Insulin drug was loading in chitoshan nanospheres using electrospraying method, a pH- and temperature-sensitive biodegradable hydrogel, which is an oligomer serine-poly(lactide)-poly(ethylene glycol)-poly (lactide)-oligomer serine (OS-PLA-PEG-PLA-OS) pentablock copolymer was used as a matrix to containing chitosan–insulin electro sprayed nanospheres (CIN). The properties of the OS-PLA-PEG-PLA-OS pentablock copolymer and the chitosan–insulin nanoparticles such as sol-gel transition, degradation in vitro and in vivo were characterized. The results showed that the chitosan–insulin nanospheres uniformly distributed in the matrix had a reinforcing effect on the mechanical properties and prolonged the degradation time of the hydrogel depot under body conditions. In addition, the cytotoxicity experiment results indicate that the composite could be used as a biomaterial for drug delivery system. The composite solutions accommodating different concentrations of the chitosan–insulin nanospheres were subcutaneously injected into induced diabetic BALB/c mice to study the in vivo insulin-release profile. The result showed that insulin concentrations in blood plasma were maintained at a steady-state level. Furthermore, the bio-properties of the insulin were retained and it showed a blood glucose level reducing effect for more than 60 hours after injection to a streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mouse model. The results suggested that this injectable pH–temperature sensitive hydrogel containing chitosan– insulin electro sprayed nanosphere composites has promising potential applications for type 1 diabetes treatment.
Matrix-weighted consensus and its applications
Trinh, Minh Hoang,Van Nguyen, Chuong,Lim, Young-Hun,Ahn, Hyo-Sung Elsevier 2018 Automatica Vol.89 No.-
<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This paper proposes the matrix-weighted consensus algorithm, which is a generalization of the consensus algorithm. Given a networked dynamical system where the interconnections between agents are weighted by nonnegative definite matrices, it is shown that consensus and clustering phenomena naturally exist. We examine algebraic and algebraic graph conditions for achieving a consensus.</P>
A New Bearing-Only Navigation Law
Minh Hoang Trinh,Viet Hoang Pham,Phuong Huu Hoang,Jin-Hee Son,Hyo-Sung Ahn 제어로봇시스템학회 2017 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2017 No.10
This paper proposes a new bearing-only control law which can be used for autonomous navigation task. We firstly compare the proposed control law with a commonly used control law in the literature when the agent navigates with only one beacon. Second, we prove that if there are two or more beacons, the agent can almost globally asymptotically reaches the desired position under the proposed control law. Third, the proposed control law is then applied to a cooperative bearing-only navigation problem. Simulation result is given to support the mathematical analysis.

Scientific evidence on all aspects of smoking amongst youth is very important for designing appropriate interventions to reduce smoking among this vulnerable population. This paper describes current access to anti-smoking information among school children aged 13 to 15 years in Vietnam in 2014 and examines its potential impact on preventing smoking initiation. The data used in this paper were obtained from the 2014 Global Youth Tobacco Survey (GYTS) in Vietnam. Students were asked questions about their level of awareness of anti-smoking information from various sources in the past 30 days and about lessons in school regarding the dangers of tobacco use during the last 12 months. Those who have never smoked were asked "whether or not they thought about avoiding cigarettes because of health warnings on cigarette packages" and answers were analyzed in combination with data on access to anti-smoking information from other sources. The prevalence of exposure to antismoking campaigns was high among school children in Viet Nam: 55.3% of current smokers reported thoughts of smoking cessation because of health warnings on cigarette packages; 60.5% of never smokers avoided initiating smoking because of the same health warnings. The potential impact of graphic health warnings to prevent school-aged children from smoking initiation would be stronger if there was concurrent access to anti-smoking programs on the dangers of tobacco use in schools. However, school education for tobacco prevention and control has not been as strong as expected. A more comprehensive school curriculum on tobacco prevention and control is recommended to reinforce antismoking messages among school children.
Comments on “Global stabilization of rigid formations in the plane [Automatica 49 (2013) 1436–1441]”
Trinh, Minh Hoang,Pham, Viet Hoang,Park, Myoung-Chul,Sun, Zhiyong,Anderson, Brian D.O.,Ahn, Hyo-Sung Elsevier 2017 Automatica Vol.77 No.-
<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This paper shows that the modified gradient control law proposed in Tian and Wang (2013) does not globally stabilize rigid formation shapes. Also, further analysis on the control law and a numerical example showing that the control law cannot drive the agents out from a stable incorrect equilibrium of the corresponding gradient control system are provided.</P>
EXISTENCE OF WEAK NON-NEGATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR A CLASS OF NONUNIFORMLY BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM
Trinh Thi Minh Hang,Hoang Quoc Toan 대한수학회 2012 대한수학회보 Vol.49 No.4
The goal of this paper is to study the existence of non-trivial non-negative weak solution for the nonlinear elliptic equation: $$-div(h(x){\nabla}u)=f(x,u)\;in\;{\Omega}$$ with Dirichlet boundary condition in a bounded domain ${\Omega}{\subset}\mathbb{R}^N$, $N{\geq}3$, where $h(x){\in}L^1_{loc}({\Omega})$, $f(x,s)$ has asymptotically linear behavior. The solutions will be obtained in a subspace of the space $H^1_0({\Omega})$ and the proofs rely essentially on a variation of the mountain pass theorem in [12].

In this paper we study the existence of non-trivial weak solutions of the Neumann problem for quasilinear elliptic equations in the form -div(h(x)|∇ u|^(p-2)∇ u)+b(x)|u|^(p-2)u= f(x,u) , p≥2 in an unbounded domain Ω ⊂ R^N, N≥ 3, with sufficiently smooth bounded boundary ∂Ω, where h(x) ∈ [수식], [기호]=Ω∪∂Ω, h(x)≥ 1 for all x ∈Ω. The proof of main results rely essentially on the arguments of variational method.

In this paper we study the existence of non-trivial weak solutions of the Neumann problem for quasilinear elliptic equations in the form $$-div(h(x){\mid}{\nabla}u{\mid}^{p-2}{\nabla}u)+b(x){\mid}u{\mid}^{p-2}u=f(x,\;u),\;p{\geq}2$$ in an unbounded domain ${\Omega}{\subset}\mathbb{R}^N$, $N{\geq}3$, with sufficiently smooth bounded boundary ${\partial}{\Omega}$, where $h(x){\in}L_{loc}^1(\overline{\Omega})$, $\overline{\Omega}={\Omega}{\cup}{\partial}{\Omega}$, $h(x){\geq}1$ for all $x{\in}{\Omega}$. The proof of main results rely essentially on the arguments of variational method.
