The dielectric relaxation properties of silicone rubbers are very important for investigating the polymer structure. In this study, a voltage of 10 kV was applied to the silicone rubber specimenon. As the mixed amount of the filler was increased to 50phr, 60phr, and 65phr, 50% half-life was not shown, and it was confirmed that the electrification voltage and the attenuation rate were also increased when time was 60 sec. When the voltage was 6 kV, 8 kV, and 10 kV were added to the specimen containing 50 phr of the filler, the he electrification voltage voltage increased and the attenuation rate decreased slightly. It was confirmed that humidity affects surface resistance and filler affects volume resistance.

The partial discharge is actively studied as a nondestructive diagnosis technique and very useful because partial discharge measurement reduces damage than conventional diagnosis techniques. In this paper, the measurement of partial discharge was investigated and studied on many specimens with void in Polyethyleneterephthalate. We made samples having artifical voids and measured partial discharge. In other to use as a practical diagnosis technique, we studied ways of measurement, measured cycles, the number of electric charges and phase generated partial discharge which could be use in other to diagnose defects of insulators.

This paper present the results of measured Thermally Stimulated Current of EPR(Ethylene Propylene Rubber) sheet material with variation of bias temperature range of -35~80[℃], the quality of the material of electrode, condition.The origins of these peaks are that, low temperature peak seems to result from dipole, and high temperature peak from the orientation electronic trap.

In this paper, the dielectric properties is made researches by the dose of in order to investigate the electrical properties for trans former oils due to the irradition of electron beam. The experimental condition of measuring the dielectric loss is performed 20~120[℃]in temperature range, 30~1.5X10??[㎐]in frequency, and 300~1500[㎷] in voltage. It is confirmed that carbonyl groups is increased according to increasing the dose of electron beam, and also that the nitric compounds are disappeared as a result of investigating the physical properties using infrared spectrum of specimen. In the experiment for the dielectric properties of specimen, the magnitude of dielectric dissipation factor appears maximun value by the contribution of dipoles and ions in the low temperature, low voltage region, and it is stable due to the saturation of carrier in the high temperature, high voltage region in the electric conduction characteristics.

Composite insulating materials used in outdoor high voltage equipments are required to have the high electric performance because of the miniaturization. The frequence dependence of the permittivity and the loss tangent have important information. In this paper we describe the frequency dependence of the permittivity and the loss tangent for epoxy resin filled with silica and the influence of filler shapes on the dielectric properties. The increment of tan δ in the low frequency region is caused by the increment of both the electrical conductivity and the polarization due to the shape of filler and the water sbsorbed in and near the interface between fillers and resins. The result of charge current and discharge measure, electric conduction is increased according to voltage.
Pt 화합물 변화에 의한 실리콘 고무의 유전특성에 관한 연구

Pt complex was mixed with 0.0~0.2phr in the silicone copolymer, and the specific dielectric constant and Tanδ were measured, and FTIR and SEM analysis were obtained the following results. The dielectric constant hardly changes even when the temperature rises, and it increases as the frequency increases, which is thought to be due to the Pt 0.1~0.2phr complex entering during mixing. Tanδ's loss peak decreases as the Pt complex increases, which is thought to be because it was cross-linked by additional reactions. In all of the FTIR spectra, the peak due to Si-C at 800cm-1 wave number and the deformation peak due to Si-CH3 at 1200cm-1 wave number were observed. 4)In the SEM picture, it was confirmed that the inside of the specimen became finer as the Pt complex increased.
