( Muhammad Faisal Putro Utomo ),( Anak Agung Gde Raka Prasetya Wibawa ),( Komang Ayu Kartika Sari ) 대한결핵 및 호흡기학회 2019 대한결핵 및 호흡기학회 추계학술대회 초록집 Vol.127 No.-

problem in pulmonology disease. The incidence of recurrent TB is quite frequent in TB patients. The occurrence of relapse was associate with anti-TB drug resistance. In addition to increasing of drug resistance, it also escalate the source of TB transmission in the community. Family medicine have an important role to manage the condition in community, especially as a first-line to discontinue the disease spread based on prevention, curative, and rehabilitation. This is a case report study conducted at Ubud Health Care Center. Data were recorded from anamnesis, physical examination, laboratory findings, and home visit.. Female, 55 y.o with complain shortness of breath since 1 year ago, getting worst at night, bloody cough, and decreased of body weight. The patient had history of TB 10 years ago and got the complete treatment with firstline anti-TB drugs. Patient also confirmed with sputum test (+), and gene expert (+). The treatment continued with second-line therapy for 8 month. After 3 month intensive therapy with streptomycin injection, clinical finding were reduced. Home visit found patient have a low socio-economic level (unemployment, live with her relatives, poor hygiene, and low education). We intervened to improve her personal hygiene, mask use in their relatives, and provide counseling to all family member to reduce the spread of disease. In last visit, we evaluate the program with qualitative method. The patient and her relatives showed the increase of TB knowledge, reduced the disease spread with good hygiene, always use facemask. Family medicine approach from prevent the disease is more important compared with curative and rehabilitation. Doctor should to asses not only from clinical aspect, but also biopsychosocial-economy for good outcome.

      • A Fast Real-time Facial Expression Classifier Deep Learning-based for Human-robot Interaction

        Muhamad Dwisnanto Putro,Duy-Linh Nguyen,Kang-Hyun Jo 제어로봇시스템학회 2021 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2021 No.10

Human-robot interaction drives the need for vision technology to recognize user expressions. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) has been introduced as a robust facial feature extractor and can overcome classification task. However, it is not supported by efficient computation for real-time applications. The work proposes an efficient CNN architecture to recognize human facial expressions that consist of five stages containing a combination of lightweight convolution operations. It introduces the efficient contextual extractor with a partial transfer module to suppress computational compression. This technique is applied to the mid and high-level features by separating the channel-based input features into two parts. Then it applies sequential convolution to only one part and combines it with the previous separated part. A shuffle channel group is used to exchange the information extracted. The structure of the entire network generates less than a million parameters. The CK+ and KDEF datasets are used as training and test sets to evaluate the performance of the proposed architecture. As a result, the proposed classifier obtains an accuracy that is competitive with other methods. In addition, the efficiency of the classifier has strongly suitable for implementation to edge devices by achieving 43 FPS on a Jetson Nano.

      • Fast Eye Detector Using CPU Based Lightweight Convolutional Neural Network

        Muhamad Dwisnanto Putro,Duy-Linh Nguyen,Kang-Hyun Jo 제어로봇시스템학회 2020 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2020 No.10

Eye detection is a crucial task for the success of driver drowsiness detection. The eye location is determined by employing feature extractions to discriminate distinctive features. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) has achieved the best results in the object detection task. However, this requires expensive computation, whereas practical application demands for this work to run real-time on low-cost devices such as CPU. The eye feature is very different from other organ facial features, so the shallow architecture of CNN deserves to be employed. This paper proposes the Fast Eye-CPU (FE-CPU) as a real-time eye detector that can work on the CPU. The architecture consists of two main modules, including the backbone to rapidly extract features and the detection module for predicting eye regions. As a result, the detector achieves high accuracy on several benchmark datasets, and it can work in real-time by 467 frames per second on Intel I5-6600 as a CPU device.

        Adri Priadana,Muhamad Dwisnanto Putro,Xuan-Thuy Vo,Kang-Hyun Jo 제어로봇시스템학회 2022 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2022 No.11

Facial gender detectors have evolved into a vital component of an intelligent advertisement display platform. It is helpful to assist a decision of delivering appropriate advertisements to each audience. To reduce system costs, applications deployed in this platform must be able to run on a CPU. This work proposes a facial gender detector (FGCPU) that can be implemented on a CPU device to support an advertising display platform. The proposed CNN model consists of a multi-dilated convolution with attention modules (MudaNet). The multi-dilated convolution is applied to capture multi-scale features in an efficient manner. The attention module is used to rectify the quality of the feature map. This work’s training and validation process is conducted on the UTKFace, the Labeled Faces in the Wild (LFW), and the Adience Benchmark datasets. As a result, the proposed CNN model is proven to compete with other common and lightweight competitors’ CNN models on these three datasets. Regarding speed, the detector can operate 49.19 frames per second in real-time on a CPU device.

