고속철도 건설과 관련하여 지하수위 분포를 이용한 지하수환경 변화 분석

This study is aimed for estimating change of groundwater environment in relation to constructing Honam express railway in Cheonan-Iksan section. This study was conducted by measuring depth to water and by calculating groundwater level anomaly. Depth to water ranges from 0.03 to 21.1 m and ranges from 0.17 to 227.95 m mean sea level. Distributions of depth to water, of groundwater elevation and of groundwater level anomaly were analyzed to estimate water-level change due to express railway construction. High water-level anomaly section is found in Jangjae(Cheonan)-Daejeon-Iksan section with anomaly index 85.39. High water-level change is anticipated in 22.22-24.19 km, 25.1-25.53 km, 25.53-26.46 km, 26.46-27.77 km, 28.7-29.29 km, 30.18-30.26 km, and 30.26-32.4 km sections from the start of Jangjae(Cheonan).

Recently, the nano-PM's number concentration emitted by diesel internal combustion engine has drawn attentions because this particulate matters are suspected being hazardous of human health. In this study, The nano-PM mass and size of diesel passenger vehicles were measured on chassis dynamometer test bench. The particulate matters (PM) emissions of these vehicles were investigated for number concentration too. A condensation particle counter (CPC) system was applied to measure the particle number and size concentration of diesel exhaust particles at the end of dilution tunnel along the NEDC(ECE1 5+EUDC) and CVS-75 vehicle test mode. As the research result, the characteristic of vehicle test mode on the diesel nano-particle number and size distribution was investigated in this study.

In this study, diesel passenger vehicle were measured on. chassis dynamometer test bench. this base engine was investigated by number measurement. so the particulate matter and gaseous emission were measured each test vehicle, fuel, mode condition on chassis dynamometer test bench that using the apparatus recommended by PMP(Particle Measurement Program) A condensation particle counter (CPC) system was applied to measure the particle number and size concentration of diesel exhaust particles at the end of dilution tunnel along the NEDC vehicle test mode. The effects of Bio diesel fuel on the Diesel nano particle number and size distribution was investigated in this study.

A phase-change material of Sb<SUB>65</SUB>Se<SUB>35</SUB> was newly proposed for the nonvolatile memory applications. The fabricated phase-change memory device using Sb<SUB>65</SUB>Se<SUB>35</SUB> showed a good electrical threshold switching characteristic in the dc current-voltage (I-V) measurement. The programming time for set operation of the memory device decreased from 1 μs to 250 ns when Sb<SUB>65</SUB>Se<SUB>35</SUB> was introduced in place of the conventionally employed Ge<SUB>2</SUB>Sb<SUB>2</SUB>Te<SUB>5</SUB> (GST). The reset current of Sb<SUB>65</SUB>Se<SUB>35</SUB> device also dramatically reduced from 15 mA to 1.6 mA, compared with that of GST device. These results are attributed to the low melting temperature and high crystallization speed of Sb<SUB>65</SUB>Se<SUB>35</SUB> and will contribute to lower power and higher speed operations of a phase-change nonvolatile memory.

With the development of deep learning along with artificial intelligence, ethical problems that abuse it while providing convenience to humans have increased. While the problem of voice phishing intensifies with deep voices synthesized using artificial neural networks, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between real voices and voices coated with voice synthesis technology to explore factors that can identify voices. As a result of the paper, it was confirmed that the characteristics of the experimenters voice were maintained in certain areas even though they were synthesized as deep voices. Through this area, it was possible to specify the voice before synthesis in the deep voice.
마이크로 서비스 아키텍처 설계 및 구축을 위한 가상화 기술별 성능 비교 분석

This paper tested servers implemented with KVM and Docker virtualization technologies in the microservice architecture. The servers implemented on top of each virtualization technology were loaded by creating threads through JMeter. We measured response time and throughput in two cases where the load on the server increases radically for one second and gradually for 30 seconds. We also tested the servers ability to recover from failures by measuring the time that the server reboots if it goes down due to a failure. For radical load tests, Docker performed approximately 1.3x better than KVM and for incremental load tests, Docker performed approximately 1.17x better than KVM. Average restart time measurements showed Docker 5.47 times faster than KVM. Through this paper, we hope to contribute to the choice of virtualization technology to developers who want to introduce micro-service architecture or adopt micro-service architecture.
