모바일 게임은 간단한 조작과 짧은 라운드 형식으로 바쁜 현대인들을 위한 스트레스 해소용 게임으로써의 역할을 톡톡히 해내고 있다. 그 중에서도 자동실행 없이 직접 조작하여 게임에 집중하는 정도에 따라 점수를 매겨 성취감을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 러닝 어드벤처 게임이 몰입도가 높아 짧은 시간동안 힘든 일을 잊게 해주는 역할을 더욱 더 효율적으로 해낼 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Unity 3D 엔진의 NGUI 플러그인을 이용하여 모바일 환경에서 간단한 조작으로 가볍게 실행시킬 수 있는 2D 러닝 어드벤처 게임을 설계하는 것을 목표로 한다. <P>Schlemm's canal (SC) is a specialized vascular structure in the eye that functions to drain aqueous humor from the intraocular chamber into systemic circulation. Dysfunction of SC has been proposed to underlie increased aqueous humor outflow (AHO) resistance, which leads to elevated ocular pressure, a factor for glaucoma development in humans. Here, using lymphatic and blood vasculature reporter mice, we determined that SC, which originates from blood vessels during the postnatal period, acquires lymphatic identity through upregulation of prospero homeobox protein 1 (PROX1), the master regulator of lymphatic development. SC expressed lymphatic valve markers FOXC2 and integrin α9 and exhibited continuous vascular endothelial-cadherin (VE-cadherin) junctions and basement membrane, similar to collecting lymphatics. SC notably lacked luminal valves and expression of the lymphatic endothelial cell markers podoplanin and lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronan receptor 1 (LYVE-1). Using an ocular puncture model, we determined that reduced AHO altered the fate of SC both during development and under pathologic conditions; however, alteration of VEGF-C/VEGFR3 signaling did not modulate SC integrity and identity. Intriguingly, PROX1 expression levels linearly correlated with SC functionality. For example, PROX1 expression was reduced or undetectable under pathogenic conditions and in deteriorated SCs. Collectively, our data indicate that PROX1 is an accurate and reliable biosensor of SC integrity and identity.</P>

<P>ABSTRACT</P><P>Sumoylation is a post-translational regulatory process in diverse cellular processes in eukaryotes, involving conjugation/deconjugation of small ubiquitin-like modifier (SUMO) proteins to other proteins thus modifying their function. The PIAS [protein inhibitor of activated signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT)] and SAP (scaffold attachment factor A/B/acinus/PIAS)/MIZ (SIZ) proteins exhibit SUMO E3-ligase activity that facilitates the conjugation of SUMO proteins to target substrates. Here, we report the isolation and molecular characterization of <I>Oryza sativa</I> SIZ1 (OsSIZ1) and SIZ2 (OsSIZ2), rice homologs of <I>Arabidopsis</I> SIZ1. The rice SIZ proteins are localized to the nucleus and showed sumoylation activities in a tobacco system. Our analysis showed increased amounts of SUMO conjugates associated with environmental stresses such as high and low temperature, NaCl and abscisic acid (ABA) in rice plants. The expression of <I>OsSIZ1</I> and <I>OsSIZ2</I> in <I>siz1-2 Arabidopsis</I> plants partially complemented the morphological mutant phenotype and enhanced levels of SUMO conjugates under heat shock conditions. In addition, ABA-hypersensitivity of <I>siz1-2</I> seed germination was partially suppressed by <I>OsSIZ1</I> and <I>OsSIZ2.</I> The results suggest that rice SIZ1 and SIZ2 are able to functionally complement <I>Arabidopsis</I> SIZ1 in the SUMO conjugation pathway. Their effects on the <I>Arabidopsis</I> mutant suggest a function for these genes related to stress responses and stress adaptation.</P>

In this paper, steam powered co-generation system was developed for recycling exhaust energies of the vehicle. The system has two loops, HT(high temperature) loop recirculating exhaust gas thermal energy and LT(low temperature) loop recuperating engine coolant thermal energy. System layout consideration, vehicle installation and feasibility test were undertaken in this paper.

The front axle, which acts as a differential in a vehicle, receives a high load, so it generates a lot of noise and vibration. So the role of lubricating oil is important. Lubricating oil is affected by temperature and its properties change. As oil characteristics change, the front axle noise and vibration level also changes. In this paper, The correlation between oil temperature and front axle noise was confirmed, and oil temperature was measured under actual road driving conditions. In addition, a front axle NVH test method considering oil characteristics was established, and whine noise of front axle was improved by modifying roughness of gear surface.
