해 단순히 영양지식을 제공하기보다는 채소를 먹음으로써 나타나는 긍정적 결과 기대를 높이고, 채소가 맛이 없다는 것에 대한 부정적인 생각을 변화시키고, 채소를 잘 먹을 수 있다는 자신감을 고취시키며, 의사와 부모님 등 주변인들의 적극적인 격려가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting vegetable preferences of children based on the social cognitive theory to reduce imbalances in vegetable consumption. Methods: The survey investigated 177 elementary school students in Yangsan, Gyeongsangnam-do, in June of 2018. The subjects consisted of 44 fifth graders (27.7%) and 128 (72.3%) sixth graders. Results: Among personal factors of the Social Cognitive Theory, positive outcome expectation and self-efficacy of the vegetable preference group were significantly higher than those of the non-preference group. Negative barrier scores of the non-preference group were significantly higher than those of the preference group, and the biggest barrier was that vegetables were tasteless. Among behavioral factors, the nutritional knowledge of vegetables was high, but the degree of practice was low. Practice score of the vegetable preference group was significantly higher than that of the non-preference group. Among environmental factors, the vegetable preference group was more likely to accept advice from people around them than the non-preference group and the most influential people were doctors and parents. In the vegetable intake environment, children in the vegetable preference group had high accessibility to vegetables. Correlation analysis and regression analysis of the social cognitive factors and vegetable preferences revealed all factors except nutritional knowledge showed significant correlation with vegetable preference. And surrounding people (p < 0.01), practice (p < 0.01), and self-efficacy (p < 0.05) had positive effects on vegetable preference. Conclusion: These results suggest that providing the health benefits from eating vegetables and educating children for improving their self-confidence are necessary for increasing the preference for vegetables and their intake by children.

We investigated the protective effects of 3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (BDB) from Polysiphonia morrowii Harvey against hydrogen peroxide (H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>)-induced apoptosis in Vero cells. BDB exhibited scavenging activity for DPPH, hydroxyl, and alkyl radicals. BDB also inhibited H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-induced lipid peroxidation, cell death, and apoptosis in Vero cells by inhibiting the production of ROS. To evaluate the molecular mechanisms of apoptosis inhibition, the expression of Bax/Bcl-xL and NF-κB was assessed by western blot assay. BDB significantly suppressed the cleavage of caspase-9 and PARP and reduced Bax levels in H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-induced Vero cells. Besides, BDB suppressed the phosphorylation of NF-κB and the translocation of p65 in H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-induced cells. Furthermore, we evaluated the effect of BDB on ROS production, cell death, and lipid peroxidation in an H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-stimulated zebrafish embryo model. Taken together, these results indicated that ROS generation and cell death were significantly inhibited by BDB in zebrafish embryos, thereby proving that BDB exerts excellent antioxidant activity in vitro and in vivo.
