Comme ecrivain, malraux demande s’il existe une donne sur quoi se fonder la notion d’homme. Cette probleme metaphysque procede de sa profonde penetration de la civilization. Il analyse l’histoire de la civilization europeenne: L’homme europeen quitte Dieu pour devenir le maitre de ce monde. En fait, l’homme est mort après la mort de Dieu. Pourquoi? L’homme espere que la science peut elucider, la Verite, l’Etre, la notion d’homme. Mais la science ne tend pas a une notion d’homme, mais a une commaissance du cosos. A la verite, le progress de la science ne peut elucide la relation du monde-homme, la domaine de la verite. Alors, l’homme sans Dieu se end compte de sa condition. La conaition de l’homme provident de ce qu’il est dans le monde.

Although mathematics is a core position, it is confined to materials of learning in these days. Therefore, people neglect the value of educational mathematics. For ultimate purpose in mathematical education, students choose necessary materials which are existing from utility or an academic purpose. Also, this purpose prepares effective learning's guidance. Choosing necessary materials of the existing mathematical materials is required to philosophy or principle which follows up coherent generalization of mathematical materials. Firstly, what mathematical education emphasizes depends on practical value. Secondly, mathematical sense necessaries to understand movement of politics, economy, and society. Moreover, it is necessary to understand either modern art or modern culture. Thirdly, there is the value of cultivation. In this paper I emphasize the purpose of mathematical forms which are following the frame in every variety. The frame consists of either mathematical development or self-esteem in mathematical education. In present, The mathematical education is future indication. I think that many scholars or teachers recognize mathematical necessary and importance and continually study for a better direction.

Iridology, developed more than 100 years ago, is the diagnosis of medical conditions through noting irregularities of the pigmentation in the iris The purpose of this study is to compare interrelation between CVA, hypertension family history and cardio-renal connective tissue in Iris Constitution through iris constitution examination. The subjects consist of 114 patients who were examined in Iris Constitution at Chonju Oriental Medicine Hospital attached to Wonkwang Univ. from September. 1St. 2000 to August. 31th. 2002. 1. In the distribution of Iris Constitution, among of 79cases, There are neurogenic type 13cases, abdominal connective tissue weakness constitution 31 cases, cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution 6 cases, cholesterol 7 cases and others 22 case in control group. 2. There are familial history of CVA and hypertention 32 cases, no familial history of CVA and hypertention1 3 cases, in 35cases of experimental group. These results imply that there is meaningfulness of interrelation between cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution and. CVA, hypertention.

<P>Abstract. We conducted long-term network observations using standardized Multi-Axis Differential optical absorption spectroscopy (MAX-DOAS) instruments in Russia and ASia (MADRAS) from 2007 onwards and made the first synthetic data analysis. At seven locations (Cape Hedo, Fukue and Yokosuka in Japan, Hefei in China, Gwangju in Korea, and Tomsk and Zvenigorod in Russia) with different levels of pollution, we obtained 80 927 retrievals of tropospheric NO2 vertical column density (TropoNO2VCD) and aerosol optical depth (AOD). In the technique, the optimal estimation of the TropoNO2VCD and its profile was performed using aerosol information derived from O4 absorbances simultaneously observed at 460-490 nm. This large data set was used to analyze NO2 climatology systematically, including temporal variations from the seasonal to the diurnal scale. The results were compared with Ozone Monitoring Instrument (OMI) satellite observations and global model simulations. Two NO2 retrievals of OMI satellite data (NASA ver. 2.1 and Dutch OMI NO2 (DOMINO) ver. 2.0) generally showed close correlations with those derived from MAX-DOAS observations, but had low biases of up to ~50%. The bias was distinct when NO2 was abundantly present near the surface and when the AOD was high, suggesting a possibility of incomplete accounting of NO2 near the surface under relatively high aerosol conditions for the satellite observations. Except for constant biases, the satellite observations showed nearly perfect seasonal agreement with MAX-DOAS observations, suggesting that the analysis of seasonal features of the satellite data were robust. Weekend reduction in the TropoNO2VCD found at Yokosuka and Gwangju was absent at Hefei, implying that the major sources had different weekly variation patterns. While the TropoNO2VCD generally decreased during the midday hours, it increased exceptionally at urban/suburban locations (Yokosuka, Gwangju, and Hefei) during winter. A global chemical transport model, MIROC-ESM-CHEM (Model for Interdisciplinary Research on Climate-Earth System Model-Chemistry), was validated for the first time with respect to background NO2 column densities during summer at Cape Hedo and Fukue in the clean marine atmosphere. </P>
Relay Performance Analysis of TTR and STR Relay Modes in IEEE 802.16j MMR System

The IEEE802.16j standard uses non-transparent relay stations to extend coverage. There are two types of non-transparent relay modes, that is, the time-division transmit and receive (TTR) relay mode which can operate with one of two types of frame structures, a single-frame and multiframe structure, and the simultaneous transmit and receive (STR) relay mode. In this paper, we analyze the relay performance of TTR and STR relay modes in IEEE 802.16j MMR system. We also propose a fair resource allocation scheme for the downlink relay frame. Numerical results show that relay performance of the TTR with a single-frame or a multiframe structure and that of the STR relay modes are almost the same in a two-hop system. However, in a three-hop system, the TTR mode with a single-frame structure outperforms other relay modes.

Due to increased consumption of energy in the building environment, the building energy management systems (BEMS) solution has been developed to achieve energy saving and efficiency. However, because of the shortage of building energy management specialists and incompatibility among the energy management systems of different vendors, the BEMS solution can only be applied to limited buildings individually. To solve these problems, we propose a building cluster based remote energy monitoring and management (EMM) system and its functionalities and roles of each sub-system to simultaneously manage the energy problems of several buildings. We also introduce a novel energy demand forecasting algorithm by using past energy consumption data. Extensive performance evaluation study shows that the proposed regression based energy demand forecasting model is well fitted to the actual energy consumption model, and it also outperforms the artificial neural network (ANN) based forecasting model.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and explore the characteristics of cultural and tourism resources possessed by traditional temples located in urban areas. For this research, two appropriate cases were selected using the list of traditional temples in Seoul designated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2009. As a result of this study, it was confirmed which factors influence the utilization of urban cultural and tourism resources.