        Alfaruqi, Muhammad Hilmy,Islam, Saiful,Putro, Dimas Yunianto,Mathew, Vinod,Kim, Sungjin,Jo, Jeonggeun,Kim, Seokhun,Sun, Yang-Kook,Kim, Kwangho,Kim, Jaekook Elsevier 2018 ELECTROCHIMICA ACTA Vol.276 No.-

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Layered MnO2 is very attractive cathode material for zinc-ion battery (ZIB) due to its large interlayer distance, high discharge capacity, low cost, and environmental benignity. However, layered MnO2 exhibits capacity fading. Therefore, detailed studies of the structural transformation and electrochemical mechanism of layered MnO2 during cycling are urgently required for performance improvement. In this contribution, we have utilized <I>in situ</I> synchrotron, <I>ex situ</I> X-ray diffraction, and <I>ex situ</I> synchrotron X-ray absorption spectroscopy analyses in order to evaluate the structural transformation of a layered MnO2 during Zn-ion insertion. We found that during initial cycles, the electrode was able to maintain its layered structure; however, after prolonged cycles, it completely transformed into an irreversible spinel structure. We also observed the manganese dissolution from the electrode into the electrolyte during continuous cycling. The formation of irreversible spinel phase and manganese dissolution are responsible for capacity fading. Our findings provide the understanding for further improvement of layered MnO2 as cathode material for next generation ZIB systems.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Structural transformation of layered MnO2 during Zn-ion insertion is investigated. </LI> <LI> During initial cycles, layered MnO2 electrode is able to maintain its structure. </LI> <LI> Layered MnO2 electrode transforms into spinel structure after prolonged cycles. </LI> <LI> Spinel formation and manganese dissolution are responsible for capacity loss. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

        Duy-Linh Nguyen,Muhamad Dwisnanto Putro,Kang-Hyun Jo 제어로봇시스템학회 2020 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2020 No.10

Hand detection and recognition topic has been studied since the last century and is particularly concerned with the development of machine learning today. Inspired by the benefits of a convolution neural network (CNN), this paper proposed an efficient and lightweight architecture to detect the location of hand in the images. This network is deployed with two main blocks which are the feature extraction and the detection block. The feature extraction block starts by convolution layers, CReLU (Concatenated Rectified Linear Unit) module, and max pooling layers alternately. After that, the six inception modules are used and final by four convolution layers. The detection block is constructed by three blocks of two-sibling convolution layers using for classification and regression. The experiment was trained on the combination of EgoHands and Hand dataset. As evaluation, the detector was tested on Egohands test dataset with the results achieved 93.32% of AP (Average Precision). In addition, the speed was tested in real-time by 33.87 fps (frames per second) on Intel Core I7-4770 CPU @ 3.40 ㎓.

Population diversity, admixture, and demographic trend of the Sumba Ongole cattle based on genomic data

        Sudrajad Pita,Hartati Hartati,Soewandi Bayu Dewantoro Putro,Anwar Saiful,Hapsari Angga Ardhati Rani,Widi Tri Satya Mastuti,Bintara Sigit,Maharani Dyah 아세아·태평양축산학회 2024 Animal Bioscience Vol.37 No.4

Objective: Sumba Ongole (SO) cattle are valuable breed due to their important role in the development of Indonesian cattle. Despite rapid advances in molecular technology, no genomic studies on SO cattle have been conducted to date. The aim of this study is to provide genomic profile related to the population diversity, admixture, and demographic trends of SO cattle. Methods: Genomic information was gathered from 79 SO cattle using the Illumina Bovine SNP50 v3 Beadchip, and for comparative purposes, additional genotypes from 209 cattle populations worldwide were included. The expected and observed heterozygosity, inbreeding coefficient, pairwise fixation indices between-population, and Nei's genetic distance were examined. Multidimensional scaling, admixture, and treemix analyses were used to investigate the population structure. Based on linkage disequilibrium and effective population size calculations, the demographic trend was observed. Results: The findings indicated that the genetic diversity of SO cattle was similar to that of other indicine breeds. SO cattle were genetically related to indicines but not to taurines or Bali cattle. The study further confirmed the close relationship between SO, Ongole, and Nellore cattle. Additionally, a small portion of the Ongole mixture were identified dominant in the SO population at the moment. The study also discovered that SO and Bali cattle (Bos javanicus) could have been ancestors in the development of Ongole Grade cattle, which corresponds to the documented history of Ongolization. Our finding indicate that SO cattle have maintained stability and possess unique traits separate from their ancestors. Conclusion: In conclusion, the genetic diversity of the SO cattle has been conserved as a result of the growing significance of the present demographic trend. Consistent endeavors are necessary to uphold the fitness of the breed.
