      • 두경부환자 고정기구제작을 통한치료기 가동범위에 관한 고찰

        목적 : 방사선치료가 발전함에 따라 3D-CRT나 IMRT 등의 새로운 치료기법이 등장하게되었다. 이러한 치료법은 여러 방향의 방사선조사를 필요로 한다. 그러나 지금의 선형가속기만으로는 사실상 여러 방향의 방사선조사에 많은 제약이 따른다. 본원에서는 이러한 장치적제한을 극복하고 궁극적으로 다양한 방향의 선속을 이용함으로서 선량분포를 개선하고자 두경부고정장치를 제작하였다. 이에 기존의 고정장치에 비해 치료기의 가동범위가 얼만큼 효율적으로 개선되었는지를 정량적으로 측정하여 조사하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 선형가속기 Couch에 기존의 고정장치를 놓고 Gantry를 각각 $45^{\circ},\;90^{\circ},\;135^{\circ}$에서 고정시키고 Couch를 돌려 장비의 clearance를 확인한다. 또한 Couch를 $0^{\circ},\;45^{\circ},\;90^{\circ}$에서 고정시키고 Gantry의 clearance를 확인한 후 제작된 Extended Head Holder(EHH)를 Couch에 부착하고 다시 앞에서 시행한 방법과 동일한 과정을 반복함으로서 EHH부착 후의 Gantry와 Couch사이의 clearance의 개선여부를 확인한다. 결과 : Gantry를 고정하고 Couch를 회전시켜본 결과 $45^{\circ}$에서는 큰 차이가 없었으나 $90^{\circ},\;135^{\circ}$로 각도가 커질수록 EHH를 사용한 경우 Couch의 가동범위가 커지는 것으로 나타났으며, Couch를 고정시키고 Gantry를 회전시킨 경우는 $45^{\circ}$에서 EHH를 사용한 경우가 사용하지 않을 경우보다 가동범위가 크게 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있었고 $0^{\circ}$와 $90^{\circ}$에서는 모두다 양호한 가동상태를 보여주었다. 또한 방사선의 후방조사시 EHH의 사용으로 Couch의 frame에 의한 방사선 감쇄를 막을 수 있었다. 결과 : 두경부환자의 치료 시 환자고정기구(EHH)를 제작하여 사용함으로서 보다 많은 방향에서 방사선조사가 가능해지고 이로 인해 보다나은 치료계획을 세울 수 있게 되었으며, 치료장비의 회전에 따른 장비와 환자사이 또는 장비와 장비사이의 안전공간이 보다 많이 확보될 수 있었다. 그리고 외국의 제품에 비해 저렴한 가격으로 제작이 가능하였고 또한 치료소모품의 절약을 가져올 수가 있게 되었다. Purpose : New therapy technique appeared in 3D-CRT or IMRT according to a radiation treatment developing and worked. Such treatment technique requires the radiation irradiation of many direction. It has many restriction at radiation irradiation of many direction to the linear acceleration deception of now actually. Consequently We make new fix device and measure consequently the improvement of the activate range. Method and Material : We upload the fix device on a linear accelerator Couch. We fixed Gantry at 45, 90, 135 and Couch is spin and measure the clearance of the equipment. Couch is fixed at 0 45 90 and measures the clearance of Gantry. We upload the Extended head holder(EHH) on a linear accelerator Couch. and We measure with the experiment of the front. Result : The action range did not have big difference to increase Gantry45. but The activate range of Couch increases the angle in Gantry 90 and Gantry 135 when it uses EHH. The activate range of Gantry increases the angle in Couch 45 when it uses EHH. We showed good activate situation all in Couch 0 and Couch 90. The utility of EHH could keep a behind radiation diminution. Conclusion : The radiation irradiation of many direction comes to be possible the utility of the fix instrument(EHH). The safety space between the patient and equipment or between equipment and equipment increased the utility of the fix device. Also, The manufacture is possible imports to rather cheap price. and We could bring the frugality of the treatment expendable supplies.

      • 서울형 대중교통전용지구 도입 연구

        The purpose of this report is to present ways to introduce transit malls in Seoul. For this purpose, it discusses the concepts and goals of the transit malls, their domestic and overseas examples, methods for selecting and evaluating candidates for the malls, and strategies for their design and management. In comparison to pedestrian malls or full malls, the transit malls aim to improve the pedestrian environment and convenience of public transit in the short term, and by fulfilling these short-term goals, they expect to reactivate urban activities and manage transport demands in the long term. To explore candidates for transit malls that contribute to achieving the above-stated short- and long-term goals, this report reviews the literature and analyzes domestic and overseas examples. Accordingly, it develops a total of 13 evaluation criteria. Through a multiple number of expert interviews, the criteria are categorized into two groups:the “effectiveness” group consisting of nine criteria and “constraint” group of the other four. Then, each of the two groups is categorized into two subgroups. In order to identify the priority of the criteria, this report performs a survey of 50 experts in the field of transportation and urban planning. Their responses are analyzed by analytic hierarchy process. Through this process, it identifies the criterion of “large-scale walk-oriented facilities” as the most important. As such, variables related to this criterion are used to sample 30 candidates in total. To analyze the suitability of the candidates, this report quantifies the evaluation criteria. For the quantification, it obtains secondary data administered by governmental bodies, and otherwise, it collects primary data through field work. A group of candidates with highest scores are screened among which this report finally choose those with better characteristics that cannot be quantified (i.e., not evaluated by the criteria). After the selection of the final candidates, this report addresses strategies for designing and managing transit malls. It identifies stakeholders and explains pros and cons anticipated by the stakeholders. As such, it proposes the strategies. By describing the virtuous and vicious circles of the costs and benefits expected by introducing the transit malls, this reports confirms the validity of building transit malls in Seoul inasmuch as the virtuous circle is more likely to occur. Transit malls are desirable from the perspective of the activation (or reactivation) of urban shopping and management of transport demands, but at the same time, it should be noted that the malls cannot be the panacea for these goals and indeed, many negative examples are found overseas. Therefore, it is recommended that in the short term, a demonstration project be implemented and monitored, so the city and district governments can identify issues and challenges and address them, in the mid-term, the malls be expanded for public relations, and in the long-term, they be developed in line with such visions as “streets appealing to pedestrians” and “car-free streets”.

        PLC and Arduino Interaction Based on Modbus Protocol

        This Paper introduces the design and communication method between PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and Arduino based on MODBUS Protocol. MODBUS connection can be established in a new or existing system very easily, therefore we used this protocol in our proposed system. In the field of automatic devices, multi-function serial port such as RS232, RS422, RS485, and so on creates a great convenience to the developer. This proposed system used RS485 as a key mediator for data exchanging on a connected network. We also believe that it will reduce the development cost in various automated industry because this system can be reused or can be implemented any such PLC installed machines. RS485 is used as a communication interface between PLC (as a slave) and Arduino (as a master), through which a reliable network is created for safe and fast communication. Furthermore, RS485 allows multiple devices(up to 32) to communicate at half duplex on a single pair of wires and provides a long connectivity area (up to 1200 meters) as compare to other device, which makes it a user-friendly for various devices in the automated industry. Moreover, Arduino can play as a mediator by connecting third party device and setup a communication network with PLC.
